We really enjoyed our time, minus a few things. Pluses- great staff, especially at the front desk. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach and the promenade. The rooms are spacious and clean (splurge for oceanfront- excellent view of the sea).The breakfast is outstanding. The Port is a short 5-10 minute walk. Benalmedina Pueblo is an inexpensive bus ride with a stop across the street, where you can go to have an amazing view of much of Costa del Sol. The pool area is small but nice as well. Minuses- the website states free umbrellas and chairs- but there's only 30 for a large hotel, and you have to sign up for them at 8 am, first come first served, no guarantees. And you can only use them for 4 hours. We decided to go to the next beach block where for €14 you can have an umbrella and two chairs plus wifi for the whole day without having to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve. Also, there's many steps down to get to the beach (and back up), no elevator if you have walking troubles. And on those steps is a stink of sewage at all times. Also, if you enter the property from the promenade after 10 pm, you must walk many flights to reach the entrance to the front of the property. One last note, if you have a room on the 7th floor, beware- there will be lots of noise over your head until the bar on the 8th floor closes after 1 pm (although the noise continued until like 2). Better to have a lower floor if you like sleep.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing stay. Would absolutely recommend to families and couples or solo travellers. Lovely outdoor pool, as well as indoor heated pool, kids play area - both indoor and outdoor. Beautiful breakfast and snacks. No fault whatsoever.

The hotel location is superb, just a few steps away from promenade and beach. Marina is a 10 minute walk but a nice one at that. It is a must visit as it has a great atmosphere, very picturesque , has nice shops and restaurants(try Sakura, InAsia and Cinnamon Bay). The hotel itself is good. I would recommend getting sea view as the scenery is exceptional. Rooms are nice, the outside bathroom sink is odd, but you get use to it. Breakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner ok. Oh, the orange juice at breakfast is heaven. Service is good at hotel especially reception area. There are 2 pools one indoor which is heated, one outdoor which is positioned such that you also get great views of the beach.There is a sauna also. Gym is not really well equipped such that I didn't use it. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Trivelig hotell med god beliggenhet og rolig, rent og fint bassengområde. God frokost, men det manglet stadig kopper eller mat eller lignende. Flott takterrasse, men det tok litt lang tid før man fikk bestilt noe i baren. Generelt har servitører og kelnere litt å gå på når det gjelder service! Flott at vi fikk bruke fasilitetene etter utsjekk ved sen avreise.

Hotel was in a good convenient location. On the plus side —— There was a problem with wardrobe sliding door when we arrived. We reported this, and maintenance person arrived within 5 mins and resolved the problem. The hotel was clean, and our room was cleaned in a very timely manner On the down side —— The bathroom did not have a washbasin. There were 2 washbasins outside the bathroom, even though there was plenty of room in the bathroom, which we thought was bizarre. There were 2 USB sockets on one side of the bed, and no USB sockets on the other side

Au vue du prix de la nuit nous nous attendions à une chambre exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu une chambre petite, les éviers sont dans la chambre et non dans la salle d’eau. We arrived earlier than the check in time but they very kindly had a room ready for us. We had paid a bit extra for a sea view but they upgraded us to a junior suite which was absolutely beautiful, very spacious for the two of us and as we were on the 7th floor, the views were spectacular. The hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was like new every day, there was plenty of choice for breakfast and all staff were very very friendly, especially on the Sky Bar (apart from the pool that was the only other place we had a drink in the hotel). We were there for the Euro semi final so there was a television at the Sky Bar and they looked after us well with drinks and popcorn. We were keen to book again before we had left for a long weekend in September but unfortunately, they said the minimum booking duration was now 5 nights, so we will have to stay somewhere else next time. The area is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants but if you want something quieter with fabulous views, then the Old Town is worth a visit. Will definitely be visiting the area again.

This was our 1st stay at the hotel. Very impressed by the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. It was gorgeous. Our room was large and had enough storage space / tea & coffee facilities fot that morning brew. it also had itv1 and bbc1 which is something rare in hotels but appreciated watching gmb each morning. The breakfast was fabulous and all the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The cons- no aircon end March as hotel dosent turn it on till later in season we were roasting so didnt sleep well at all. We couldnt open the window as road was too noisy and even with patio window closed we could still hear traffic.it was single glazed. The drains kept making a very loud noise we worked out it was coming from above on other rooms really made me really jump waking me up. The lifts kept going up and down you couldnt get to where you were going at busy times mainly breakfast. I would stay here again but pick my months carefully cause of aircon and would request top floor .

Front of hotel is feet from busy main road. Really need to have ocean view if you are a light sleeper. We had side room which reminded me of a cruise ship cabin. Still plenty of road noise. Terrace/balcony in our room was small but did receive plenty of sun. Gym was small and lacking in equipment. Breakfast was very good. Overall, we paid £250 more than four friends who were staying at two other nearby hotels. They had a better room, a better view and larger terrace. Our pool area was nice and afforded direct access to beach. We had a decent week, but were a tad disappointed that our extra money did not seem to provide us with anything extra in return. Staff were pleasant.

Great hotel with great staff! Only the dinner buffet could improve a little and the food labelling could improve (there were some options containing pork not labelled properly). Nevertheless the staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to get you any required information and make you feel comfortable. To get to the beach you need to walk down about 2 flights of stairs - maybe not ideal for elderly or disabled people.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Good transport links to Málaga. Very fresh décor, rooms a good size and we had a corner room that has a good size balcony with two chairs and a sunbed (ask for one on the west side if getting sun all day is important). Right on the seafront with access to the promenade to walk to Torremolinos. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast had a very good selection to suit all tastes, food was fresh and staff kept it topped up. A relaxing stay with no complaints.

Location is excellent, right on the beach and along from the marina. Long walks along the promenade, right into Torremolinos and beyond for those who like walking and a bus stop right outside the hotel for those who don't. The town and station is at the top of the hill however and it's a long hike up there although the bus outside the hotel will take you if you don't fancy the walk. Plenty of places to visit by either train or bus. The hotel is lovely with excellent views from the majority of rooms as it is on a high point. The food was enjoyable with tables on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Staff were friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. My only gripe is the music from the terrace starting at 8am which can be heard in all the front facing rooms.
