Gite with garden, barbecue & terrace

La Maison d'Amélie welcomes you to the Fougères region, 6 km from the castle and the center of Fougères, and 30 minutes by expressway from Mont-Saint-Michel. The cottage is attached to the owner's house and shares a courtyard and garden area. A private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue are available upon request. For your on-site activities, you have access to an outdoor football pitch and, indoors, a soccer field, handball court, basketball court, pétanque court, molkky court, Breton shuffleboard court, ping-pong table, and badminton net (balls, boules, and rackets are provided). On the ground floor: a spacious 40 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and lounge area, a sofa bed, and a 23 m² veranda with a lounge and dining area. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), a bedroom with three single beds (90x190 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Parking is available 20 meters away. A home office space is set up in the living area.
