Quality Inn Weston

Decent for the price, our room had gum in the carpet, mirrors had smudges, a tile was broken in the bathroom and the toilet was slow to flush, but the pool was nice.

There is no water pressure in the shower. The pool was out the food downstairs in the breakfast area was expired. The yogurt was out of expiration by two weeks and there was no available ice machine that was working on site.

Overall a nice stay. Was disappointing to find out there was no fitness room. It was under renovation. My son would’ve liked to have known that to make other arrangements.

The parking lot was not plowed very well, between the car and going to the sidewalk to the room it was icy, we almost fell because it was so icy! The beda were not very comfortable, there was no sugar for the coffee/tea! The tub would not drain properly! I was very disappointed with thos Quality Inn stay, usually i really enjoy my stay at Quality Inns but this was the worat one i have ever been to! I was so disappointed this time!!! The picture on the wall had mildew stain on it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though the building was worn down everything worked. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was aldo good.

This hotel, in the process of being updated and remodeled, has made great strides at this point! Cost was definitely a winner / Nice pool / The hot tub in my room amazing / my variety of breakfast items. But most importantly, it was the staff! They went above and beyond to support me in my day. I will be back.

Very decent place to stay. Breakfast was good for a small hotel! Pool was clean . Only complaint was the bathroom light went out. We finally figured out it was the GFCI button that needed pushed.

Check in and check out where fast and all staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the ice machine was broke but the gentleman who checked us in brought us ice which was great so ended up not being any issue. It's right off the highway and has food, gas and Wal-Mart right across the street.

The room was filthy. Corners were full of dirt, hair, and debris. Bathroom was wiped, but obviously not cleaned...the corners and behind the door was filthy, the tub floor was black like someone showered in their work boots. Towels and wash cloths had been washed, but were stained and grungy looking...as if they had been used to clean something up. Shampoo and stuff in shower had been used. The conditions of this hotel are certainly not worth the price of the nightly rate. I do not recommend this place, but its not like there much choice in that area, so I highly doubt they will improve it any time soon.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We notified front desk and didn’t return for 4+ hours. Toilet had not been addressed at all. Front desk gave us a plunger and we fixed it ourselves. There was an ice bucket and coffee maker and no cups. The tub had a large roach in it and there was a stink bug on the pillow when we were ready to turn in. I have pictures of the insects. Apparently the bugs are not a surprise as there was an ant trap in the bathroom. Only one keycard worked. We went to the adjacent restaurant at 9:15 and ordered a meal The music was extremely loud and no lights were turned on in our area (which was separate from the bar/club area). So we ate in the dark. This was absolutely the worst and dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed

This room was DISGUSTING! The bathroom looked like in never been touched to clean the tub floor was brown the towels where wet to touch like the just been used! The AC in room did not work the refrigerator stunk and was warm! The bed omg had stains and ash or crumbs all over the sheets when you pulled the comforter back! The door did not properly lock and the peek whole was covered to not be able to look out the whole! It was odd and sketchy for sure! I wish I would have taken pictures! I checked out with in minutes and now disputing a refund!!!!

The bedding seemed clean so that was nice! However the shower and bathroom floor and walls were covered with brownish red splatters. I don’t even want to think about what it was but it was a lot! The wash cloths and towels didn’t seem really clean they were dingy and thin…just seemed like they had been been used past their expiration. The room smelled very strongly like an ash tray. Very strongly! We stayed here in a pinch and would do it again if we had to but otherwise probably won’t stay there again.

Stair railings wobbled, trash and broken equipment on the walkways, we asked for aroom changed twice. We were so tired we decided to stay in the third room. No cups, bed frame was coming apart, smelked like someone smoked in there. Dead roach in the bsthroom, dried bloid on the floor, and only 2 towels.. sheets looked clean and the front desk person was very nice and professional.

Beds were clean and breakfast was ok. Room had bugs and possibily cockroach. Carpet was dirty. Rooms need a remodel

The towels in the bathroom looked like they were washed with a coal-miners clothes and they had a bad odor. We bought new ones at Walmart. The bathtub had a 4-inch ring that hadn't been cleaned in years. Bugs in the room. . .1 roach and flies...the refrigerator needed to be defrosted badly and the bottom was warm. The TV sound kept going off and on at will. Every day when we returned to the room we had to have the key card reprogrammed. The carpet was dirty. The breakfast was inadequate. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. But the coffee was good. Garbage on the walkway just outside our door. Dog feces also. Cigarette butts everywhere. Garbage cans full on the premises the entire time of our stay. Corners of the bathroom had dirt in them. Very unsanitary. I would not under any circumstances taken children to stay there.

Condition of the room was disgusting. It didn’t seem like they had cleaned beforehand. Linens were stained, the bathroom was gross, and there were weird stains on the wall up to the ceiling. They only left us with one mostly used toilet paper roll. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming as well. Very disappointing stay.

It was so horrible we could not stay and checked out immediately after observing room. The smell was horrendous and caused a headache immediately. The bedside lights did not work, there was no Wi-Fi or cell phone service. Very disappointed and need a refund as we could not stay.

Hotel didnt bother keeping extra t.p. in the bathroom, so had to go ask for a roll..internet was bad getting connected

The beds we’re comfortable but the building is old and so are all the fixtures.

Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room , but the spout could have been bigger to fill up faster. Took a while to fill up. (No big deal ) Overall the staff was great ! Very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate us even booking us an extra day at the last minute. Very pleased with the rate.

The room, while what we asked for, had a gap between the door and the door jam, allowing bugs in the room. We found a few brown beetles on the floor when we first got to the room that were alive. The doorknob on the bathroom was falling off, I used my fingernail to put the screws back in a few times. The room smelled strongly of something when we first got there, not sure if it was what was used to clean the room or if it was something else. We could hear people upstairs, outside, and even in the next room over every time they walk by or move around. Check in was super fast and the 2 people I dealt with at the front desk were very nice. While the hotel was convenient to the place we were visiting (Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum), I would not likely come back.

Quite surprised this was a Quality Inn. It just seemed like a cheap, very dated motel room. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. The panel above the shower was falling out with nails sticking out of it, and the back of the bathroom door was splattered with something. The room was also very noisy from the road, and also the gas station across the street (lots of trucks filling up in the middle of the night). I did not gave a good sleep.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The area traffic is very busy, but not noticeable inside the room. The room was clean, but outdated. Had a great stay for one night during our travel through the area.

The only thing I would suggest is different mattress’s . I slept in a king bed and woke multiple times and had pain in different areas of my body due to the mattress feeling like I was laying on a stiff board. Room was clean and staff was pleasant and price was affordable.

This review is tough bc I didn'thate it. 2 queens cost 99.00. The place is old and not visual very nice-inside & out. The toilet is for an umpa lumpa, but the toilet paper is high quality! They did update paint and bedding. Shower was clean, but looked disgusting due to age. When you walked on the entrance ceramic tiles, they made noises and moved slightly. Pillows were nice and beds were a 7/10, which shocked me. Staff was friendly, but I think they need to put some money into it to rate ot a 4 or 5. I'd probably stay herecagain, but not with my family.

Very helpful & friendly staff & management. Clean place with breakfast. I always prefer to stop here during my travels. Right off of the highway. Highly recomm.

Attendant upon checking in was rude. Room had a funk smell. Cluttered air conditioners, furniture, microwaves, & pictures everywhere outside. Lights in bathroom and sink area very dim. Property neglected!

I suspect they are running a billing scam. I paid for the stay through Hotels.com. At the desk they asked for my credit card and was told that a $50 temp charge would be added due to it being a non-smoking room and would be removed if it was confirmed that no smoking had occurred. I checked my account a day later and found that a pending credit had been issued. After later getting this request to rate the Quality Inn, I checked my account again and the $50 credit was removed. My wife has never smoked and I quit 46 years ago. Watch out for this scam.

Are experience with the staff that we dealt with was completely unacceptable, and we are going to ask for a complete refund in full. Our purpose for booking this hotel was to attend an event in Weston WV that started at 11:30 pm the day before to request an early check in because we were traveling from northern Virgina and the trip was about 5 hours to the hotel. So when i called asking for an eatly check in, we were told that woild be ok, and that we could arrive as early as 11:30 am for our reservation date of the following day. When we arrive at 12:45 pm on the day of our reservation, the upper middle aged blound haired receptionist asked me if i had a reservation, asked me for my ID, and informed me the check in was at 3:00 pm, but they did have clean rooms available for us to checknin early for an additional charge of 30 dollars. I then went on to ask if they had anything on hotels.com mentioning this? They did not. The person i spoke to the day before made now mention of this. There was no signage to be found anywhere on site mentioning this, and we have been checking in and out of hotels nation wide for over twenty years, and have never been asked for an additional fee to check in early ,or late. The lady was very unprofessional and done right rude as an individual, not to mention an employee in the hospitality industry. After mentioning that i would normally jist swioe the card, and then dispute the charge after checking out, i was then told as a favor, that we could

Sat in lobby for 30 minutes because the person at the desk didn’t know how to get someone their key when they played online. Finally got a key, walked in the room and the room already had people in it. So then had to go back to get a different room.

After check-in, I was accidentally placed in an already occupied room--the first time that has happened to me in my life! Once I went back to the front desk, they changed me to a different room. The snow removal around the hotel was poor, though. Everything else was excellent.

We had a great stay. We were attending a ghost hunt at Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum and needed a place close by to sleep for a few hours. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Weston Bar and Grill restaurant was a quick walk across the parking lot. Our meal was delicious! I just had a burger w fries but it was hot and juicy. My friend had a chicken Quesadilla w rice for a side and she said it was the best Quesadilla she ever had. The rice was also good. I can highly recommend this hotel amd restaurant.

Hotel was conveniently located across the street from a Tesla Supercharger. The rooms smelled of stale smoke (staff was kind enough to switch us to a different room, but it was only marginally better)

The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Considering my family and I were only staying the night, we didn't use any other features of the inn besides the ice maker. The inn is located across the street from a Sheetz gas station and a Walmart which was very convenient. This helped us out by allowing us time to grab a few items we needed for our trip. The gas prices were also the cheapest around, extremely convenient for our stay at the inn. The morning breakfast options were very limited (as compared to other locations) but due to the size of the dinning area, understandable. The biggest problem my family had was the room we were auto assigned. The AC unit for room 110 didn't work and made it an extremely uncomfortable night to sleep with. Luckily, my wife brought a small fan with us to help cool us a bit. Upon letting the morning staff know about the AC unit, they were upset to see we were assigned that room and knew the room had a broken AC unit. The night staff (when we checked in) didn't seem to know there was an issue. Just be aware that this room might be an issue still (as of 8/2/24) when we stayed.

It is under remodeling. The breakfast bar was very limited. The coffee was awful. An employee had to buy more milk from Walmart. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling & on the shower curtain. Some of the wall outlets didn't work. The toilet seat was loose. The staff was friendly.

The ice machine is broken. They want you to go to the restaurant across the parking lot. The lady doing the breakfast was getting angry Every time you asked her if you could get stuff, some juice because it was empty and the food was cold. There was trash laying all over the place. The truckers were outside the side, the building, screaming smoking weed. And swearing and harassing the females, so yeah, it's not the best

We were surprised that the commode was in the shower with no privacy, mold in the shower which only had tepid water. The good thing was clean bedding. It appeared to be in the process of updating the property so maybe it will be better. They did have a good variety of breakfast foods. Loved the biscuits and gravy!
