Der Check-in ist zu kompliziert, ist eine Katastrofe. Wir haben kein Personal gesehen, absolute Anonimität. Man sollte meinen, das gibt es nicht! Dazu aber eine schöne Lage, sauberses Zimmer und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Som tekniknörd tycker jag om automation men incheckning på tyska var en utmaning och systemet för incheckning hade mycket att önska. Att inte träffa någon personal på hela vistelsen är inte enbart positivt. Självservicebar var n bra idé om man viste att den fanns. Tråkigt utan personal men för övrigt ett bra boende.

Lage wunderschön, Zimmer sauber ABER: in 2 Tagen haben wir NIEMANDEN vom Staff gesehen.. Zimmer enorm klein! Bar zum selber bedienen war leer... Um 9:30 war Frühstück bereits leer!! Kein Brot mehr!! Sehr enttäuschend!!! Wenn ich 330.- zahle fụ̈r 2 nächte wäre eine persönliche Begrüssung eines verantwortlichen Menschen sehr schön gewesen und auch Frühstück bis genug wäre angebracht. Wenn sich dass ändert würden wir zurück kommen, so leider nicht!
