The king suite had very poor lighting. All the lights were very dim. TV had closed captioning on and the remote wouldn’t change that. The hot tub was less than desirable, more like a Luke warm bath. They said there was no way to turn on the jets, so we skipped it all together. Otherwise for our purposes there it was just fine.

Elevator was broken upon arrival and had to lug all luggage up the stairs. To their credit it was fixed the following morning. Air conditioners were very humid and left the rooms very "moist". Otherwise it was an ok stay. Had plenty of parking and the rooms felt adequately clean. The pullout bed for my child was awful - the pullout was slanted, uneven and the springs were basically worn out. Anyone over 50lbs would have bottomed out. Overall a "meh". Would not book again.

Very nice and comfortable. Check in and check out was the fastest ive experienced. The only GROAN ihad was the jets in the hot tub did not work. All in all everything was great.

Arrived very late with kids so went to bed otherwise would have addressed issues. Bathtub has leaky faucet, listened to it all night long. Carpeting was wet on one part of room, enough to make our socks soggy. Showered in morning and tub does not drain, so you stand in water.

I am not one to complain, but this was a pretty rough experience for our family. The sheets had blood on them when we first arrived. After we changed the sheets we got some sleep and the next day after we got back the room was not cleaned and we were out of towels and shampoo and conditioner. We had to go back downstairs 3 more times to get what we needed. The staff was rude about it and acted like we were the issue. Just not a great stay for the price.

We had ants in our room and the AC was not working. Overall the property is very tired looking and in need of a major renovation. The fellow working the front desk was very personable and provided us with a good local dinner recommendation.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There were hairs on the floor and the tub had some places where it needed to be cleaned a bit better. A little disappointed the waffle maker was out of service but also heard the normal breakfast person was in the hospital on a vent. I hope that person gets better. Appreciated the people who were making the breakfast happen at 6am. Overall a good stay.

It was clean and the desk staff were very nice, easy to get to. It was comfortable for a one night stay as we travelled, though our mattress was a bit harder than we’re used to. The only thing I didn’t like was the “barn door” with no lock or latch for the bathroom. Some highway noise at night that I should have turned the heat/a/c fan on to drown out.

Online it said that the room we booked could sleep 5 people. The only things in the room were a king size bed and small lounge chair. No rollaway beds or anything were given when we asked. We had to squish 4 people onto the bed and one slept on the lounge chair. The heater also wasn’t working correctly, our room was stiflingly hot even when we turned the temperature down to the mid 60’s

Our room (2 queen beds and a sofa) was larger than most comparable hotel rooms including plenty of kitchenette counter & table space, so that was nice. Pretty good breakfast with some variety. Fairly comfortable beds. Side walks to Cracker Barrel and some fast food.

The hotel was clean. The day staff was great but the night clerk was not nice to us. Made us leave the lobby at 9:45pm on a Friday saying it was closed. We were playing games with the family. Same clerk on Sunday night and there was a different group using the lobby at 10:30 And did not get asked to leave.

Our room type was oversold when we checked in. Luckily they were able to accommodate us, but this was very disappointing as it caused us to have to wait to check in. My kids liked the pool area, they said the pool was warm and the pool was clean and well maintained. I did have to go to the desk and ask for towels for the pool. Overall, the stay was fine.

We had a comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn, but we were particularly impressed with the help we received from the general manager, Harold, when our car wouldn’t start due to the deep freeze. Harold contacted an auto service that came to jump our car. While we waited, he was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more grateful as his customer help went above and beyond.

This morning, I asked the young man at the front desk if we could have late check-out and he told us 2 pm. I replied back 2 pm to make sure I heard correctly and he confirmed late check out was indeed 2 pm. At noon, the front desk called our room informing us we needed to leave. I left them know what the man told us this morning and again were told we needed to leave. So we quickly showered and left with wet hair in 30° weather. Keep in mind we are in our 60’s. We were so shocked to be scooted out with basically no notice.

We booked our room on hotels.com and put in the comments that we needed a travel crib. We arrive at the hotel around our child’s bedtime and were told that they were out of travel cribs because they only have ONE of the whole 300+ room hotel and it is first come, first served. I said that was a problem and the guy told me I could go across the street to Walmart to pick up something if I needed. Um, no sorry the reason I picked your hotel was because it said there were travel cribs and we didn’t have room in our car to pack the one we had at home plus our final destination had one we were going to use. My child had to sleep on a blanket on the floor.

We arrived around 10:45pm after driving for 13 hours. The front desk lady at check in was extremely helpful and nice. She made checking in a quick and easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the room was spacious. We slept in a bit after a late night and went to breakfast at 9:30, thinking we had 30 mins because breakfast ended at 10am. The lady running the breakfast had already made last call and there was very little food left. She seemed annoyed that we were there to eat. Several other patrons noticed this as well. She also had so drama with the morning desk lady. I e never experienced this at a Hampton Inn before. I would have left a perfect rating if not for the breakfast issue. We always stay at a Hampton Inn and the breakfast is a big reason why we do, since we have 4 kids. We had to end up taking them out to eat.

The hotel is tucked back away from the highway and I heard no road noise at all in my room. There's a good number of restaurants and a grocery store close by. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked, plenty of options. Very happy with this choice!

I booked for EV charger and glad I did. Convenient location, easy to find, and can walk to Cracker Barrel. Clean room, nice hotel, spacious room and quiet at night. Hot breakfast included but I didn't eat. There's no recycling which was disappointing but it's in the country.

We had a Long drive from Florida heading to Wisconsin. The hotel was just outside of Nashville so we could beat morning traffic. It was very new inside. Very clean rooms and comfy beds! The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Huge breakfast buffet with Hot omelets, bacon and waffles!! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was fine and the staff friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Our only complaints were: 1. Our first night someone across the hall had a dog in their room that was whining late into the night. Hotel staff knocked on our door to ask if we had the dog, but it was pretty clear from the sound in the hallway which room it was coming from. 2. Later in the week, a high school sports team came to the hotel and were running up and down the halls and knocked on our door late at night a few times. 3. Our keycards stopped working twice and had to be reset. 4. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The first day we were there the waffle maker broke and was never fixed (we stayed for 5 days). On days 4-5, all of the juice was either diluted or straight up plain water coming out of the spouts.
