Despite be a good hotel they need to improve activities with kids. Those ones are not nice. Very restricted. The Mini Club from the pictures is fake: always closed. The kids activities are not more than 2 hours per day (included night time). One of the reason to choose this hotel is the kids activities that shows in the website.

Love this hotel. Could maybe do with some decorating. Lifts were out of order for a few days. Staff lovely and hotel clean. All decorated for halloween.

The rooms were tiny but had a good standard with a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of food but the room was quite noisy due to the high number of guests. The pool/garden area was great and well managed. The parking in front of the hotel was pretty expensive (15€)

The location is great but the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC. In one weeks stay my front handle came off and I had a bathroom leak. Poor grouting in bathroom, dirty carpets in communal areas, ripped sofas in “premium areas” - not what I’d expect from a four star. Premium rooms are big and bright with a good size balcony. Bathroom nice too with lots of room to hang clothes / store luggage. Free water and soft drinks each day a really nice touch. The pool is need of a good jet washing & there are not enough sun loungers by a long shot, also the pool isn’t big enough for the number of rooms / guests. Lots of people reserving beds and heading off the day. Breakfast is good with lots of choice, we had dinner buffet one night and was not hugely impressed. Lots of nice restaurants nearby to choose from. On arrival check in took forever & it was odd that rooms needed to be paid for separately / separate transactions despite being on same booking. I would visit Benalmádena again, but for the cost I expect better.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the pool was good. The food was decent but a little average - some more variety would have been appreciated. Some issues I had: I emailed the hotel (once via Expedia) as we were arriving late and wanted to let them know and enquire about food options on arrival. No one ever replied to my emails. On arrival, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a Premier room but I had actually booked and paid for a Premier room so there was no upgrade. We were told by pool staff that we could not book one of the private beds (cabanas) in advance. They could only be booked on the day, in the morning when the pool opened. However on the day we wanted to use the cabanas we were first in line only to be told all beds had been reserved and booked the day before. The inconsistency here was frustrating. There was lots of building work happening in a neighbouring hotel which was very noisy and caused lots of traffic. And the entire beach area was closed for the whole duration due to construction. Had to walk 20 minutes for the nearest beach. Despite the above, we did have an enjoyable time here. Nothing special but not a bad hotel.

Hotel in excellent position for beach days and resort restaurants and nightlife you could chose evenings around the harbour area or bars of the beach also only a 15 min walk to torremolinos which offers a lot more entertainment..Hotel itself is well maintained and clean we stayed Breakfast only and it had a varied selection of good quality options .Pool area very clean although pool was was like getting into warm bath in 30c heat what do you expect ....pool bar area very good and competitive with local bars price wise .

Väldigt bra hotell m fin trädgård o bra poolområde med gott om sängar. Enda nackdelen var att de inte kunde erbjuda någon frukost för tidiga avfärder. Vi frågade i receptionen om vi kunde ta med en macka fr frukosten dagen innan, ok var svaret men i restaurangen blev det nej, inget får lämna restaurangen, de är tydligen fristående mot hotellet. Annars allt bra!

Stayed B&B, breakfast ok, glad we were not HB. Staff friendly and courteous, building work going on around pool which we didn’t know about until we got there. Hotel in a good location.

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmes Hotel. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Was nicht so schön war, war die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Die Teller, Tassen und Gläser waren zum Teil verschmutzt. Und anscheinend ist es in Spanien normal, aber uns haben die Klobürsten gefehlt.

Var tilfreds med det hele, til den pris. Det eneste man rigtig kunne sætte en finger på, var at der ikke blev støvsuget under sengene og vores vask på badeværelset var stoppet til, men fik vi hjælp til.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and professional reception staff to the high quality and cleanliness of the room. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—truly comparable to that of a five-star hotel, with great variety and quality. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff in the restaurant are amazing they keep the dining room spotless even at the busiest time. They are friendly and so efficient. The bedrooms are also kept really clean by the hardworking staff.

Un muy buen hotel , lo mejor el buffet , variado en gran cantidad y reponen rapidísimo, lo peor la piscina . Lo peor la piscina , el filtrado es lento , con lo que el agua estaba demasiado caliente , y en la zona de jacusi al no funcionar , era agua estancada la gente entrando y saliendo uff mucho orín, el borde interior de la piscina con una capa de mugre considerable , las lozas se ve que el presupuesto era cortito resbalan como hielo. First time in Benalmadena and the hotel is a perfect location to be able to visit all the different areas. Good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel, although very good, could do with a little bit of modernisation and a general lick of paint in the rooms. Beds and towels changed daily. Don’t think they replaced our glass each day though. Lots of extra bedding supplied, which we didn’t need. Air conditioning unit excellent. The walls between the bedrooms though are as thin as paper. We were disturbed most of the week by very noisy neighbours. The staff are all really polite and helpful. We were allowed to swap our even meals for lunch whenever we needed and an early breakfast on the day we checked out. The food in the restaurant was a good selection. Some of the food was colder than we would have liked though although they do have microwaves there you can use. The salad and bread selections were brilliant but the warm food did get a bit samesie after a few days hence why we changed some days to lunchtime so that we could go out of the hotel in the evening. Pool was lovely, not busy at all, loads of sun beds available. We didn’t attend any of the evening entertainment but seemed to have a good variety advertised. In general , for the price we paid we had a wonderful time, well worth the money and certainly got our monies worth from the half board offer.

I would visit Benalmádena again, but for the cost I expect better.
The location is great but the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC. In one weeks stay my front handle came off and I had a bathroom leak. Poor grouting in bathroom, dirty carpets in communal areas, ripped sofas in “premium areas” - not what I’d expect from a four star. Premium rooms are big and bright with a good size balcony. Bathroom nice too with lots of room to hang clothes / store luggage. Free water and soft drinks each day a really nice touch. The pool is need of a good jet washing & there are not enough sun loungers by a long shot, also the pool isn’t big enough for the number of rooms / guests. Lots of people reserving beds and heading off the day. Breakfast is good with lots of choice, we had dinner buffet one night and was not hugely impressed. Lots of nice restaurants nearby to choose from. On arrival check in took forever & it was odd that rooms needed to be paid for separately / separate transactions despite being on same booking. I would visit Benalmádena again, but for the cost I expect better.

Stayed 31st January to 5th February. The hotel is in an excellent position easy to get to marina and on a bus route. Slight hill to climb but not too bad. The grounds are lovely and there is a path through gardens and a few steps to exit hotel if you wish to avoid the hill. Rooms look nice but not practical. The hanging space is only suitable for tops, not deep enough for ladies dresses or trousers. Also there are no drawers. Not really suitable for storing clothes for a weeks holiday. We had a kettle, which was good. But only paper cups provided and no spoons. Also no bin for the rubbish. There was just a small bin in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The food was ok, but the hot plate didn't seem to be hot enough ( the poor chef looked stressed out) and the omelettes at breakfast were undercooked. Both myself and friends ate them the first morning and had upset tummies afterwards. The bar prices good which made a nice change. Overall we had a lovely stay. I would recommend it, but be aware of the practicalities.

Stayed here many times before as we love it here! This time not so much! The room they gave us wasn’t what we booked! Ended up with a family room with no view what so ever! People houses and from a low floor. Didn’t complain as we stayed for 1 night but won’t stay in a room without a sea view again. On the plus side the room was ready for us when we arrived at 10.30am The food was very good, something for everyone Outside pool bar brilliant as always

My first time stay and although it is a smaller hotel but quite impressed how huge it feels as it is like a u shape on the inside. I stayed on the premium side which in my view gave us larger room and more modern facilities. The room was fantastic and very quiet and the bathroom was fair size with a bath n shower. The only downside - no kettle and the TV was small.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and comfortable and the staff is also very friendly, the breakfast is very good and the night show is also very nice, the pillows are not very comfortable, there were mosquitoes in the room and the cleaning ladies clean very early in the morning which woke us up, but apart from that, everything was very nice

Nice hotel in a nice area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the pool was good. The food was decent but a little average - some more variety would have been appreciated. Some issues I had: I emailed the hotel (once via Expedia) as we were arriving late and wanted to let them know and enquire about food options on arrival. No one ever replied to my emails. On arrival, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a Premier room but I had actually booked and paid for a Premier room so there was no upgrade. We were told by pool staff that we could not book one of the private beds (cabanas) in advance. They could only be booked on the day, in the morning when the pool opened. However on the day we wanted to use the cabanas we were first in line only to be told all beds had been reserved and booked the day before. The inconsistency here was frustrating. There was lots of building work happening in a neighbouring hotel which was very noisy and caused lots of traffic. And the entire beach area was closed for the whole duration due to construction. Had to walk 20 minutes for the nearest beach. Despite the above, we did have an enjoyable time here. Nothing special but not a bad hotel.

Väldigt bra hotell m fin trädgård o bra poolområde med gott om sängar. Enda nackdelen var att de inte kunde erbjuda någon frukost för tidiga avfärder. Vi frågade i receptionen om vi kunde ta med en macka fr frukosten dagen innan, ok var svaret men i restaurangen blev det nej, inget får lämna restaurangen, de är tydligen fristående mot hotellet. Annars allt bra!

We've stayed here several times and the staff are always excellent. We stayed in a premium room and it was lovely and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The grounds are so well maintained also. We will be back again.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and professional reception staff to the high quality and cleanliness of the room. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—truly comparable to that of a five-star hotel, with great variety and quality. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the marina the main thing was to have somewhere we could just use as a base. We only booked bed and breakfast. We arrived and were given barely any information on the hotel or facilities, just checked in and pointed in the direction of the lifts. For a premium room, we had two beds shoved together for a family of four to sleep in, a tv with faulty sound and a minibar that consisted of a bottle of water and two soft drinks, none of which were very cold because the fridge was overheating. We decided the first night to eat in the hotel’s only restaurant. It wasn’t too busy and there was a fair range of food on offer, although the fish I had was raw. But the price was very reasonable - the food and drinks all week were well priced. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet fare, not much else to say about it. The main issues started at night when we tried to sleep and realised the air con was faulty. The temperature was in the high 30s and while the air con was on, the room was still stifling hot. You had to stand on a chair and put your hand up to the unit to feel anything and even then it was just like someone was blowing on you. We complained and maintenance came but it made no difference. We had 5 sleepless nights before I couldn’t take anymore and checked into another apartment. When I checked out the receptionist didn’t even ask why. We asked for a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay but the hotel refused.

The bed was massive! 2 double beds put together so it was lovely and roomy. The hotel was 5 minute walk from the marina and even less to the beach. Would book again. Only comment is the rooms are not sound proofed so you hear everyone arriving back late at night. Apart from that, it was great. Brilliant location, good facilities and helpful staff.

Arrived around 9 pm and checked in with no problems. The receptionist advised that if we left our bags at the reception desk, we could go down for Dinner before it closed at 9:30. After a nice meal, we collected our bags and went up to our premium room, which was large and clean, with 2 double beds. Our room was on the opposite side from the pool and garden area, so not a great view of the opposite building, but we did have a partial view of the sea. We were half board and found that there was plenty to choose from both at Breakfast and Dinner with good quality food. The hotel's Wi-Fi worked well, and the bar and garden areas were kept clean, with bar prices being very reasonable for a hotel. Great location for walking to the beach and up to the Marina, with the park not too far away, although this does mean going up the hill to reach it.

Hotel in excellent position for beach days and resort restaurants and nightlife you could chose evenings around the harbour area or bars of the beach also only a 15 min walk to torremolinos which offers a lot more entertainment..Hotel itself is well maintained and clean we stayed Breakfast only and it had a varied selection of good quality options .Pool area very clean although pool was was like getting into warm bath in 30c heat what do you expect ....pool bar area very good and competitive with local bars price wise .

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmes Hotel. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Was nicht so schön war, war die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Die Teller, Tassen und Gläser waren zum Teil verschmutzt. Und anscheinend ist es in Spanien normal, aber uns haben die Klobürsten gefehlt.

First time in Benalmadena and the hotel is a perfect location to be able to visit all the different areas. Good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel, although very good, could do with a little bit of modernisation and a general lick of paint in the rooms. Beds and towels changed daily. Don’t think they replaced our glass each day though. Lots of extra bedding supplied, which we didn’t need. Air conditioning unit excellent. The walls between the bedrooms though are as thin as paper. We were disturbed most of the week by very noisy neighbours. The staff are all really polite and helpful. We were allowed to swap our even meals for lunch whenever we needed and an early breakfast on the day we checked out. The food in the restaurant was a good selection. Some of the food was colder than we would have liked though although they do have microwaves there you can use. The salad and bread selections were brilliant but the warm food did get a bit samesie after a few days hence why we changed some days to lunchtime so that we could go out of the hotel in the evening. Pool was lovely, not busy at all, loads of sun beds available. We didn’t attend any of the evening entertainment but seemed to have a good variety advertised. In general , for the price we paid we had a wonderful time, well worth the money and certainly got our monies worth from the half board offer.

We were allowed to swap our even meals for lunch whenever we needed and an early breakfast on the day we checked out. The food in the restaurant was a good selection. Some of the food was colder than we would have liked though although they do have microwaves there you can use. The salad and bread selections were brilliant but the warm food did get a bit samesie after a few days hence why we changed some days to lunchtime so that we could go out of the hotel in the evening. Pool was lovely, not busy at all, loads of sun beds available. We didn’t attend any of the evening entertainment but seemed to have a good variety advertised. In general , for the price we paid we had a wonderful time, well worth the money and certainly got our monies worth from the half board offer.

Lovely stay! Hotel in excellent position for beach days and resort restaurants and nightlife you could chose evenings around the harbour area or bars of the beach also only a 15 min walk to torremolinos which offers a lot more entertainment..Hotel itself is well maintained and clean we stayed Breakfast only and it had a varied selection of good quality options .Pool area very clean although pool was was like getting into warm bath in 30c heat what do you expect ....pool bar area very good and competitive with local bars price wise .

We only booked bed and breakfast as we had stayed here before and new the evening meals were not good. On this visit the food at breakfast was awful a very low standard ended up going out for breakfast the last day as couldn't face it again 😭

Great location. Easy for walking to beach and Marina. Also on the bus route to various other locations. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are quite small but more than big enough for a couple and very clean and tidy. Air conditioning worked well. A highly recommended excellent run hotel.
