Quality Inn White House

Breakfast was not hot like featured. Only hot thing was waffles. And we soley picked this hotel for the outside pool and when we arrived friday night it had already been closed for the season. We stayed over labor day weekend

Clean room and comfortable bed. No elevator, fortunately they were able to get me a room on the first floor.

To me, this inn is what I am looking for. Nashville is near the midpoint of a 1300 mile trip. It is near the interstate, near a resturant (Cracker Barrel), and near a (shell) gas station. The price was reasonable, the clerk was friendly, they have internet (complementary), free breakfest, and free parking. Also, there are a number of motels right near by.

The Manager checked me in swiftly and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, a family used a charcoal grill situated directly across from my room. The fumes from the ignition fluid and burning charcoal came directly into my room and made my throat burn and soaked my clothing with the smell. The manager came 30 mins. after I called but by then I had used my ice bucket to douse the coals which where left unattended. I think it is dangerous and wrong for the Quality Inn to have the grill available. The people who used it left a mess with paper and food scattered everywhere. If choosing this location, make sure you know where your room is prior to scheduling.

The parking lot was safe enough. We had no concerns for our vehicle. The staff was polite and the room was clean. Although the bedding and carpeting were nice, the toilet seat was very loose and the tub drain cover was lying loose in the tub. There were plenty of clean towels. There was no shortage of tissues or toilet paper which we have encountered at inns. The weather had a dramatic change with outside temperatures dropping so we had no need of either air conditioning or heat. We enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we are in White House.

I didn’t like the fact there was a pool advertised yet it wasn’t open. There was a hot breakfast advertised on their sign in front of the establishment showing bacon and eggs but the only thing hot was toast and waffles.

Need more renovations for sure especially in the bathroom area. But felt safe and secured. Really super bright lights and a bunch of security cameras. Felt safe leaving my vehicle there.

I didn't find the property very well taken care of. I had to ask for everything that I needed. They did not clean the room unless I said I needed new towels. And then they replace the towels and that's it. They never resupplied any of the coffee. The continental breakfast is all carbs. They should have some hard boiled eggs or some type of protein for people that can't eat just carbs. I returned to Florida with a really bad cold. I wonder how many germs were in that room. And the TV was awful. The viewing was bad they should check on the TVs to make sure that the picture is clear to see.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the pool is excellent! Decent coffee ,waffles were great ! Would be better with eggs an sausage or bacon..we stayed for 5 nights an beds were comfortable..a few complaints tho..they lied told us a man was coming to clean the pool but really they were drying out their homemade shells that they eat an were surrounding the entire pool with their shells laid out ...not cool..why not just tell us the truth? So we walked out back to the Holiday inn an thankfully they let us swim in theirs...then after check out I noticed on my credit card that we were charged $48.48 for something...so I called them an they claim they didn't charge anything extra..told me I have to take it up with my credit card company when it clearly has a charge from Quality Inn..Also they come and clean your room daily which is nice BUT I have a candle missing from my Cracklebarrel shopping bag! I bought 2 of the same nice big Yankee candles and came home with 1! For those reasons I probably would not stay here again

Ever have that feeling you are being watched? Well you will have that feeling at this hotel. From the minute you pull into the parking lot to when you walk to the pool to when you pack up to leave...everyone will be watching you.... The workers, the long term tenants, and the creepy guy that eats taco bell and smokes weed behind the pool house, they all will be watching you. The room was clean and well maintained but the staff was far from hospitable. We are a nice clean cut family from the north but we were treated and spoken to like we were convicts on the run. The breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible, the waffle mix tasted like it was rancid.... Speaking of the breakfast buffet forget about taking a blueberry muffin and a cup of coffee outside to eat, the employees will chase you out the front door and make you come back in to eat it at their tables. The pool was nice if you can look past giant hairballs and cigarette butts at the bottom of the deep end. There was one blonde haired female employee there that worked her butt off doing everything and she is honestly the only reason that place is still running. If everyone else working there would act like her and spend more time taking care of the place and treating the customers like people and not suspects this hotel would be a much better place to stay. Next time we come back we will definitely stay somewhere else.

The room was dirty. Stuff under the bed, hair in shower drain, oily handprints on headboard and urine smell on chair. It was awful. Three other cars were leave ng at 4 am that says a lot. We did not expect luxury but we did expect cleanliness! I will never stay at a Quality Inn again

the carpet by the bed was dirty. i found a small bottle of lotion in the bed. blood stain on a pillow. it looked like poop on the wall in the bathroom . not worth what i paid.

Horrible experience! We were here for a football tournament in town and the staff was awful to our children. The breakfast literally sucked. Part of our group had ROACHES in their room! Refused refund just moved them to a new room. Staff didn’t leave new towels during housekeeping and was rude when we asked for more. Just take my advise and don’t stay here!

Very dirty. Bathrooms literally had stool smeared on walls and toilet.

The rooms stunk, not clean good

First and last stay in Quality Inn. There is no quality in that facility. I know it is a cheap option... but even that I wasn't expected so bad experience. Stinky smell, hair (not mine) everywhere, non working hair dryer with burnt plug, fridge in extremely bad shape with freezer completely covered with ice.

This particular Quality Inn was very dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room when we entered. There were dirty marks on wall in bathroom. Shower head didn't work well.

Only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars was because upon check in, our room was extremely hot, no air on. There should be some air on when it’s hot outside. Also, we looked forward to the free breakfast, I saw a sign in dining room stating not to take food out but it was miserably hot in there, you couldn’t sit there and eat! So we decided to go next door to Cracker Barrel. Loved that it was right next door!! Our bathroom was gross, there was long black hair all over the floor so someone isn’t doing their job cleaning! Other than that, it was great!

Room 224, was not renovated like the pictures. IT was all green from the early 80s. The room was in disrepair, had holes in the wall of the bathroom area. The 'non-smoking' room was clearly heavily smoked in with the smell of pot. The skunk-weed smell was horrific. I had to sleep in my car. Also the smoke detector had been torn off the wall. The staff member moved me to room 226 the following morning - which looked a bit more like the pictures with the grey and brown motif. It also had the smoke detector torn off the wall, was in disrepair and I had a roach friend that would scamper under the grout behind the sink when I would turn on the lights....nice... This hotel isn't safe. It was quite a terrible experience. I haver no clue how this hotel has a 7.4 rating. I would guess hotel owners are posting false reviews to get the rating higher. Expedia tried to reach out to the management and Quality Inn dodged their calls and refused to return request. Stay at the other hotels nearby this place is garbage, and that actually is insulting to garbage. I have the experience fully documented with images.

Not very clean - stained sheets/blankets, floor was pretty dirty as well.

This was my third stay here. I was skeptical about booking again, but unfortunately it was the most affordable in the area, so I did. We have been assigned the exact same room every time we have booked. Why?? The room stunk until we got the ac going and it started cooling off. That seemed to help with the smell. The bathroom layout of ridiculous! Whoever came up with that concept must have been delirious at the time! The bathroom door barely missed the toilet when being opened and closed. The toilet is LITERALLY against the wall! It was awful to say the least. The water goes in the floor when showering not sure what the deal was with the shower curtain! Over all, the property itself was clean but they really need to fix the bathrooms!! I think the next time I come to White House, I will just suck it up and pay the difference for another hotel.

This Quality Inn was well located for our travel. It was very quiet.

Clean comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Easy on and off from I-65.

Rooms appeared updated. They were very clean. Was an excellent place to stay when you need to pull off the road and sleep for the night.

Don’t forget you charger plug there are no USBs in the rooms. Beds were comfy overall got what I paid for. But a new lamp with a usb plug would be a nice up grade.

Convenient to highway. Clean and comfortable. Only down side was being able to hear neighbors and load traffic noise from cars throughout the night.

Room was recently renovated. New carper and paint. Good value for a quick nights stop over while driving home.

Nothing unique--a hotel at interstate exit. I was pleased with the size of the room. The bathroom fan cover needs to be cleaned. A grab bar by bathtub would have been nice.

Check in was fine. Breakfast could be much better. Bathroom needs more cleaning. Wifi stopped working in the morning and I had to ask twice to get a code for it. Customer service could be improved!

When reserving the room I listed cash as method of payment. When registering I was told it had to be by card. I was told could not get a copy of the receipt until check out. Once in the room…..it had a strange smell, spots on the bed cover, the worst was the “roach” crawling across the night stand. I went to tell the office we were leaving and the reasons why and the guy said he would come see for himself. He offered to put us in a different room, I refused. This is the 3rd time I have had issues at this place. NEVER AGAIN.

My family was in town for a football tournament and the customer service was terrible. The hotel was booked with football players therefore tons of kids were staying. The staff was constantly telling us we needed to be quiet even when we weren’t being loud and it was the late morning/early afternoon time. It also felt like the staff was constantly walking by our room and trying to snoop. The room was not very clean. The bedding needs to be updated, it had stains and tears on both beds. Our friends in other rooms saw multiple bugs on surfaces. We would not stay again, not even for one night.

Very clean, welcoming, and helpful. After our key didn’t work the staff quickly helped us and solved the issue.

The hotel did not have a record of my reservation. They made me re-book it directly through their hotel. As a result, I had to contact Expedia in order to request a refund for my pre-paid reservation

Massive Fail!! Hotel had no record of my prepaid reservation. They were full, and didn't offer any help finding a replacement room. I was texting w/ Expedia rep for an hour to get refund and help finding a replacement room. I had to locate a replacement room which added another hour to my travel time! Massive fail!

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Illinois. It was clean and comfortable and the hotel employee was very helpful and friendly.

No one there to check us on. We arrived at 11:45. Rang the bell and called the phone multiple times.

The property was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job taking care of us but the owner was so rude and didn't care if he helped us. They don't have very much to eat for breakfast and if you don't get there to eat before 9:00 a.m. you don't get anything. Don't have coffee after breakfast. We needed some more coffee cups in our room but when my husband asked for some more the owner was so rude and told him to get more from the cleaning staff, now this was 9:00 p.m. no staff on duty. We will not stay here anymore. We where there for 13 days.

We've stayed here several times on our way to Cincinnati. We keep staying here because the hotel is clean, the parking lot is well lit and the area is walkable.

stayed 1 night on way home from FL, staff was accomodating and placed us on 1st floor, mattress was comfortable, did not do breakfast as the 'hot' is waffles and oatmeal..must be standard across all quality inns..they need to up their game in breakfast options. overall we were content with our stay and would not be opposed to staying there again

The shower head leaked and got all the towels and toilet paper wet. I had to dry off with wet towels. And use the tissues to use the bathroom. The room was marked up and could badly use a paint job. The complementary breakfast was awful. I had a much better breakfast choice at a much CHEAPER hotel. The clerk checking me in was pleasant, but sorry, not going to be staying at a Quality Inn due to the very poor breakfast choice. They could've at least had flavored creamer for coffee and something hot to eat.

Rooms clean and comfortable enough. Shower water pressure bad. Paid $20/night extra for service dog without knowing of tbe charge from websight although tbey claimed otherwise. Since the room was prepaid, i would have LOST my full payment if i hadnr coughed up the extra cash. I did so because the offered what they said was a 'hot' breakfast..... What a joke. Hot means waffle maker I guess. The sign in front shows picture of eggs, bacon, and biscuits... None of these existed. Choice was of a weak continental type, mini blueberry muffins, frootloops, raisin bran, coffee flavored water, and yogurt. Juice was nothing but water. I really dont know how they get away with the digital vreakfast sign in front. Worst false advertising I've ever seen. So i jguess dont fall for the breakfast pics on website and you'll be alright.

There was vomit on our bed sheets, but they finally gave us a different room. Breakfast was gone by 6:15am.
