beautiful property in a good location. check in was fantastic b/c of the staff. i wish i wrote down her name. she was so nice and fun. also a fantastic breakfast buffet and lively evening entertainment. i would stay here again for sure.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Nebensaison im Puerto Palace. Wir fanden es super, da es ruhig war (Atmosphäre und Lautstärke), obwohl es ausgebucht war. Poolanlage inkl. Bar war toll. Einen Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen haben wir jeden Tag in der Garage gefunden. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt weiterempfohlen :)

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern und einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage mit mehreren Pools. Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch sehr gut. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die sehr kleine Parkgarage, die meist voll belegt war. Wir mussten fast immer außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen.
Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern und einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage mit mehreren Pools. Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch sehr gut. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die sehr kleine Parkgarage, die meist voll belegt war. Wir mussten fast immer außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die wunderschöne Poolanlage mit Palmen und herrlichen exotischen Pflanzen war zum Schwimmen und Relaxen eine echte Alternative zum zeitweise recht ruppigen Naturstrand. Als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergängen in die Altstadt perfekt, sehr schöner Fußweg durch umliegende Parks. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen ideal. Das Hotel selbst lässt kaum Wünsche offen - sehr sauber und modern, technisch gut ausgestattet, riesige bequeme Betten. Das Personal immer nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wünschenswert wäre gewesen, Bademäntel ausleihen zu können, ansonsten alles fein, wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Personal ist in jeglicher Hinsicht äußerst bemüht. Die Verpflegung ist abwechslungsreich und variiert täglich. Das Hotel liegt in einer eng bebauten Lage, daher entsteht durch den regen Verkehr ringsherum ein recht hoher Lärmpegel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, daher kann ich nur das beurteilen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr positiver Eindruck, gern kommen wir wieder.

Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!

The breakfast options were really good. They had really nice pancakes and other dessert options. The views were amazing from my room and from the restaurant. From the restaurant you can see Mount Teide summit as long as the sky is clear. From the bedroom I could see other mountains, beautiful palm trees, the swimming pools, the sea, the main town. The hotel is at a high viewpoint which helps with the scenery. Although this makes the walk back from the main town a struggle up the hill, but the walk is definitely good. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk to town. They have a 5 to 6 free shuttles buses per weekday to Puerto de la Cruz. There's no free buses on Sunday and Saturday is a limited service. The car park is small, and we'd get back too late for it. But I was always able to find street parking nearby in March. If you're hiring a car, this hotel is ideal as it is not in the main town, where parking is very limited. The hotel has a very nice gym, tennis court, mini golf area. I was very impressed with the pool area. There are 4 pools and they are arranged nicely around nice trees. The bathroom has 2 sinks which was handy for both of us. The balcony views were lovely. The beds were comfortable. The hotel room is a little old fashioned but there were still some modern elements such as the bathroom. The hotel is very clean. I really liked the main lift as you can see it move up from the front of the hotel. The outside lighting was lovely. Overall I'd stay there again.

Das Hotel bietet alles was ich mir wünschen kann und ich finde, dass die Ausstattung sehr gut ist. Sehr positiv für mich ist der Pool im vierten Stock und das, zwar mit Aufpreis, verfügbare Gym gleich um die Ecke. Die Abend-Attraktionen, wie Livemusic, Zaubershow usw. sind echt toll um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Für mich die zwei einzigen negativen Punkte sind, dass es unter dem Bett staubig war (aber nur da) und dass das Frühstück einfach viel zu fleischlastig ist.

Hôtel calme, à 15 min du centre-ville de Puerto. Demi-pension qualitative grand choix de plats, personnel serviable et agréable, piscine et jacuzzi appréciables meme en décembre. Propreté irréprochable, les femmes de chambre passent tous les jours. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Unser Zimmer mit der Nummer 28 war nicht sehr groß. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer für 2 Personen und ein Kind gebucht. In diesem Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit ein Bett noch zusätzlich aufzustellen. Es gab keine Hotelmappe oder Hinweise auf Fitness oder Sauna. Wir haben bei der Rezeption oder Personal gefragt, aber wir wurden im Hotel von einer Seite auf die andere geschickt. Da es regnete hätten wir gern im Hotel etwas unternommen. Im Zimmer und ganz besonders im Bad müsste einiges renoviert werden.

Trist hotell. Nästan endast pensionärer här. Frukosten är trist. Finns mycket att välja på men det är låg kvalitet och tråkiga upplägg. Kaffet är riktigt dåligt, juicen är från maskin och smakar illa. Billiga pålägg och billig yoghurt. Läget är dåligt, tar 15-20 minuter att gå till de centrala delarna och resturang kvarteren. Notera också att det är mycket (!) branta backar. Rummen är ok men kala och opersonliga, sängarna är hårda. Liten tv med dålig mottagning. Wifi fungerar knappt någonstans och när det fungerar är det mycket långsamt. Litet kylskåp utan hyllor, ingen mini bar, ingen vattenkokare. Parkeringsgaraget är för litet , alltid fullt. Man kan dock parkera gratis på gatan. Lite anmärkningsvärt är att personalen inte hälsar. Gäller både reception, matsal och städpersonal. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Lovely pool and bar area. Always lots of bed to use are the pool area. Room was very comfortable, being alone I had a smaller room which was a generous size. Bath and mini fridge was most appreciated. Down size was having to pay extra for the room safe, prefer this just to be added to the room cost. I was on the 4th floor at the end of the block, lovely view of the pool and mountain area, road traffic was a little loud if on the balcony. The room cleaning was very high standard, and all the hand rails were always being cleaned. Very pleased with the choice of food. Fab paella! Nice area outside to sit and eat.

Hôtel moderne avec plusieurs piscines. La chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer est spacieuse et moderne, mais il y faisait chaud malgré la clim. Mauvaise insonorisation. Le pdj pas terrible, produits industriels, pas de produits locaux, j'ai connu beaucoup mieux. Partie bar très bien, les serveurs agréables.

The breakfast options were really good. They had really nice pancakes and other dessert options. The views were amazing from my room and from the restaurant. From the restaurant you can see Mount Teide summit as long as the sky is clear. From the bedroom I could see other mountains, beautiful palm trees, the swimming pools, the sea, the main town. The hotel is at a high viewpoint which helps with the scenery. Although this makes the walk back from the main town a struggle up the hill, but the walk is definitely good. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk to town. They have a 5 to 6 free shuttles buses per weekday to Puerto de la Cruz. There's no free buses on Sunday and Saturday is a limited service. The car park is small, and we'd get back too late for it. But I was always able to find street parking nearby in March. If you're hiring a car, this hotel is ideal as it is not in the main town, where parking is very limited. The hotel has a very nice gym, tennis court, mini golf area. I was very impressed with the pool area. There are 4 pools and they are arranged nicely around nice trees. The bathroom has 2 sinks which was handy for both of us. The balcony views were lovely. The beds were comfortable. The hotel room is a little old fashioned but there were still some modern elements such as the bathroom. The hotel is very clean. I really liked the main lift as you can see it move up from the front of the hotel. The outside lighting was lovely. Overall I'd stay there again.

The hotel and rooms were clean, and staff (especially in the restaurants) were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the coffee machines were very slow and the menu could be more versatile. Dinner had more variety, though I missed red meat. Parking was a real issue – spaces inside are very limited, and while you can park nearby, it often takes a long time to find a spot. Wi-Fi was weak in our building and frequently cut out. Also, the in-room safes are only available for rent, and the gym listed on the website isn’t part of the hotel but a paid external facility. Overall, okay stay but definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is a bit dated and old fashioned and its clientele seem to largely be bus tours and package tourists. It is out of the central town area, up a hill, but it is an easy 25 minute walk down and there are buses to come up the hill from part of town. The swimming pool area is lovely and well maintained and the main attraction to the property. They allow smoking on balconies, encouraged by ashtrays on the balcony tables. This meant it was unpleasant to sit on the balcony or have my door open for fresh air. The staff were not friendly and can best be described as bored indifference, both the front desk and restaurant. I don’t think I saw one of them crack a smile let alone welcome a guest. The cleaning and bar staff were friendly as usual.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die wunderschöne Poolanlage mit Palmen und herrlichen exotischen Pflanzen war zum Schwimmen und Relaxen eine echte Alternative zum zeitweise recht ruppigen Naturstrand. Als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergängen in die Altstadt perfekt, sehr schöner Fußweg durch umliegende Parks. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen ideal. Das Hotel selbst lässt kaum Wünsche offen - sehr sauber und modern, technisch gut ausgestattet, riesige bequeme Betten. Das Personal immer nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wünschenswert wäre gewesen, Bademäntel ausleihen zu können, ansonsten alles fein, wir kommen gern wieder.

Hôtel calme, à 15 min du centre-ville de Puerto. Demi-pension qualitative grand choix de plats, personnel serviable et agréable, piscine et jacuzzi appréciables meme en décembre. Propreté irréprochable, les femmes de chambre passent tous les jours. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, von der Straße war nichts zu hören. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Bis zum Zentrum sind es fussläufig ca. 15 Min. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab eine große Auswahl.

I really liked the main lift as you can see it move up from the front of the hotel. The outside lighting was lovely. Overall I'd stay there again.
The breakfast options were really good. They had really nice pancakes and other dessert options. The views were amazing from my room and from the restaurant. From the restaurant you can see Mount Teide summit as long as the sky is clear. From the bedroom I could see other mountains, beautiful palm trees, the swimming pools, the sea, the main town. The hotel is at a high viewpoint which helps with the scenery. Although this makes the walk back from the main town a struggle up the hill, but the walk is definitely good. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk to town. They have a 5 to 6 free shuttles buses per weekday to Puerto de la Cruz. There's no free buses on Sunday and Saturday is a limited service. The car park is small, and we'd get back too late for it. But I was always able to find street parking nearby in March. If you're hiring a car, this hotel is ideal as it is not in the main town, where parking is very limited. The hotel has a very nice gym, tennis court, mini golf area. I was very impressed with the pool area. There are 4 pools and they are arranged nicely around nice trees. The bathroom has 2 sinks which was handy for both of us. The balcony views were lovely. The beds were comfortable. The hotel room is a little old fashioned but there were still some modern elements such as the bathroom. The hotel is very clean. I really liked the main lift as you can see it move up from the front of the hotel. The outside lighting was lovely. Overall I'd stay there again.

Trist hotell. Nästan endast pensionärer här. Frukosten är trist. Finns mycket att välja på men det är låg kvalitet och tråkiga upplägg. Kaffet är riktigt dåligt, juicen är från maskin och smakar illa. Billiga pålägg och billig yoghurt. Läget är dåligt, tar 15-20 minuter att gå till de centrala delarna och resturang kvarteren. Notera också att det är mycket (!) branta backar. Rummen är ok men kala och opersonliga, sängarna är hårda. Liten tv med dålig mottagning. Wifi fungerar knappt någonstans och när det fungerar är det mycket långsamt. Litet kylskåp utan hyllor, ingen mini bar, ingen vattenkokare. Parkeringsgaraget är för litet , alltid fullt. Man kan dock parkera gratis på gatan. Lite anmärkningsvärt är att personalen inte hälsar. Gäller både reception, matsal och städpersonal. Slutsats - Ett hotell som låtsas vara mycket finare än vad det faktiskt är.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à Ténérife. L'ïle vaut vraiment le coup. L'hôtel offre beaucoup de prestations, est confortable, les buffets pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont excellents et le personnel est aimable.

En general, mucho mejor de lo esperado,. Personal muy atentos y amables, desde recepción hasta servicio de limpieza, camareros,etc. El trato no pudo ser mejor. El buffet del desayuno una locura, de todo para todos los gustos. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unos plátanos en la habitación como recibimiento,.y un par de botellines de agua fresquitos. Por poner alguna pega, diré que me pareció algo excesivo pagar 39€ nada más entrar en el buffet de cenas, entiendo que haya quienes lo consuman,.y más de esa.cantidad. pero en mi caso no compensa,.de modo que preferimos cenar fuera o una pizza en el chiringuito de la piscina. Y pormotro lado, creo que las " actuaciones" que hay en las noches, podrían mejorar. Ser un poco mas amenas. Que inciten a moverte, aplaudir al menos. Salvo esos dos detalles, todo correcto.

Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Lovely pool and bar area. Always lots of bed to use are the pool area. Room was very comfortable, being alone I had a smaller room which was a generous size. Bath and mini fridge was most appreciated. Down size was having to pay extra for the room safe, prefer this just to be added to the room cost. I was on the 4th floor at the end of the block, lovely view of the pool and mountain area, road traffic was a little loud if on the balcony. The room cleaning was very high standard, and all the hand rails were always being cleaned. Very pleased with the choice of food. Fab paella! Nice area outside to sit and eat.

Mi experiencia ha sido decepcionante ya que soy celíaca, cuando llegué a recepción me aseguraron que en el desayuno podría pedirle al encargado lo que quería(he pagado como todo el mundo). Cuál es mi sorpresa que me traen 2 tristes tostadas y poco más y ni se preocuparon por preguntarme si era de mi gusto o querría más. Totalmente decepcionante para el nivel de estrellas que tiene. Otros con muchas menos le dan mil vueltas. Además no me siento segura en el hotel. Gracias
