Clean & friendly service. Easy access from the highway. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast area looks very nice. A good selection of food choices. Would recommend this property. The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor, but could get ice near the lobby, so not a huge issue.

The room was great. The pool was dirty and not even looked at from prior night. Hot tub was cold as all hell and once again nasty. We were told nothing about any issues. It was the main reason we chose this particular place..

The best value for money I have ever had. Exceptional service and cleanliness. My room was fantastic. Huge and spotless. Theres an elevator and they are pet friendly. I travel a great deal and this was the best. Good breakfast with lots of choices, including healthy choices. Safe area right next to a McDonalds and a Burger King, but not 24hr ones so it was quiet at night.

Very clean! Bed and pillows comfortable. Pool and hot tub was nice. They had plenty of pool towels. Breakfast was okay. They had the normal breakfast but the eggs and sausage was fake. The waffles never disappoint. McDonald’s right next store if you want. Very impressed with this place. Would definitely recommend.

The room was excellent as well as the pool and whirlpool. Nice stay! We wanted to go to Lamberts for dinner but it was an hour wait so we went to the Mexican restaurant across the street and it was delicious!

The check in process was easy and quick. We entered our room and I went to the restroom and the 1st thing I saw was a roach crawling on the wall. I was disgusted. I told my daughter not to unpack anything nor take out the food we had just purchased. I went over by the air conditioning unit and saw a 2nd roach. I removed our belongings and immediately went to the front desk. I told John the employee on duty and asked if this was common at this hotel he informed me that they have pest control and recently had them out. Needless to say I was issued another room. I was very leery and uncomfortable in the room. I took our bags back to the car and only kept out what we needed for the 2 days.

I have mix feelings about my stay at comfort inn in sikeston mo. The bathroom was a little small but clean and in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The room however had a smell of dirty gym socks. The smell must of come from the carpet. Why they have carpet in the room is beyond me. They allow pets. I haven’t been in a hotel with carpet in many years because you can’t vacuum out the smell of pets. This is why the better hotels have tile instead of carpet . I will not go back to this hotel ever again. I stayed at comfort inn in Madison Wi the week before and it was spacious and clean so I know they have a new concept for their hotels. I only hope they go back to their aging hotels and bring them up to excellence par.

Toilet did not flush. Heard water dripping from shower all night. Had to request a different room. Beds were comfortable. Furniture can use cleaning/dusting. Freezer had something wasted in it. Staff was friendly at the front desk.

Pet hair all iver the chair in the room. Specs of poop on toilet seat. Ironing board filthy. Linens torn. Lumpy pillows. Distinct smell of room a mnd hallway stairs. Side doors not secure. Holes in closet door. Freezer portion of fridge was dirty. Watery powdered eggs and hard biscuits. Had to purchase clorox cleaning wipes to wipe down everything, went through entire bottle. Used entire bottle of febreeze. First stay was okay. Last couple has been terrible, but price of rooms increased. Lady at front desk was nice was about all i liked about sleeping there. Last stay at Comfort Inn as it's not worth the price.

We checked in on a very busy Friday night. The check in was smooth and our room was fine. However, there was a barking dog in some room very close to ours that barked for hours-- preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. We asked the front desk twice to tell the guests to silence the dog, but that did not happen. Also-- the TV remote control did not work and we had to get assistance from the night manager just to turn it on. A simple set of printed instructions for the TV remote would save your hotel staff a LOT of time! We did appreciate the hot breakfast in the morning.

We found wrappers on the floor. The bedding was washed in some cheap detergent that had us itching all night. The air conditioner is old and took all night to cool off the room. The beds feel like they put a mattress pad on top of a brick. Thankfull we only stayed one night.

The pictures show jacuzzi tub. I thought with a suite we would get one and we didnt and staff said a lot of people ask about it. So hotels is wrong about that. Bed is super hard and uncomfortable. Tv is a smart tv with a special remote cant access any smart features and tv program is 480i on a hd tv so its washed out and stretched

This place was very nice. I couldn’t give it 5 stars as the check in desk gave our room to another guest along with the key. Boy was I surprised when a stranger opened my door! It got straightened out but then our key no longer worked. Was a hassle running to the front desk so much

I was double charged for a single nights stay and cannot get anyone to refund my money after three attempts. I do not recommend this hotel nor do I recommend hotels.com. A computer glitch caused the hotel to not receive my prepaid reservation.

Great property. All the standard room amenities and a great breakfast. Hotel was quiet and clean. Appeared to host a lot of business travelers. I prefer Choice or Marriott properties and this one didn’t disappoint. Would stay again.

Clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Needs more visible security like cameras and a safe in the rooms. Also real eggs not microwave bags, would be nice, but overall a decent breakfast.
