Lo mejor de todo el camarero de noche. La carta es corta pero está bien para cenar algo rápido. Desayuno no lo probamos. La piscina muy pequeña para el complejo, y las hamacas todas pegadas unas con otras sin poder separarte de los demás clientes.L@s socorristas más pendiente de los móviles que de la piscina . Están más con sus cosas que con lo que es su trabajo. Muy mal en ese aspecto. De resto todo correcto, apartamento bastante amplio. Resto de personal educado y correcto.La limpieza no sólo consiste en echar varios litros de lejía que nose pueda entrar.

really good location. Apartments spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen had plenty of equipment as we didnt have breakfast. Pool a little small for all the apartments and we had trouble getting sunbed space as people keep belongings there all day. The complex was clean. The only negative was wi.-fi. we had to enter password and code every time we wanted to use it, which was very annoying and needs sorting. Also signal was very poor.

A very well managed complex geared to the comfort of its clients. Very clean and with good amenities e.g.restaurant, library, pool tables, nightly entertainment etc. The swimming pool is clean but proportionately small for the number of units. Excellent location:Close to food stores, restaurants, downtown & waterside promenades & beach (rocky). Despite advertising airport transfer ( for fee) only provided from TFS NOT TFN. Disappointing because not clear on hotels.com description. But the public bus service travels from the north airport & stops nearby. I would stay here again.

Nel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento.

Localisation proche du centre et du bord de mer à pied. Accessibilité aux grands axes en voiture, et possibilité de parking ( payant) à l'hôtel...idéal pour ceux qui comme moi on la bougeotte 😉 ! L'hôtel offre également d'autres services pour les plus sedentaires .

Vi boede 2 voksne og 2 børn i 2 uger på hotellet og var rigtig glade for opholdet! Venligt personale, stor dejlig lejlighed hvor vi selv kunne lave mad - rengøringen og de lidt køligere pools var ikke helt i top, men vi bad om en altan med sol og udsigt til Teide og det fik vi! Der var dog en hel del bilstøj fra gaden, men vi nød altanen alligevel!

I've stayed at Casablanca Apartments many times. Some areas may seem dated, but it is very comfortable complex and extremely clean and friendly staff. A library is in the basement, with showers & a luggage room if your flight is after checking out of your apartment. Balconies are small, some with just enough room for table & 4 chairs. Kitchens well equipped & full cooker. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunloungers. Pool towels available with refundable deposit. You can hire a safe in the apartment.

Rigtig fint lejlighedshotel i forhold til prisen. God central beliggenhed med nem adgang til at gå ned i byen eller op i området med den botaniske have. Indkøb og spisemuligheder tæt på. Vær dog opmærksom på de store højdeforskelle i byen og også ud fra hotellet. Vi fandt poolen bedre i virkeligheden end på billederne. Der er gjort meget for at gøre det let: Man kan låne poolhåndklæder, så man ikke behøver slæbe dem med hjemmefra, man kan købe vand og brød, så man ikke skal slæbe vand langt fra, sandwich og lignende er virkelig billige i bar/restauranten, hvis man vil have en madpakke med på tur og ikke selv vil lave den osv. Vi var middel tilfredse med rengøringen i lejligheden, men ellers var hotelområdet rent. I lejligheden var der ikke rene gulve pga. den måde, der bliver gjort rent på. Meget varieret beliggenhed for lejlighederne - der er stor forskel på udsigten og støjniveau alt efter beliggenhed. Vores lejlighed lå til vejen, men havde til gengæld både sol og udsigt til Teide, så vi var meget tilfredse i forhold til, hvad der passer os.

Not quite at the city centre / beach side but walkable distance. Parking available for EUR 5, but the entry card did not even work even though the reception said they activated it. Rooms are big (suite style) and clean, but no air conditioning despite the hot/warm weather in Tenerife. The oldish lady at reception treated Spanish-speaking people and non-Spanish speaking people with different attitudes - arrogant and somewhat disrespectful. The other staff less so but not very welcoming either. Spanish speaking people go ahead and stay here: good value for the price. English speaking people go somewhere else.

Vi fandt et billigt hotel til 4 dages ophold i nord tenerife så forventningerne var ikke store på forhånd. Vi fik en lækker og stor lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og fint stort køkken. Poolen var ikke stor men det var slet ikke noget problem at komme til. Vi havde en del støj på altanen fra den nærliggende vej, men jeg tænker at man kan købe sig til en altan vendt mod poolen i stedet og komme ud over det problem. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder tæt på og vi fandt flere gode spisesteder. Prøv Burger hub hvis i vil prøve en gourmet burger der smager af noget. Der er mulighed for parkering på hotellet, men båsene er virkeligt smalle. Alternativt har jeg læst mig til at man kan parkere i det nærliggende center. Aftenunderholdning er der, men det virkede ikke til at være særligt stort sat op. Det betød ikke noget for os. Vi brugte det ikke.

The apartment itself has all you need , but we had a ground floor unit facing the patio just next to the smoking section. When you open the window or the balcony door you get all the smoke. Reception never asked about our preferences. Upper floor facing the street would have been much nicer for us.

Unser Balkon hatte zwar Morgensonne, lag aber dadurch zur stark befahrenen Strasse hin, weswegen man sich dort nicht gerne aufgehalten hat. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir darüber informiert, dass wir wegen einer Überbuchung nur ein Studio bekämen statt des gebuchtes Apartment mit extra Schlafzimmer. Da wir das nicht akzeptiert haben, sind wir am zweiten Tag noch einmal umgezogen. Beide Zimmer lagen übrigens zur stark befahrenen Strasse hin. Als Wiedergutmachung haben wir ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten bekommen. The hotel is in a great location and the pool and evening entertainment was nice. Great touch on the welcome drinks in the lobby for guests. The rooms need a refresh and are a little dated looking. Need better equipment in the in suite kitchens. No spatula or can opener and limited pots and pans. Set up a tanning area away from the pool so that those who want to use the pool can find a chair to dry off.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Casablanca. Unser Apartment war im 5 Stock. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Tisch, Sofa und Küche sowie ein Schlafzimmer. Der Balkon ist riesig und verfügt über einen Grill. Das Casablanca ist sehr gut gelegen. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage, welche wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Fußläufig ist ein HyperDino Express erreichbar. Hier ist die Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt. Ansonsten ist es besser zum Mercadano zu gehen. Es sind allerdings ein paar Stufen bis dort hin. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und würden das Casablanca immer wieder nutzen.

Not quite at the city centre / beach side but walkable distance. Parking available for EUR 5, but the entry card did not even work even though the reception said they activated it. Rooms are big (suite style) and clean, but no air conditioning despite the hot/warm weather in Tenerife. The oldish lady at reception treated Spanish-speaking people and non-Spanish speaking people with different attitudes - arrogant and somewhat disrespectful. The other staff less so but not very welcoming either. Spanish speaking people go ahead and stay here: good value for the price. English speaking people go somewhere else.

We were greeted by very friendly front of house who allowed us to have an early check in.. The complex is extremely clean and the staff are all hard working.. The appartment was fully equipped with everything you need to make yourselves a cooked dinner or a light lunch.. I would recommend this complex for couples and families.. The laundertte is 3 euros for the washing machine and the same for the dryer in 50c pieces, which the reception will provide you with change.. The site is located on a steep hill, which could be quite tricky for the less able walkers..Over we had a fantastic stay and will be back for another visit in the future..

Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at casablanca apartments. The rooms were big and the kitchen was very well equipped. Bins were emptied daily. The location was great for buses. The main disappointment though was the attitude of the reception staff when we asked for more toilet roll. They made us feel ashamed to ask for more (i suffer stomach issues) and one of them wouldnt give us another role (and wasnt very kind about it) so we had to ask their collegue. In addition they wouldnt give us more washing up liquid (we were there for 8 nights so got through the small bottle within a few days). It was as if they didnt want us to wash up our dishes and perhaps to use towels for toilet roll! Besides that it was lovely.

Fantastic staff that are attentive and helpful, from the reception staff to the restaurant team they are all very very good and help to make your stay wonderful, the apartments are very clean and have everything you need including towels, we will definitely be back in the future Well done to everyone though as the hotel wouldn’t be what it is without the staff 👏👏

Super séjour ! Logement très typique, belle vue de notre appartement. Cuisine fonctionnel avec le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner durant la semaine. La réception est ouverte 24/24h (nous sommes arrivé à 3h du matin sans problème) parking payant mais vous pouvez trouver facilement des places dans les 200m alentours. Appartement très bien situé proche du centre ville et des commerces. Merci beaucoup !

Vi boede 2 voksne og 2 børn i 2 uger på hotellet og var rigtig glade for opholdet! Venligt personale, stor dejlig lejlighed hvor vi selv kunne lave mad - rengøringen og de lidt køligere pools var ikke helt i top, men vi bad om en altan med sol og udsigt til Teide og det fik vi! Der var dog en hel del bilstøj fra gaden, men vi nød altanen alligevel!

Rigtig fint lejlighedshotel i forhold til prisen. God central beliggenhed med nem adgang til at gå ned i byen eller op i området med den botaniske have. Indkøb og spisemuligheder tæt på. Vær dog opmærksom på de store højdeforskelle i byen og også ud fra hotellet. Vi fandt poolen bedre i virkeligheden end på billederne. Der er gjort meget for at gøre det let: Man kan låne poolhåndklæder, så man ikke behøver slæbe dem med hjemmefra, man kan købe vand og brød, så man ikke skal slæbe vand langt fra, sandwich og lignende er virkelig billige i bar/restauranten, hvis man vil have en madpakke med på tur og ikke selv vil lave den osv. Vi var middel tilfredse med rengøringen i lejligheden, men ellers var hotelområdet rent. I lejligheden var der ikke rene gulve pga. den måde, der bliver gjort rent på. Meget varieret beliggenhed for lejlighederne - der er stor forskel på udsigten og støjniveau alt efter beliggenhed. Vores lejlighed lå til vejen, men havde til gengæld både sol og udsigt til Teide, så vi var meget tilfredse i forhold til, hvad der passer os.

Lo mejor de todo el camarero de noche. La carta es corta pero está bien para cenar algo rápido. Desayuno no lo probamos. La piscina muy pequeña para el complejo, y las hamacas todas pegadas unas con otras sin poder separarte de los demás clientes.L@s socorristas más pendiente de los móviles que de la piscina . Están más con sus cosas que con lo que es su trabajo. Muy mal en ese aspecto. De resto todo correcto, apartamento bastante amplio. La piscina muy pequeña para el complejo, y las hamacas todas pegadas unas con otras sin poder separarte de los demás clientes.L@s socorristas más pendiente de los móviles que de la piscina . Están más con sus cosas que con lo que es su trabajo. Muy mal en ese aspecto. De resto todo correcto, apartamento bastante amplio. Resto de personal educado y correcto.La limpieza no sólo consiste en echar varios litros de lejía que nose pueda entrar.

This was a repeat visit but our 1st since lockdown and we were pleased to see the usual high standards had been maintained, in every single aspect of the resort. Prices in the bar - for food and drinks - were so reasonable with generous measures of both food and drink! Everybody is so friendly on site and they were extremely quick to respond to 2 tiny problems we had (broken kettle and wrong code put in the safe). The free on-site parking is a bonus because elsewhere it's at a nightmare to find a space. The pool is thoroughly cleaned every morning and there are free pool towels provided. The evening entertainers were varied and of a fairly decent standard. Lots of people were up dancing. We did self-catering but lots of people ate on site so I guess it must be pretty good.

Ett jättetrevligt lägenhetshotell där allt man kan tänkas behöva finns. Bra utrustat kök, bra förbindelser till flygplatserna och bra mat i restaurangen. Litet minus för att sängar och kuddar är lite obekväma och då lägenheterna börjar bli lite slitna är det lite svårt att hålla helt rent. Besökt Casablanca 11 gånger och kommer garanterat återvända hit igen.

Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!

Service was excellent. Great location. Beds were comfortable. The only issue was some mold in the bathroom ceiling due to no windows in that rooms. I notice a few black spots only. I will definitely recommend this place to my relatives and friends.
