Reception staff were probably the most unfriendly I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Not rude, but not a bit welcoming either. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Pool area wasn’t great as huge parts of it were in shade for good chunks of the day. The sunny side beds were all “taken” by towels being left, well before breakfast, even though the people didn’t arrive until just before lunch. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety but the three o’clock check in time and the staff would put me off returning here. Location is very close to all amenities including a small supermarket directly across the street.

Booked as a rehab trip after a knee op so just wanted pool sauna spa and small gym. The hotel worked perfectly for this purpose. After one day unfortunately the steam room and sauna were broken and out of service but Stelios the manager And Elina the spa manager worked miracles to at least get the sauna working which was great for me personally. The spa area and treatments were excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

I have been in many hotels but this hotel would have to be in my top 10. Breakfast room not over crowded, cleanliness everywhere, room was a suite so we had a kitchen and a sofa. The shower had great water pressure and the water was hot. The spa and gym facilities were amazing. The indoor pool was heated. You have to pay extra for the sauna, steam and ice room unless you pay for a treatment. We did not use the roof top bar as there were a few mosquitoes around. Location to the sea (no beach/sand) was 4/5 min walk. Restaurant in the hotel and plenty close by. We hired a car and the free car park was an added bonus.

Fabulous apartment, perfect for all the family. All facilities very good. Plenty of sun beds round by the pool (a lifeguard went and found us some if we struggled to find some) and lovely spa in the hotel too. Would definitely stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Massage in the spa was great and we booked the steam room & sauna too.

During the selection of the hotel, it was a selling point for me that the sauna and the steaming room were listed under the amenities of this property. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is a surcharge for using them. I believe that it is the example of the hidden fee when the hotel charges extra to profit from their guests. I was discouraged by that unexpected and unpleasant discovery, which turned me out of enjoying the hotel’s amenities. Another thing, there was a bunch of the garbage containers standing just in front of the view from the balcony and spoiling the area around the property.

The hotel is conveniently located near the port, with plenty of dining options nearby. The premises are attractive, and the room was comfortable, with daily housekeeping and extra pool/beach towels provided. There's also a washer and dryer in the basement for guests' use. The staff are kind and helpful. On the downside, the pool was too cold in October, and the breakfast was a bit dull (the coffee wasn’t great either).

Staff were polite and professional and couldnt help more! The bed was inceedibly comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset and have a delicious cocktail. The cons which can easily be resolved: when checking in, if you dont know beforehand it can be a bit of a headache as you have to park ourside the hotel, go to reception, they will explain where the parking is and give you a number for the gates to open . There must be an easier way to let guests know the info upon booking? There is a nespresso machine in the room which us great and the option to purchase nespresso pods. The 2 capsules you give free however are a cheap alternate . 2 nespresso capsules for your guests are not too much to ask given how lovely your hotel is !

We just returned from a week in this hotel. It was so clean and staff were lovely. So close to the harbour, beach front, shops & restaurants etc..Beautiful pool area. Rooms had kitchenette (not that we used but great for young families) and were very spacious! Breakfast was lovely with a good variety for all. Lunch by the pool was also really good! Would definitely recommend!

Noisy and Cockroaches Ideal location within Paphos, however the standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the room is very poor. I addressed the issues with no resolution with reception. I do not recommend staying here due to poor customer service and lack of housekeeping and pest control.

È un hotel molto vicino al centro con una spa bella con personale competenti. La colazione è varia sia dolce che salata con i camerieri molto gentili, la camera molto bella e spaziosa però le pulizie ogni giorno non venivano fatte come si deve. Non hanno mai spazzato il pavimento e quindi tutti i giorni si accumulava sabbia o sporco. Per il resto è un hotel molto gradevole e bello

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per 3 notti, ci aspettavamo un hotel migliore. La pulizia della stanza era accettabile, ma i corridoi che portano alle stanze erano sporchi. La colazione passabile, con alimenti di bassa qualità. Una nota molto positiva la do al personale, gentile e attento. In particolare a Vlad, che é stato molto cordiale e gentile!
Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per 3 notti, ci aspettavamo un hotel migliore. La pulizia della stanza era accettabile, ma i corridoi che portano alle stanze erano sporchi. Stayed here over the Christmas week. We were very impressed with Anemi. Spacious and well equipped and quiet rooms, comfy bed, good walk in shower, proper sized towels and great to have the kitchen facilities even if we didn't use them very much. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful and we felt well looked after. The breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of choice on offer and kept well stocked. If I have a minor quibble it would be to have stronger tea bags and to offer eggs to order as scramble that's been sitting around is never nice. It was lovely to have such fresh and juicy oranges available. The Christmas Day lunch buffet was a treat, so relaxed and exactly the sort of experience we needed when trying to get away from the pressures of a traditional day at home. Anemi is well located and a good choice for an off season break.

Pretty good hotel but some of the rooms have a really boring and poor view to plants and a wall or a parking lot. My room was a view to parking and there were a few things that should be fixed like the glass wall in bathroom was lose and the roof above shower was almost looking moldy. Worse thing is that the floor in the shower is not shower tiles/stones and it was REALLY slippery and i fell on my ass twice when showering. It is close to city centre and the water, in an area with noise but not too bad. Room had great aircon

Friendly welcome checking in on arrival to the hotel, I was upgraded from one bedroom apartment to a premium double room with sea view and terrace and king size bed and big screen TV, which had English channels as not all hotels in Cyprus have English TV channels. I woke up on Christmas day to a full buffet breakfast with Christmas cake, would highly recommend you visit if you are in the Paphos area of Cyprus.

Pretty good hotel but some of the rooms have a really boring and poor view to plants and a wall or a parking lot. My room was a view to parking and there were a few things that should be fixed like the glass wall in bathroom was lose and the roof above shower was almost looking moldy. Worse thing is that the floor in the shower is not shower tiles/stones and it was REALLY slippery and i fell on my ass twice when showering. It is close to city centre and the water, in an area with noise but not too bad. Room had great aircon

Reception staff were probably the most unfriendly I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Not rude, but not a bit welcoming either. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Pool area wasn’t great as huge parts of it were in shade for good chunks of the day. The sunny side beds were all “taken” by towels being left, well before breakfast, even though the people didn’t arrive until just before lunch. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety but the three o’clock check in time and the staff would put me off returning here. Location is very close to all amenities including a small supermarket directly across the street.

Ich habe schon zwei single beds gebucht über Expedia. Beim Ankunft um 22:00 Uhr haben wir check in gemacht und ins Zimmer gegangen. The gentlemen checking us in didn't seem too friendly and didn't even let us know that breakfast was included in our stay. I had to go back down to ask about it later in the day. When I asked about self-parking, he just seemed bothered by my questions as well. While the hotel was nice and met our needs (and the breakfast was excellent), it was just disappointing that the service wasn't that great. All other staff we spoke with were very friendly though.

Stayed here over the Christmas week. We were very impressed with Anemi. Spacious and well equipped and quiet rooms, comfy bed, good walk in shower, proper sized towels and great to have the kitchen facilities even if we didn't use them very much. If I have a minor quibble it would be to have stronger tea bags and to offer eggs to order as scramble that's been sitting around is never nice. The Christmas Day lunch buffet was a treat, so relaxed and exactly the sort of experience we needed when trying to get away from the pressures of a traditional day at home. The area is getting a revamp so it’s not in the best area at present but when finished would be nicer just ignore it for now, but very local to harbour. The hotel itself is great, very clean and modern but the xmas songs went well into the 6 January which started to be annoying by the pool and breakfast etc. breakfast lovely, maybe a vegan butter option as vegan shower gel and handwashes were a nice touch. Bathrooms fantastic walk in shower and auto light sensors and digital modern options for rooms were great-but aircon turned itself off so was hot in night at 22 degrees had to open balcony doors. No sun from reception building overlooking pool as wrong direction so ask for a room in the other building if this is a priority but we didn’t mind as was cooler. Overall very nice hotel and staff- the restaurant Nema was amazing and 15% off great pizzas!

During the selection of the hotel, it was a selling point for me that the sauna and the steaming room were listed under the amenities of this property. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is a surcharge for using them. I believe that it is the example of the hidden fee when the hotel charges extra to profit from their guests. I was discouraged by that unexpected and unpleasant discovery, which turned me out of enjoying the hotel’s amenities. Another thing, there was a bunch of the garbage containers standing just in front of the view from the balcony and spoiling the area around the property.

Super Hotel mittendrin in Paphos; trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer; freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Großer Pool sowie Strandnähe. Alle Highlights und auch der Flughafenbus sind sozusagen vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert !!!!

Beautiful hotel very close to the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and very clean. We had breakfast included in our stay which had a wide variety of choices including a cooked breakfast! Pool area is great! We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to use all the facilities. Would definitely come back again.

I traveled with my elderly mum who has mobility issues. I have to park my car quite distant from the hotel lobby and I have to drop her first at hotel lobby and then ask the hotel staff to open the car park gate for me. They ask me to call when I arrive at the gate but my travel sim (I believe most people are) is data only and can’t make phone calls, so this is really stupid and so I have to ask them open the gate maybe after 1 minute. This is not friendly and inconvenient indeed. Other than that, breakfast is the same every day with no surprise on the food although the choices are ample. For this hotel price, honestly, I’ll expect more.

If you book an executive suite be aware in which building it's located in...as they allocate you probably in the "old" building with a long walk ( tinted windows on the way because of the outside "situation" ( ugly). Overrated and for what it is overpriced.
