We had such a relaxing and fantastic time at this hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the lady that cleaned our room each day was amazing. The room was very comfortable and the views of the bay were gorgeous. The facilities and restaurants were spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was plentiful. The beach was wonderful and felt like it was a private beach due to its close proximately to the hotel, although we did have to pay for the sun beds and parasols each day as these were not managed by the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. however the check-in took almost 1 hour and the breakfast that I was supposed to have up on departure at 7 o’clock in the morning was not ready because of staff forgetting what they promised to do at the check-in so that was a disappointment also upon entering the room the AC was not working and I had to call the service three times to come and fix it. Otherwise there is a lack of security at the rooftop bar where there was a stag of young guys who left beers food and even mixed food into the Jacuzzi and I had to notify the reception about that. the property is beautiful in terms of location. The room is nice but the service could be better and there is a total lack of security. Also €19 per day for the parking is a rip off

I didn’t like the fact that although you paid extra for all inclusive the cocktails were horrible pre-mix things rather than proper cocktails mixed by the waiters. Also many areas are not included in the all inclusive - the roof bar and the beach bar. You could not regulate the air-con in either the gym or in your room. It was all centrally controlled and the temperature in the gym was far too hot.

The property is absolutely astonishing. Being right on the water with the mountains behind us was a dream come true. The staff provided top notch customer service and I never encountered anyone who was unwilling to help or offer tourist tips! The food in the all-inclusive buffet was way above expectations and we very much appreciated that the menu rotated daily. We had a small issue with the air conditioning after checking in, and it was resolved the same morning. The hotel and surrounding area is so clean it’s shocking. The only disappointing aspects we faced was that the fitness/sauna rooms were closed on our last day; we only had one dining option even though we paid for all-inclusive and expected both restaurants to be open; the hot tubs on the rooftop were colder than the pools; and the big pool was closed one day which severely limited space to lay out as chairs on the beach had to be purchased. All in all, we will definitely come back, hopefully when everything is fully functioning! Thank you to the staff and everyone who played a part in making this trip unforgettable!

Beautiful property, severely let down by the lifts! The lifts, 4 very small, working off two diffierny call system's covering a huge hotel, which clearly is not sufficient. Multiple complaints heard from other guests on a regular basis. The pools are a let down, as the adult pool is very overcrowded with too many beds in a small space. The pool is lovely but in need of a good clean as algae is all around the top of the pool. The other pool is like a butlins affair. Loud music all the time putting you off if you want to relax. Hence why the adult pool is overcrowded. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful.

I needed an iron and ironing board and it was delivered to the room within minutes All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Facilities were good. Lovely balcony with sea view. Just a short drive from the busier part but we really liked this hotel and would stay there again.

We were severely underwhelmed by our stay to be honest. The room was just okay, nothing special. Not as clean as expected and the toiletry products provided were not great and broke me out when used. The rainfall shower didn’t work. We paid extra for a Sea view room but from what we could see when we arrived every room had a view of the beach/ ocean so it felt sketchy. It was a very high floor with like the picture perfect views, we were on the 5th floor and could hear absolutely everything going on on the beach and anywhere outside our room below if our balcony door was even cracked. One of the restaurants was closed for the season but we weren’t told those dates at the time of booking. The spa was also closed but it’s not stated on the website at all. The food at the beachside restaurant was our least favorite in Benalmádena that we’d had. It was also not nearly as centrally located as advertised, many things were quite a ways away in comparison to other more centrally located hotels. The staff as less than enthusiastic toward us- we weren’t all inclusive and felt we waited longer for service and weren’t treated as nicely as those who were all inclusive. The website wasn’t clear about what was offered with all inclusive and the food there wasn’t worth that cost. The hotel itself in all common areas was extremely hot and the air conditioning's having a locked minimum of 19 c was not very comfortable (especially for someone who experiences hot flashes).

Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Umgebung für einen entspannten Urlaub. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ist ein Hafen, wo man sehr schön shoppen, spazieren und essen kann. Auch die Orte nebenan sind sehr schön, um abends auszugehen. Hotel befindet sich ca 30 Minuten mit Auto von Marbella und Málaga. Zum Hotel: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Hotel verfügt über 2 Außenpools. Außerdem kann man sich auch dort direkt am Strand erholen Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße (kostenlos - eigene Liegen hat das Hotel jedoch nicht. - Parken auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels sehr teuer Zimmer: Die Ausstattung des Zimmer war in Ordnung. Schöner Ausblick zum Meer. Das Meeresrauschen hat man auch bei geschlossenen Balkontüren gehört, was ich sehr schön fand. Reinigung: - Die Reinigung der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig, denn 1 Woche lang wurden die Wassergläser nicht ausgetauscht, der Boden war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Seife wurde nicht ausgetauscht, obwohl diese leer war. Restaurant: wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen mitgebucht. - Das Frühstück war eintönig. Das Geschirr und Besteck war immer dreckig. Die Wassergläser waren auch schmutzig hatten Saftreste!!

La habitación era lo que ponía. Con lo cual bien. Pero la limpieza nefasta. Sucias las zonas comunes. Nos tuvieron que fumigar dos veces la habitación por hormigas. ( en un la planta 11).cada tres días al cambiar las toallas, se llevaban 4 y dejaban dos, con lo cual había que pedir de nuevo las toallas. Luego no había climatización en zonas comunes y poco ascensores para tanta gente, con lo cual había a que esperar hasta 10min en las horas puntas o subir 11 pisos. Y lo peor la piscina solo estaba abierta hasta las 19h, no comprendo como en España tengan estos horarios. Con la cual estas vacaciones no hamos disfrutado de todas las instalaciones .una pena porque el personal fue agradable y el hotel está bien, pero por todos ello no creo que sea para darle un 4 estrellas.

Das Hotel liegt leider außerhalb des Ortes. Man muss den Bus nehmen , wenn man weg will. Aber die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön nur der Balkon ziemlich kahl. Etwas deko hätte den Balkon aufgewertet. Das Essen war gut und sehr vielfältig, leider manchmal nicht sehr warm. Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr schön.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms clean and spacious bed. Great location; whether you have a car or not. Train station is a ten minute walk. Lots of options for food and drink. Beach is a stones throw from the hotel. The Wi-Fi was slightly unreliable but worked perfectly downstairs and outside. Loved it and will be going back.

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY! We stayed here for the first time and it was excellent! We enjoyed our visit so much that we even extended our stay. The only downside was that the family pool was closed. We would love to come back on another occasion. A special thank you to the reception staff for their very kind and pleasant approach. The breakfast with the sea view was fantastic as well - so many fresh choices, absolutely brilliant!

Paid on site parking. Very busy tourist hotel. Totally understaffed in the main bar and the bar by the adult swimming pool on beach front. Check in slow and check out even slower as we needed a Factura which was a major challenge. Receptionist at check in and checl out was the same and she did not fully understand the system. Alas. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night.

Hotel deixou algumas coisas a desejar. Primeiro que os atendentes não passam informações claras sobre uso da piscina, praia, a necessidade de deixar depósito por toalha e até pagar pela troca de toalha de banho. Não informam claramente sobre localalização das coisas, ou elevadores, e o padrão do hotel foge da lógica. Tivemos problema com equipe da manutenção dizendo que o quarto de baixo estava alagando e foram fazer reparo no quarto. Deixaram o tapete do banheiro IMUNDO e não trocaram. Falta de cuidado! Além disso, o ar condicionado desliga ao abrir a porta da sacada do quarto, o que é ilógico. No geral, o hotel parece ser mais do que é.

I had a fantastic stay and I could not find a fault with this hotel. There was a culture of politeness and friendliness amongst the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and all the others. They were so welcoming. The hotel was so clean and there was a of things to do on the premises like live music in the evenings, the food and the bars and restaurants. There was also direct access to the beach. The views were stunning. I was there with my daughter and we loved it and I would come again and again. I highly recommend it.

This is our second visit. The staff are excellent and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The staff responded quickly to any request we made. We opted for half board and the food was very good with plenty of variety to choose from. The main swimming pool was closed at this time so we tended to stay around the bar area by the smaller pool. Both the sea and the swimming pool were very cold but it was still possible to have a quick dip.

Nothing wrong with the hotel BUT not the right fit for us. The hotel is good for a stay-put vacation. There was a convention checking in at the same time we arrived and only 2 guys working the front desk. I felt sorry for the two guys on the desk. There is not a lot of dining or entertainment around the hotel. We were surprised to have to pay €19 per day for parking; there is free street parking we should have used.

Not much happening in the area, but it’s perfect for a calm, peaceful, and quiet getaway for a couple of days. Fantastic rooftop bar, and the beach outside isn’t exactly 'private', but it’s not busy either, so it was still enjoyable. I would have preferred if sunbeds and umbrellas were offered for free, since we paid a lady for some.

Leider war die Hälfte des Hotels geschlossen, weil keine Hauptsaison war. Das hätte man in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnen können. Aussicht und Strandzugang sind ziemlich genial, Personal sehr freundlich, allerdings wenn viel zu tuen ist, kriegt man pro Essen nicht mehr als ein Getränk. Cocktails für All-Inclusive, sind fertig gemixte Cocktails aus der Dose und für Leute die dafür bezahlen , werden diese frisch gemacht , ziemlich traurig. Abgesehen davon ist die Auswahl an Coktails auf 5 Coktails begrenzt. Essen im Buffet Restaurant war ganz ok, die anderen Essensmöglichkeiten kann ich nicht bewerten, weil geschlossen. Wenig Abwechslung im Buffetrestaurant. Zimmer waren sauber und gar nicht so hellhörig, wie in den Bewertungen beschrieben. Aussicht vom Zimmer mit Meerblick ebenfalls ziemlich gut. Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ziemlich gut , allerdings Transfer zu Aktivitäten sehr eingeschränkt.

A group of 7 guys staying for 3 nights Sep 2023. Having read mixed reviews I went with an open mind. This is a great hotel, we were placed on the top floor in rooms next to each other, the views were fantastic, a bottle of bubbles to welcome us, and the room was modern, spacious, clean. The beds and pillows were really comfy. The beach and pool areas were great. And the service at the beach bar was fun and friendly with a great selection of beers, wine, spirits and cocktails and snacks included in our All Inclusive package. The other bars at the hotel were also nice areas to hang out. The buffet restaurant provided a great breakfast range, including made to order omelettes. The only downside was the coffee! We only ate once at the hotel buffet in the evenings, as we wanted to get out and about and enjoy local restaurants too, the buffet was fine. Big thanks to all the staff across the whole hotel from reception, cleaning team, catering and bar.

Super hotel. Direct aan het strand. Rustige locatie. Ontbijt- en diner buffet zeer uitgebreid. Iedere avond live entertainment. Mooie kamer met zeezicht. Aanrader!

Bra och fräscht rum med underbar utsikt mot havet. Trist bara att ett poolområde var stängt. Alla restauranger förutom bufférestaurangen var stängd, och rooftop bar också stängd. Dåligt att det inte soth nånstans när jag bokade.

Hotel was of a good standard. Lovely views of the sea from the restaurant and hotel room. Everything was clean and modern. Only criticism was the evening meals were a little boring with no real variation each night. I stayed 4 nights and that was enough for me.
