Good parts; check in and breakfast Poor parts; The room - the room we were given was in an annexe away from the main building. The room was large and clean but neglected. The furnishings were stained, the windows dirty. The room is devoid of colour and has some sort of textured wall paint circa 1979. The bathroom suffered from the same issues and the tiles tolesand fitments are also old and somewhat worn. The balcony looks on to an air conditioning unit but you can at least see the actual hotel to see what you're missing. The whole annexe overlooks a busy road, is noisy at night and needs all of it needs refurbishment. The rooms in question are 339 - 342 approximately. Another note, the pools looked nice (weather not good enough to use them) but there are definitely not enough sunbeds if the hotel is at capacity - be prepared for 6am towel wars. Didn't use the hotel bars. texruee

Pas de parking et impossible de se garer dans les rues à côté de l hôtel , c'est très dommage que l'hôtel permette à des clients de mettre leur serviette sur un transat de la piscine, et ce dès l'ouverture , pour le réserver toute la journée alors qu'ils ne sont pas là.

Das Personal war nett. Das Essen ausreichend und gut. Die Animation hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch der Pool war schön. Leider ist das Hotel veraltet und die Sauberkeit nicht ganz so gegeben. Die Knöpfe und Anzeigen im Aufzug waren in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Der Speisesaal war leider nicht so richtig sauber. Der Boden war sehr rutschig und wurde nur einmal in der Woche gewischt. Das Bett war angenehm und sauber, die Zimmer waren allerdings nicht so ganz sauber. Trotzdem war das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this. The pool area is very nice and kept well. The pool bar is welcoming. However the all inclusive food offering is not good. It's all chicken nuggets, chips and burgers. A side salad is the only healthy option. There are different menus for different classes of guests. The food in the buffet was decent, but again the healthy options for lunch and dinner were from the grill and salad. A lot of food was deep fried or in rich sauces. So hard for us on a healthy eating regime. Breakfast dud provide a reasonable selection of healthy food. The location was excellent along the seafront. These was music/entertainment most evenings in the bar area. The hotel doesn't provide a transfer service. A taxi from/to the South Airport is €140 each way.

De los mejores hoteles de la zona, pero como a todos los demás, le hace falta una renovación. Está en un lugar inmejorable… pero yo vivo en un lugar turístico y he visitado mucho Baleares y he tenido la sensación de que Puerto de la Cruz y Tenerife en general tiene un turismo atrasado y antiguo. Comparado con estos lugares que comento, este hotel merecería 3 estrellas y no 4 como tiene. Cosas buenas: el personal súper simpático y servicial; en frente de los lagos artificiales de agua salada y de la playa (aunque no te puedas bañar allí); en pleno paseo marítimo; muy buen buffet de desayuno y cena; muy buenas vistas; habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado(si tienes vistas al mar no escuchas los ruidos de la piscina); buena limpieza y ubicación. Cosas malas: Le hace falta una renovación. Le sobra una estrella, ya que no es normal que el agua de la ducha se salga por debajo de la mampara (y esto también ocurrió en la habitación de mis padres); el hotel promete más servicios de los que tiene… las piscinas no son tan grandes y las hamacas están muy pegadas unas a otras y al borde de la piscina (la sensación es de agobio); los ruidos, ya que los portazos hacen que incluso retumbe tu cama y si estás cerca del restaurante para desayunos, empiezas a escuchar voces y cubiertos desde bien temprano; los olores también son extraños, pero puede que tenga que ver con el mar bravo; no te puedes bañar en la playa de enfrente por las olas y las piedras, al igual que en casi todo el pueblo.

Nice hotel, really helpful reception staff. Bar staff a little under staffed. Bedrooms and facilities generally are great. Air con in the room is clearly restricted to around 20-21°C which was a little to warm, despite the controls reading 16.

Great location in Puerto De La Cruz, close to shops, restaurants and bars. You do get noise from outside in the sea view rooms. Rooms are smaller than newer hotels but has everything you need. Food was good. Hotel very clean and staff friendly.

Very friendly staff in all departments. All inclusive food buffet well stocked with various fare. Dinner theme nights were great. Tenerife bar staff were very accomodating and the cleaning staff freshened up our room daily

Personalen var mycket snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var fantastisk men det som drar ner betyget är bland annat att i toalett/ badrum var det en ständig lukt ftån avloppet. Vi påtalade detta och de var och sprejade med en doftspray som varade någon timme. Sängarna var ganska hårda och obekväma samt att kylen i minibaren inte fungerade.

Cosas buenas: el personal súper simpático y servicial; en frente de los lagos artificiales de agua salada y de la playa (aunque no te puedas bañar allí); en pleno paseo marítimo; muy buen buffet de desayuno y cena; muy buenas vistas; habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado(si tienes vistas al mar no escuchas los ruidos de la piscina); buena limpieza y ubicación. Great location in Puerto De La Cruz, close to shops, restaurants and bars. You do get noise from outside in the sea view rooms. Rooms are smaller than newer hotels but has everything you need. Food was good. Hotel very clean and staff friendly.

Personalen var mycket snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var fantastisk men det som drar ner betyget är bland annat att i toalett/ badrum var det en ständig lukt ftån avloppet. Vi påtalade detta och de var och sprejade med en doftspray som varade någon timme. Sängarna var ganska hårda och obekväma samt att kylen i minibaren inte fungerade.

Good parts; check in and breakfast Poor parts; The room - the room we were given was in an annexe away from the main building. The room was large and clean but neglected. The furnishings were stained, the windows dirty. The room is devoid of colour and has some sort of textured wall paint circa 1979. The bathroom suffered from the same issues and the tiles tolesand fitments are also old and somewhat worn. The balcony looks on to an air conditioning unit but you can at least see the actual hotel to see what you're missing. The whole annexe overlooks a busy road, is noisy at night and needs all of it needs refurbishment. The rooms in question are 339 - 342 approximately. Another note, the pools looked nice (weather not good enough to use them) but there are definitely not enough sunbeds if the hotel is at capacity - be prepared for 6am towel wars. Great hotel right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, my room had a sea view & balcony overlooking the lido which was nice. I lost my mobile in a taxi and the reception staff (who are very friendly!) phoned the local taxi company and got it back for me which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own as the taxi company only speaks Spanish so I am very grateful for this. Would recommend this hotel.

The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this. The pool area is very nice and kept well. The pool bar is welcoming. However the all inclusive food offering is not good. It's all chicken nuggets, chips and burgers. A side salad is the only healthy option. There are different menus for different classes of guests. The food in the buffet was decent, but again the healthy options for lunch and dinner were from the grill and salad. A lot of food was deep fried or in rich sauces. So hard for us on a healthy eating regime. Breakfast dud provide a reasonable selection of healthy food. The location was excellent along the seafront. These was music/entertainment most evenings in the bar area. The hotel doesn't provide a transfer service. A taxi from/to the South Airport is €140 each way.

H10 Et dejligt hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed Lige ud til Atlanterhavet med surfer i aktivitet fra morgen til aften. Havet er voldsom og bølgerne høres døgnet rundt. Promenaden ligger lige ved udgangen af hotellet og der er masser af muligheder for god spise og underholdning. Vi havde med allinclusiv, det ville jeg ikke vælge hvis vi kommer igen. En dejlig uge 2 januar 2024 ☀️☀️☀️

Das Personal war nett. Das Essen ausreichend und gut. Die Animation hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch der Pool war schön. Leider ist das Hotel veraltet und die Sauberkeit nicht ganz so gegeben. The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this. The pool area is very nice and kept well. The pool bar is welcoming. However the all inclusive food offering is not good. It's all chicken nuggets, chips and burgers. A side salad is the only healthy option. There are different menus for different classes of guests. The food in the buffet was decent, but again the healthy options for lunch and dinner were from the grill and salad. A lot of food was deep fried or in rich sauces. So hard for us on a healthy eating regime. Breakfast dud provide a reasonable selection of healthy food. The location was excellent along the seafront. These was music/entertainment most evenings in the bar area. The hotel doesn't provide a transfer service. A taxi from/to the South Airport is €140 each way.

Außergewöhnlich gutes, qualitativ hochwertiges Essen, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen, mit gleichzeitigem, atemberaubendem Blick auf den wilden Nordatlantik. I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training.
