Gite with private pool, garden & terrace

Located in the heart of the vineyards of La Roche-de-Glun, this independent studio is an extension of a larger gîte that can accommodate up to 10 people. To ensure peace and privacy, the larger gîte will never be rented at the same time as the studio. Inside, the studio comprises an air-conditioned living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) as well as a shower room and toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the vineyards. Please note: the terrace is not secured (the wall is less than 90 cm high) and is not recommended for children under 10 years old. You will have access to the private swimming pool (secured by a barrier). Private parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome (additional cleaning fee of €30).
