The hotel was in a great position. There is an excellent promenade in front of it. The staff were excellent. I do feel that the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. All the chrome on the taps and handrails has come off and the sinks belong in a skip. The rooms are clean but certainly not 4 star. It is a shame as the potential to be excellent is there but not fulfilled. I dont understand why maintenance such as painting the walls is not an ongoing operation. The breakfast was very good.

El hotel tiene una situación buena justo al lado del mar, con vistas al océano (se ve bonito el amanecer, no el atardecer). Está pensado para extranjeros: horarios de cenas de 19.30 a 21.30! La piscina pone climatizada pero no lo es (había viento y poco sol y el agua del mar estaba mejor, la piscina fría), y era una de las razones conociendo de ante mano el tiempo para haber hecho la reserva. Desayuno y cena buenos, de buffet, variado. El aparcamiento es al lado de la entrada del hotel, puede haber sitio o no.

Double room was suite sized, and had a big balcony. The gym is a bit small, but there is good dining around the area and a supermarket if you just need a few things. Room was clean, my shower was in a tub so not the best showering expiernce, but overall good.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely, very friendly and very, very helpful. Whilst the communal facilities were in a good condition (e.g. reception, bar and restaurant etc), the bedrooms themselves were tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. We were promised a bottle of cava on arrival as it was our twentieth anniversary - this never materialised.

Hotel very clean in all areas. Staff always happy to help, exceptional customer service. Food could be hotter, but I would say that's normal for a buffet. Plenty of choice but could do with a bit more flavouring. We had a junior suite and it was huge, very pleased 😃 All round great hotel Will stay again and would recommend to friends and family 🙂

Das Hotel liegt an einem ruhigen Ort, jedoch ist durch die Nähe zum Flughafen etwa zehnmal am Tag (allerdings nicht nachts) Flugzeuggeräusche zu hören. Das Frühstück war großartig und perfekt. Wir konnten das Meer vom Zimmer aus sehen und nachts war das Rauschen der Wellen zu hören. Das Personal war sehr nett, aber unsere Suite war nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zufrieden.

Family hotel. Great service from the hotel staff. both the attention at reception and in the restaurant was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and varied. The only negative aspect is that the room needed a renovation (both painting and repairs, mainly the bathroom). The sofa bed was old and full of stains and dirt.

Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein neuer Anstrich täte gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen, wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen, weil noch etwas besseres frei war. Dazu mussten wir früh morgens das Hotel verlassen (3:30Uhr) und haben eine gepackte Lunchtüte am Service abholen können. Toller Service , Danke Viktor 😆 Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig , toll eingerichtet. Leider nur mittelmässig sauber , die Ausgänge der Klimaanlage sahen nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Die Umgebung (Hafen Los Abrigos) ist für ein Abendessen wirklich sehr schön und das Essen war wirklich gut. Wir würden keinen ganzen Urlaub dort verbringen , aber kommen bestimmt wieder.

On arrival we were allocated a room on the ground floor. It transpired there was some refurbishment work nearby which was too noisy for us. I discussed with reception and they quickly responded by allocating us a different room on floor five with a stunning view . They were so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you. Rooms are clean and staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are amazing and really look out for the guests. The only criticism is the hotel needs a little updating, broken tiles, water damage to floors, doors and architraves. Bathrooms need updating.

Double rooms are too small for 2 adults and not same the same as per their picture . Breakfast is very basic and limited options . Same breakfast options every day . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vincci. There is nothing we can fault, all staff performed a great job and were friendly and professional. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, it was a good size, large bathroom, comfortable beds and cleaned daily. We stayed all inclusive and there was plenty of choice with a good variety of hot and cold food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is in a quiet location near to both the airport and golf club with lovely walks along the front to small towns in both directions.

Check-in with Enrique went very smoothly. He was very personable and friendly. He gave us a very nice room. The next morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and our check-out with Nuria went smoothly. She confirmed our next stay with them and called a taxi to take us to the airport.

Ottimo Hotel fronte mare in posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi le località vicine. Tranquillo e silenzioso a parte il piacevole respiro dell’Oceano. Personale gentile e professionale, ottima colazione. Un po’ lentino il servizio al bar nel pomeriggio, ma forse è stata una casualità. Molto bella e spaziosa la camera con un magnifico terrazzo sul mare.
