Nice hotel in a good location, comfy bed and loved the sink and vanity unit however the hotel has a few down sides, the rooms are too hot even in freezing weather outside, lighting is the room was poor, one of the lamps was broken and the shower was temperamental. Reception bar area was being decorated which was a bit unsightly as otherwise cool decor. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet as ordering of a menu was awkward.

Das Hotel ist leider nicht so, wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird. Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommen ist Hotel, was mit wenigen Handgriffen besser in Schuss gebracht werden könnte. Es waren viele kleine Mängel, wie z.B. Lose, Regalböden, heraushängende Lampen, abgeschlagene Türstöcke, fehlende Siphonabdeckung…… Mit wenigen Handgriffen könnten diese Mängel beseitigt werden

Zimmer und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, das Hotel sehr ansprechend und die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht. Zimmer hatte die ganze Nacht ein klopfen was auf die Lüftung geschoben wurde und vorerst nicht beseitigt werden konnte. Nicht schön war aber die Tatsache, dass die Fernseher Fernbedienung gefehlt hatte. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie mir gebracht wird. Das Ende vom Lied war, dass der Portiere von 22 bis 0:30 Uhr VIER mal vorbei gekommen ist, immer mit einer anderen Fernbedienung die nicht funktioniert hat und ich so nicht schlafen konnte. War stets bemüht, hat nix gebracht. Nicht einmal einen Kaffee hab ich bekommen als Entschuldigung.

That said, guests should not expect high‑tech fittings or ultra‑modern features. Parking can be a little tricky, though anyone accustomed to driving on the right will likely find it easier than I did as a UK driver. The staff were consistently courteous, with special thanks to Hans, who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. A few minor maintenance points—such as a slow‑flushing toilet, a slightly misaligned shower screen that allowed water to escape, and the absence of a smart TV—did not detract significantly from our stay but are worth noting for completeness. Overall, La Mansion Vivadi offers comfort, warmth, and an enviable location in one of Munich’s most charming neighbourhoods.

Lovely little hotel. Has everything you need and is in a good location. The rooms are a little warm and stuffy at night, so I had to open the window. I found having a single duvet on a double bed a little strange. The breakfasts are excellent.
