We had a nice stay, comfy, good breakfast & coffee. The only mild issue was the secured side door to the hotel wasn't working too good & some folks propped that door open with a rock at the bottom. Still, we felt very safe & liked our room, Thank you!

This hotel was clean and staff was nice. It definitely suites our purpose which is just having a place to sleep while we were at our training. I didn’t like that there was not an elevator, but that is minor.

I booked a handicapped, non smoking room. When I checked in, they had no handicapped rooms available. Since there was no elevator, I asked for a first floor room, waited a little over 1 hour for it. My handicapped sister could not shower, and had difficulty getting off the toilet.

Nice clean hotel. Easy to get to off the highway. Many gas stations and food close by. Lots of free parking on-site, well lit and secure, had a pick-up truck and race car trailer and had no trouble maneuvering around and was very well lit and secure with cameras. Hotel was modern, clean, quiet, no odors, had a nice cont. breakfast, nothing fancy but we'll stocked and free. Highly recommended hotel, great value for the money spent, AAA++.

There is no elevator to the second floor at this facility so you have to use the stairs which I don’t think they have cleaned it in weeks. The carpet was very dirty. Going in at the facility you had a push away three or four cats.

Cobwebs in the corners of the room and very dusty around TV and back of bed, but overall OK. Only hot items for breakfast were a waffle machine and gravy for biscuits. (So great if yer a kid or a cowboy, I guess.) But no eggs or nongravy meat. (Fortunately, there's a decent McD right next door.) There is a nice Mexican-American resturant in the same strip-mall complex the motel is in, on the other side. The motel does not keep the side-entrance doors closed, which is a security issue in my opinion. But it is overall still a great little overnight travel motel in a great location, and the staff were pleasant to deal with in every respect.

The room locks were reset every day even though I had a 3 day stay which required me to go to the desk after a long day trip. I was always locked out of my own room. There was no security in the hotel, as the back access door key pass lock did not work, and it was propped open for convenience. My white socks were black from walking on the carpet each day within the room. Ventilation from the bathroom was not existent - a fan recirculated the moist room air after a shower. The staff was very pleasant, but it was apparent that the owner did not maintain the place. The linens were not changed, even though they stated they would be after the second day, I had to get my own towels, soap, and shampoo from the desk, after my room key was reactivated and I saw there was not any service.

This was an extremely clean motel. It was quiet and the staff was nice. The furniture in the room was also very comfortable.- just note: There are no elevators, so do not stay on the second floor if you can’t do stairs or you have a lot of luggage. Would stay again if ever in the area.

The room was dirty — all the power outlets were visibly covered in grime, the AC unit was dusty and filthy, and even the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, hotel staff were smoking right at the front entrance, which made coming and going unpleasant. The worst part: in the morning, a housekeeping employee entered my room without knocking — a complete violation of privacy. I expected basic cleanliness and professionalism, but unfortunately, neither were present. Definitely would not stay here again.

Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. Very kind, considerate and smiled alot. The outside needs improvement. However, the inside is very nice. The bathroom was a welcomed surprise. It was pristine.

I have stayed here many times. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are generally clean. The beds are comfortable. Not this time. The room looked like it was narely cleaned, and smelled like mildew.

Great price and great breakfast. Honestly the only reason they didn't get 5 stars across the board was because of the lumpy LUMPY pillows. What is it about motels now that think those square potato lumpy pillows are acceptable.

Stay was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was a recurring motor noise behind the headboard. There were two rooms between mine and the ice machine and vending machines, but I could hear their motors like they were in the room. If decide to stay here, do not accept room 109.

The staff was friendly. Close to I79. The linens were clean, and the room was nice. There were several dogs, often barking late at night, and one running around without a leash. Almost every night I would wake to loud cars, loud people, or of course a barking dog. They ran out of coffee the last three days of my stay. It's an ok place to stay, but I'm going to stay elsewhere next time.

Not a fancy hotel, but pretty good for the price. My only complaint would be that the room smells heavily of mildew. We walked over to Dollar Tree to buy some air freshners. They honestly need to just rip the carpet up. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy and the AC was AMAZING in this scorching heat. The location is wonderful too bc it's super close to everything. I would stay here again.

This is a very old hotel. The window unit make the whole room feel damp and everything was damp, including our personal items. The hall ways had no AC. The room had a weird smell to it. 0 out of 10. will never stay again!

She took another walk in costomer when she was suppose to help me.I came back from batheoom and she was helping a new walk in customer with no reservation..She gave me the numbers to call. I need a refund. I went to a different hotel.

First impressions are everything and when we arrived the lady at the feont desk acted like we was interrupting HER time and made us wait for her to finish a cigarette...our rooms wasn't clean when we got there at 6pm...the rooms was still a little dusty and the hallways were dirty

My husband & I visited Trans-Allegheny Asylum and only stayed 1 night at this hotel but the property and room was very clean & the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

This was a short overnight stay for us. The location was very convenient for getting back on the highway fast. I was not aware that the location is in a strip mall, and felt a bit uneasy, but did feel safe once inside. I did find the beds comfortable and clean and we had plenty of towels in the clean bathroom. Breakfast did not have a choice of protein, only carbs and butter and jam/honey options. For a few hours and a good night's sleep, it was convenient and comfortable enough for us.

When first pulling in the hotel looks run down, trash & cigarette buttes all over the parking lot, couple stray cats chilling by the door, random people smoking right by the entrance. Once inside took a minute to be greeted, person wasn’t friendly or inviting at all, other staff member behind her cussing and carrying on. Room was clean and neat though so they actual stay was fine.

The first room had a strong musty/moldy smell. The staff was kind and move us to a less musty/moldy smelly room. The breakfast served old wilted apples, two kinds of sugar cereals, a crock pot of oatmeal and bread and muffins. The coffee was good.
