The holiday home "Casa Alsa" is located in La Guancha on the beautiful volcanic island of Tenerife and offers stunning views of Mount Teide along with an inviting outdoor area. It features a living room with a 1.35 m bed and a three-seater sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, and a washing machine. This property is ideal for families with children, as it offers an outdoor area for your enjoyment, as well as a cot and high chair available on request. The excellent outdoor area features a garden with a private pool, outdoor shower, and sun loungers for relaxing or cooling off on warm days. There is also a charcoal or wood barbecue for preparing meals and dining outdoors. In the center of La Guancha, just a 7-minute drive away (3.8 km), you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest beaches, Playa de Santo Domingo and Playa de las Gaviotas, are 2.6 km away (6 minutes by car), perfect for sunbathing or strolling along the shore. Street parking is available. Bed linens are included. Pets are not allowed. There is a staircase to access the house. The owners live upstairs, but the pool is for guests' private use. Note: two signposted outdoor security cameras are on site. One is in the entrance corridor and records only that common access area. The other is near the pool and records only the exterior grounds outside the property, not the pool or any guest-exclusive space. No camera records indoor areas or guest-exclusive spaces.
