The house is about 120 m² and offers a spacious living room and a large kitchen, a sunny patio with garden furniture and an awning, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people, including children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, television, 3 air conditioning units, 2 fans, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Pets are not allowed, and events, parties, or barbecues are strictly prohibited. The main guest cannot be 25 years old or younger. Groups where more than 2 members are 25 years old or younger are not accepted. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
