Gradevole albergo un po’ datato davanti il campo sportivo di Puerto de la Cruz, davanti al mare. Direi un 3 stelle. Camera spaziosa senza mini frigo e bollitore. Bar fino le 23, se uno vuole una cosa calda oppure deve tenere farmaci in frigo deve scendere alla reception. No, non nel 2024. Pulizie camera eccellenti e ottimo staff. Bagno usurato com maioliche del pavimento rotte e acqua della doccia/vasca con scariche improvvise bollenti. Buona colazione. Cena insomma. Bella vista mare della camera (con supplemento).

En general me gustó la ubicación del hotel, a pie del paseo que lleva al centro del puerto de la cruz. Como puntos negativos, no es fácil aparcar por la zona y el desayuno es regular, la bollería estaba dura y la comida en general no era muy apetitosa. Hay veces que es mejor menos cantidad pero más calidad... Como puntos positivos la habitación, que es muy amplia y cómoda, con un balcón, y la zona como ya he dicho.

Como puntos negativos, no es fácil aparcar por la zona y el desayuno es regular, la bollería estaba dura y la comida en general no era muy apetitosa. Bien pour un 3 étoiles, mais n'en mérite pas 4. Le restaurant en sous-sol surprend, pas de frigo dans les chambres et le simple vitrage ne stoppe pas les bruits de l'océan quand celui-ci est déchaîné, je présume qu'il en est de même côté rue, heureusement les travaux de la piscine municipale sont en phase de finition et n'apportent plus de nuisances. Vous êtes à 10 mn à pied du centre et de tous ses restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Squeeky clean all over! Beatiful and well-maintained pool and lounge area. Nice breakfast buffet with so many choices. Location is perfect btw the beach and city centre. I'll definitely book this hotel when visiting next time Pto de la Cruz.

Hotel zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte per Internet von daheim eingecheckt und bekam dafür ein Zimmerupgrade. Betten gut und Reinigungspersonal fleißig.

I am staying in hotels 1/3 of my nights and typically don't care about minor flaws, but here they offer a 'four star' accommodation at 260Euro+/n (without breakfast) and what you get is a sparsely furnished single room without even a fridge, coffee maker, toiletries, missing lamps and ages old bathroom installations. As those failed leading to leakage, they made us move to another room, no apologies, no compensation for the inconvenience of having plumbers in your room and having to move all your luggage in the middle of a vacation day. The staff arrogance has stunned us, can't believe they claim a Melia label.

Colchones hundidos se clavan los muelles. Cortinas sucias desde hace un siglo, muebles oxidados, paredes del cuarto de baño con moho y sucias, taza del WC rota, paredes llenas de desconchones, puerta del cuarto de baño más sucia y más vieja imposible. Intentamos damos cambiarnos dos veces de habitación sin éxito. Hablamos con la recepción y nos dijeron que estaban todas maso menos igual. Pésimo, no es un cuatro estrellas no llega ni a una.
Colchones hundidos se clavan los muelles. The hotel needs updating desperately. More than a coat of paint can provide. The curtains have holes. The shower head is as old as the building. The furniture is broken and mismatched. The location is great and the town is wonderful. Phones in room also don’t work. Alley that one needs to walk through to get to entrance smells horribly of pee. Parking on the street is free but can be very tricky to find

Slapen was onmogelijk. Papieren muren, plafond en vloer. Gedurende de hele dag worden meubels verschoven met een ongeloofelijke lawaai telkens. Begint al vroeg in de ochtend en het is een dusdanig hard geluid dat je we wakker van schrikt. Ook hoor je vanaf de 5e verdieping mensen op straat praten. Zo gehorig is het, geen enkel moment rust gehad. Flinke afrader dus

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly. Cleaning lady very helpful and pleasant too. Good location but parking can be a problem. Tiles in the bathroom need repairing. Overall very satisfied

Very friendly and helpful staff. Squeeky clean all over! Beatiful and well-maintained pool and lounge area. Nice breakfast buffet with so many choices. Location is perfect btw the beach and city centre. I'll definitely book this hotel when visiting next time Pto de la Cruz.

Todo bien, salvo que se trata de un hotel con ciertos años y al menos nuestra habitación necesitaba un lavado de cara. Muy limpio, y camas cómodas, personal muy amable y cercano, vistas preciosas, con ubicación excelente.

The room was sea view but opposite Soccer school. We were woken up every morning from 7.30 by children playing football, blowing horns and banging drums. This went on all day until about 7.30 to 8pm. No siesta. Check in was fine as we arrived late. The staff member was very helpful. The rest of the staff at this hotel were not friendly at all. Breakfast was fine but if you didn't arrive early for dinner there was no hot food left. Whether it was replaced after we walked out disgusted I didn't hang about to find out. The rooms were very clean, beds were lovely and comfortable but the room was very tired. Chunks of rendering missing out of the walls. A very low standard 4 star hotel for Melia. I have stayed in many and this was not up to their normal standard. It's a very good job I have another week left in Tenerife South as I would not be rested or relaxed after my 1st 4 days in this hotel.

Établissement qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles,les chambres sans aucun équipement,rideaux déchirés,très vieillottes,pas d’insonorisation.La nourriture insipide du petit dej au dîner.Personel pas sympathique.Je mettrais juste un point positif aux femmes de ménage . Je ne recommande pas cet hotel

Top marks for cleanliness and smily and friendly cleaners. Can't be said for the waiting staff and receptionists who d rather bury their heads behind the screen and only do greet when they are prompted. There is certainly a bit of work/training to do there. The food is boring and bland with only minor changes each day, next time I would not go half board but just stick with breakfast only. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable. Shower is good, beaches and restaurants closeby, parking ok. Our stay with seaview rooms was tarnished because of builing works right outside towards the sea front- the noise commenced at 7/7.30am every morning. All in all a solid 3* which only doesnt get more because of some of the staff which I hope will be addressed soon.

Hotel zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte per Internet von daheim eingecheckt und bekam dafür ein Zimmerupgrade. Betten gut und Reinigungspersonal fleißig.

The hotel needs updating desperately. More than a coat of paint can provide. The curtains have holes. The shower head is as old as the building. The furniture is broken and mismatched. The location is great and the town is wonderful. Phones in room also don’t work. Alley that one needs to walk through to get to entrance smells horribly of pee. Parking on the street is free but can be very tricky to find

If on a budget the hotel is great. Not the newest or the best, but overall clean, comfortable and located near the beach and in the quieter side of the town. The breakfast is very varied and it is clear that staff is trying to bring something special around the holidays, but the quality is pretty low, so a suggestion would be to lower the variety, while focusing on quality and taste for smaller choice. Overall, pretty happy woith the stay.

En general me gustó la ubicación del hotel, a pie del paseo que lleva al centro del puerto de la cruz. Como puntos negativos, no es fácil aparcar por la zona y el desayuno es regular, la bollería estaba dura y la comida en general no era muy apetitosa. Hay veces que es mejor menos cantidad pero más calidad... Como puntos positivos la habitación, que es muy amplia y cómoda, con un balcón, y la zona como ya he dicho.

Los colchones y almohadas muy incómodos, tanto, que la cuarta noche no dormí porque ya me dolía todo el cuerpo. Por otro lado no es culpa del hotel, pero hay una obra justo enfrente y a las 7.20 de la mañana ya estaba un tractor con un martillo hidráulico picando piedra. Podrían hablar con el jefe de obra para que al menos no empezarán con el ruido hasta las 8.00. Por lo demás todo bien.

Bien pour un 3 étoiles, mais n'en mérite pas 4. Le restaurant en sous-sol surprend, pas de frigo dans les chambres et le simple vitrage ne stoppe pas les bruits de l'océan quand celui-ci est déchaîné, je présume qu'il en est de même côté rue, heureusement les travaux de la piscine municipale sont en phase de finition et n'apportent plus de nuisances. Vous êtes à 10 mn à pied du centre et de tous ses restaurants.

Gradevole albergo un po’ datato davanti il campo sportivo di Puerto de la Cruz, davanti al mare. Direi un 3 stelle. Camera spaziosa senza mini frigo e bollitore. Bar fino le 23, se uno vuole una cosa calda oppure deve tenere farmaci in frigo deve scendere alla reception. No, non nel 2024. Pulizie camera eccellenti e ottimo staff. Bagno usurato com maioliche del pavimento rotte e acqua della doccia/vasca con scariche improvvise bollenti. Buona colazione. Cena insomma. Bella vista mare della camera (con supplemento).

My recommendation would be to avoid this hotel. We paid for 5 nights and stayed 1. Where do I start; dated, took 5 minutes for shower to heat up, no heated pool, soviet style architecture, breakfast inedible. Claims to be 4*, would be 2* at most in UK.

Vi bestilte med halvpension , morgenmaden i top, men aftenbuffeen var skuffende men der er sikkert delte meninger om det. Har besøgt hotellet for 3 gang og kvaliteteten af maden er blevet dårligere.

There is very little parking on site . As the police department takes most of the spots. You should make a 2 or 3 story parking area in the triangle area of your property since it only grows weeds. First night ended when street construction began at 8 am under my balcony which we weren’t notified prior. Continental Breakfast was large but most guests were stuck looking to make sure the food was cooked enough to eat. The hotel Building was clean . my room was clean. We left early due to weather
