Overall OK, the kids liked the pool and game room but this was also a party hotel. We smelled weed in the halls and we unfortunately were next to a room no lie that was up ALL Night until 6am. We asked to have them quiet down the staff told me that side of the hotel has a lot of kids and pets and their was nothing they could do which is weird because we certainly didn’t hear one kid or a pet we heard Music and yelling. I don’t think we will ever venture back here again.

On the last day of our stay both elevators were out of service . We had 6 people staying with us and a dog so it was a lot of trips to make to the car with our luggage but everything else was great !

Really impressed with this hotel. It felt more upscale than the price would indicate. The room was spacious and very clean. My kids wanted the game room to be bigger, but the games and pool area were well maintained. Breakfast was my favorite part. They had several gluten-free options including hard boiled eggs and bagels. I don’t find this often. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. If I were to be picky, I would say the rooms could be updated in decor to be more modern, but everything was in beautiful condition and fit the traditional vibe. Overall and very good and comfortable stay. We visit this area every year. I think we have found our new hotel.

Was ok, 1 of the elevators did not work, the other elevator took forever, faster to use stairs from 3rd floor. Front door only open correctly from time to time. The room smelled like poop and natural gas when we arrived. We went down for breakfast at 930 one morning and they had array unplugged everything and stopped stocking anything even though breakfast is supposed to be served till 10.

This property is beautiful. The rooms are super clean.we are traveling with my kids and grandkids and were given adjourning rooms which the kids thought were great. The pool and hot tub were super clean and the staff is top notch. Forgot about the huge arcade my grandkids and son are in awe.

Pool and hot tub NOT OPEN! Receptionist told people checking in they should always call first to make sure… so should we call to make sure all light sockets work, ample toilet paper, ample pillows..? Just seemed like a bad unreasonable thing to say. Then they asked if they could get some discount as they chose this hotel for their kids to swim at, and her response was no you booked 3rd party and they just send us a Check so nothing we can do. Room was clean. Restaurant and Walmart within walking distance. Breakfast was really good and a ton of choices. That was the best surprise. I suggest this hotel list a major thing like pool being out of service on their Facebook page and website, that really is the right thing to do! Overall give them a 6.5 If pool was open or advance warning of not being available to use, rating would be a 9.5 Hopefully they will listen to this review, and any people wanting to stay here hopefully will take these things into consideration.

Kali the manager on duty was great! Our room did have an old musty smell when we got there. The beds said queen but fit more like a full. We have stayed here in the past and it was a lot better before. Wouldn’t waste the money we were charged to stay again!

The hotel lobby, our room, the pool, game room, breakfast area, fitness room, …all were exceptionally clean. The reception attendants, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting local restaurants and shopping with directions. The breakfast area was well stocked and the attendant was exceptional in performing his duties in that area of the hotel.

We have a good stay in the hotel. The size of the room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The only thing I found out that our room has a bit smell. I think this is because of the carpet floor.

Room was dark. Needs brighter light bulbs for lamps. Room was very clean but was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. They should at least get bigger trash bins if they dont empty them everyday. The staff was very pleasant during our stay. The amenenties and the breakfast were very pleasing. Price for room was high for a weekday stay otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return .

Furnishings and carpet were dated, but nice and clean. Loved the all day coffee station and the breakfast was great. Also loved the big TV and that the remote was easy to use! Great stay overall.

The staff were all very pleasant, attentive, and helpful! Clean lobby, rooms, and grounds. Room was nice, spacious, and we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Our only complaint was related to the pillows…they were very uncomfortable and the pillow case were like sand paper:( The front desk had new pillows brought to our room as requested; however, they were not any better or more comfortable.

It was ok at the end but initially the room we got had vibration. When we put our head on the pillow we started to feel vibration. I went to the reception and asked about it. The lady told me that she has never heard of it and she cannot help even if it is vibrating as she is the only person in that property and they don’t have any other room. She offered to cancel my reservation. It was late in the evening and hard to find new place so we said we will try to change direction and see if that helps. Later when I went to the toilet I felt even more vibrations in the floor. I recorded a video of water in a bottle and the water was clearly shaking vigorously. I showed the video to the receptionist and she then said there is a cancellation and she can move us to other room. The new room was fine and finally we were able to settle down. Avoid taking any rooms near to the elevators as there is loud sound of some machinery there and the vibrations. Aircon in the room is also too loud. Mattress may feel hard too for some people.

Water pressure great in shower. Hot water was nicely hot. Exhaust fan worked great - no foggy BR mirror. AC worked great. Room darkening shades did their job. Nice size room fridge. HDTV crisp. Mattress comfy though I prefer slightly firmer. Check in and check out seamless. Overall exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a suite for a family trip. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean. The included breakfast buffet was good and included make-your-own waffles which is a fun touch. Our son stayed on the pull out couch which had what amounted to the worst mattress I’ve ever seen on a pull out couch. All you could feel were springs. He complained about it, but he’s a little guy and did ok. No adult would survive it. There was also a loud noise coming from a vent from somewhere outside our room. It sounded like an industrial piece of equipment starting up, and then ran with a loud low pitch hum that you could feel, and ran for several minutes- repeating several times an hour. Loud enough to wake us up several times. They oughta look into whatever it is.

After an error in booking by Expedia (they booked a room in a hotel that had been fully booked for 6 months due to the eclipse) the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The night manager Kali saw us struggling to find a nearby room (there where none) and was kind enough to allow us to book the emergency room that they normally save for any current guests who have problems with their rooms. She saved our trip and allowed us to see the eclipse on Monday. The room was spotless and the beds were excellent.

I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was working before I booked the room. The front desk confirmed that it was. When we got there the hot tub was cold and they apparently had no idea. They didn’t offer any compensation

The woman at the front desk had excellent customer service! She was filling in for so many different jobs because they were short staffed, and she would bend over backwards to help us! We admired her positive attitude and work ethic! I wish I could remember her name (she wore a dragon fly necklace). She should be recognized for her superior service, we felt well taken care of in her hands! We’ll be back again : ).

There is an incline for parking as it is on a hill so if towing you will have to park somewhere else (parked down by the bank since it was the weekend) It was full capacity and seemed alright for noise. Hotel staff was great.

Tolles Hotel. Super nettes Personal und die Sauberkeit ist extra hervorzuheben! Das Personal hat bei unserer Ankunft um 21 Uhr noch die Eingangshalle geputzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten super bequem. Das Hotel kann man zweifelsfrei weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist auch top, da nur ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Downtown entfernt

Overall it’s what I expect from Hampton Inn. Orange juice machine was horrible all water and they admitted to it being a problem it didn’t fix it. This has been a problem for a while. Put out pitchers of orange juice, something. For cost of room they can afford it. Also bed was very hard.

Room was clean and staff friendly. They said breakfast was severed from 6am - 10am. We got down around 9:30 and there was nothing to eat. All hot foods were empty, no bagels, no muffins. We did get a waffle and some dry cereal. I understand we were towards the end of the time, but there were lots of people at that time who were all disappointed in the lack of a hot breakfast as promised. Either refill or cut the hours.
