Nice hotel in Seville. Free and easy underground parking. Front desk is very efficient and friendly.

Away from city center but good location if you have a car. Parking was easy with a fee but there was also street parking. Small shopping center nearby with restaurant/movie theatre

Super ! Un hôtel visuellement superbe. Chambre plus que propre avec une forte odeur de javel mais en ouvrant un peu la fenêtre aucun soucis. Parking large très grand largement la place pour ma Mazda cx-30 contrairement à certains parking dans seville ou même une Fiat 500 à du mal…

Cannot fault the restaurant staff Lovely people and food excellent The hotel is blended with apartments that are often semi permanently rented. This means dog noise and smoking around the rooms. Noise transmission is really bad. We arrived middle of October in 29degrees and told the pool was closed for refurbishment. We stayed in both the hotel and apartments, hotel rooms are nice enough but quite worn. The apartment was really worn out and many broken fittings. It was dirty and needed a refit. The Vértice and apartours are over priced for what they provide. Domocentre apartments 500 meters away are much nicer and better value. Sorry Vertice. :(

Posizionato nella immediata periferia di Siviglia 12 km è una buona soluzione per chi non vuole spendere troppo ma avere comunque una sistemazione confortevole. E' possibile parcheggiare facilmente in strada senza alcun tipo di prenotazione o costo. E' comunque dotato di parcheggio interrato a pagamento. Per raggiungere il centro consiglio di parcheggiare la macchina al parcheggio gratuito della metro alla stazione di S.Juan Bajo e poi arrivare in centro con la metro usufruendo delle tessere ricaricabili. Tutto in circa 30'.

Facilidad de aparcamiento exterior y situado en a las afueras de Sevilla con buenas combinaciones para poder desplazarse a diferentes puntos Personal muy amable Buena piscina limpia pero con deficiencias en la cantidad y estado de las hamacas

We loved our stay at Vertice! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were extraordinary, very helpful and informative about tourist attractions as well as guiding us to transportation. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, juices, fruits, and more, and we enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the pool. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are with family.

Hôtel situé à 15/20 min du centre ville de Séville, très propre avec facilité de stationnement. Piscine en période estival.

Limpieza impecable, personal muy amable a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno por un evento, desayuno variado, completo y muy abundante. Estancia perfecta!

This is a very nice hotel located close to Seville, we had a car so it took us 15 minutes to get to the Center. The only issue we had was the silverfish in the cabinet of the kitchenette, it made us feel the place is not clean and made us not wanting to use the kitchen. I believe they can spray the rooms to get rid of the insects. Breakfast was included but not the best we have had.

Habitación limpia y espaciosa. Algún deterioro en el cuarto de baño. Bufé desayuno bien.

Encontramos la habitación algo sucia. No dispone de minibar. Al llegar solo encontramos medio rollo de papel higienico, hay que cuidar los detalles. Si que agradecemos que nos ofrecieran el aparcamiento cubierto gratuitamente.

This is not a 4-star hotel, even though the lobby looks nice. Details below - Cleanliness: My bathroom tub had visible peeling and rust, and it looked like a bunch of caulk was slapped on to hide dirt and age — a poor attempt at renovation. The shower grout had black mold/mildew that came off easily with a scratch, so I don’t understand why housekeeping misses it. They seem to do the bare minimum. Dirt and luxury cannot coexist. A standard room should be as clean as a suite. Facilities: Guests can’t control the air conditioner temperature. Seville is hot in October, and 22°C was the lowest setting, with barely any air flow. I ended up sweating through two nights until I requested a mobile AC/fan, which made all the difference. The pool, however, was a lovely amenity - clean, relaxing, and one of the few highlights of my stay. Noise: You’ll hear hallway chatter and doors slamming. The hotel should invest in soft-close doors and better soundproofing. Staff: Staff were helpful and responsive, though I’d recommend having a bilingual person at the front desk more consistently to assist tourists.

Our room's safe (they tried to fix, bit not on time and we just left valuawith reception and left for the day) and AC didnt work(we just left windows open and didn't bother to onform staff). Washroom sink was almost blocked (we didnt infrom staff, just used bathub faucet.

Séjour agréable. hôtel situé à environ 8 kms de Séville mais très bien desservi par bus. Studio confortable mais besoin d’être rénové au niveau de la kitchenette et des sols (parquets en très mauvais état) Par contre literie très confortable

Nos hospedamos solo una noche pero la experiencia fue excelente. Es un hotel grande, con instalaciones propias de un centro de convenciones. Se nota que fue construido desde un inicio como hotel: amplio, funcional y cómodo. La habitación era moderna, con tetera, creo que mini refrigerador, buen aire acondicionado y elevadores en perfecto estado. El check-in fue rápido y amable. Nos Además, hay estacionamiento disponible, lo cual facilita mucho la llegada. Todo estuvo en orden y nos sentimos cómodos en todo momento.

Una habitación con mucho ruido, sin nevera, mucho ruido de coches y sobre todo de niños.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a pie de autovía y a 10 minutos en coche a Sevilla. La habitación estupenda, las camas cómodas, limpias y con todo detalles.

Habitación sin ruidos, amplia y confortable. La única pega, que al ducharse, el agua pasa de fría a hirviendo, por muy poco que gires el grifo. También ocurre si se abre otro grifo más, que tienes que volver a regularlo...

We were well pleased with the size of the room. Plenty of space and has small kitchen. The breakfast far exceeds continental breakfasts in American hotels. Definitely would go there again.

Nice hotel near many stores and quick access to highways, nice underground parking but the best part of the hotel was the staff; very friendly and ready to help.

Hotel was very good but I have to say, my family got embarrassed during breakfast. I prepaid breakfast but the personnel who should have been at the front to greet people coming in were not there at that time. She eventually caught up and asked for my room number to which I replied back. After 1 minute or so, in the middle of the breakfast area, she says to me in a commanding and very audible voice 'No No No. . . You have not paid for breakfast'. And she does this that everyone in that room could hear. My family was embarrassed. She should me the list and there are the names of four of our family members. I expected more from this hotel as it gives an impression of professionalism at best. But I felt treated like a 'gate crasher'. Not professional enough for an international clientele. Needed more training. It is difficult for me to recommend this hotel to my friends because of such experience.

Foi umas férias excelentes, e confortável. Desde o primeiro dia até o último todos foram impecáveis e sempre dispostos a ajudar O pequeno almoço, o jantar, a piscina, a instalação e a vista maravilhosa, e contando que tens tudo perto do hotel 🏨, que ajudou em tudo. Recomendo, se desse ficava aí a morar 😂😂😂😂 Com certeza que voltarei muito em breve 😃

I stayed with my family for 2 nights on a half board regime. Unfortunately the check in was really poor. There was a lady who clearly does not have qualifications to work at the reception. First we arrived at 2.30 ( spanish time) and the rooms were not available yet. No time was given to when would they make it ready and assumed we were ok with this or this is a normal practice when check in is from 2pm. No apologies offered, only offered to leave our bags at the luggage area. No explanations given about tje hotel. Very poor and disappointing start! Half board is a joke. Main course is very small portions and you cannot even read anywhere what are the options and what does it contain. If you are lucky to have a nice person serving you like we had our first night then you might enjoy. Second night we had a young man who does not have a clue how to serve food or behave with guests. It just makes you want to leave and never come back. Breakfast is OK. Nothing too Wow for a 4 start hotel, which clearly is a 3* pretending to be a 4*. Rooms are spacious but the room cleaning service is just making beds and wipe of toilet. Floor is not hoovered! Did not go to the pool area so cannot comment. There is a coffee room downstairs near the reception but again very badly kept. Makes you feel unwelcome! Not a place to enjoy the hotel but ok to visit and do like bed and breakfast. There is free parking outside so is a bonus.

The staff serving the breakfast were a bit unpleasant. We were told that the breakfast opens at 8:00am. We had a long drive and wanted to leave quickly. The waiter in charge arrived 15 mins later and was a bit rough and not apologizing for the delay.

The hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and supermarkets. Short drive to the city center and only 30 min drive to the airport. Nice and clean will definitely stay again

Fomos muito bem atendidos no check in, o estacionamento foi nos dado como cortesia, uma gentileza com a qual não contávamos. Fica afastado das atrações principais, mas para quem está de carro isso não chega a ser um problema. O quarto é espaçoso e a limpeza ok.

De persoonlijk aandacht van iedereen, van management tot onderhoudspersoneel. Een opmerking werd direct opgenomen en aangepakt. Interesse in feedback en inzet om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. De ligging buiten Sevilla was gericht op een bezoek aan Italica en Rio Tinto. Opvallen was ook dat het hotel in de smaak lag bij diverse sportverenigingen. Toch hadden wij daar geen last van.

preis ist definitiv okay, leider ist das frühstück billigster fraß. aber klar typisches hotelessen, doch satt wird man definitiv 👌

Hôtel haut de gamme propre et bien insonorisé. Excellente literie. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité à un prix abordable. Petit-déjeuner très complet et bon avec possibilité de le prendre au bord de la piscine

It was just a stopover for a night while travelling. It was easy access from the highway. We were able to park, relax and have a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. There was good variety for breakfast but the food could have been hotter.
