We first arrived a bit shell shocked after staying in quaint hostels in Southern Spain. This place is large, Soviet-block style, and in a more crowded suburb than in quaint Cordoba & Granada (of course Seville is a bigger city than these, so shouldn't be a big surprise). So it took some time to adjust but once we did, we had a pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that did the trick (only problem was no wine opener so I had to buy one at a supermarket). Parking was comped in the adjacent underground garage, with a convenient elevator to the floor where our room was.

Restauration compliquée!! On peut manger certaines choses dans certains endroits … pas de bar digne de ce nom . Tapas inexistantes mais par contre frites et hamburgers! Oú sommes nous? Espagne ou Etats-Unis?

The photos have nothing to do with real, the building is old, and needs a lot of repairs. The fixtures in room are also broken and needs replacement. Tennis court are present but rusted and need cleaning and pain. The swimming pool is also difficult to access and the water smells. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. They tried best to make check-in and out easy.

I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect.

Es un hotel dormitorio que se encuentra a 15 minutos de Sevilla. La zona de hotel está en el edificio principal y la de apartamentos en edificios colindantes. El acceso a la zona de apartamentos es muy fria, impersonal, te sientes aislado del hotel. No disponen de bar ni de posibilidad de comer tras ciertas horas (tan solo una maquina con chocolatinas). El servicio de recepción no es "exquisito". Te tratan bien pero rápido. Hay hoteles donde se vuelcan con el cliente y buscan ese trato especial que aqui no notamos. En general, es un hotel para ir y dormir. No esperes nada especial.

Hemos estado 3 días 2 noches.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y estaba controlado por el hotel,el estado del apartamento fue lamentable el sofá cama roto sin línea interna de tlf,en 3 días no paso el servicio de limpieza y no fueron capaces ni de cambiar las toallas del baño y su respuesta sobre mi queja es que hasta los 4 días no hacen cambio de toallas ni limpieza de apartamento,una vergüenza muy decepcionado por este hotel/apartamentos

Llegamos y todo bien pero no nos dicen que es en otro edificio…, tuvimos que volver a recepción por que donde estábamos no era, en fin con decir que por los pasillos había bolsas de basura de los apartamentos puestos en la puerta con un olor horrible…, además la gente que estaba ahí con las puertas abiertas cocinando con olor a frito por todos los pasillos que pasábamos con una mezcla de humo de tabaco, ya teníamos miedo de ver lo que nos encontraríamos y efectivamente la habitación tenía un olor a tabaco horrible y quemaduras en el sofá y poca higiene en la habitación sin contar que pese a quedarnos por que era muy tarde cuando llegamos se escuchaba la autovía, además las camas si quieres levantarte con necesidad de ir al fisio es el sitio perfecto para dormir.

Ficamos em Madri em um Hotel Vertice (mesma rede). 05 dias! E a limpeza e organização das camas e troca de toalhas eram diárias! Nesse hotel ficamos os 4 dias sem troca de toalhas, e os Lixos na portaria, a recepção disse que tínhamos que levar na rua nos coletores. As condições da cozinha o armário reservado ao frigor bar estava com a madeira da porta emperrada e soltando a fórmica. Precisa de manutenção. Utensílios de cozinha precários, precisamos pedir e buscar saca-rôlha na recepção e só abrem a garrafa se dirigindo ao restaurante.

Nous étions dans la partie appartement, la clim n’a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours (sur les 6 jours où nous étions présentes) au bout du 3e jour ils viennent la réparer, le 4e jour nous demandons un geste commercial (indemnités) et on nous propose de changer de chambre (aucune logique vu que la clim fonctionnait et que l’on demandait un dédommagement concernant les 3 jours sans clim), le personnel ne parle pas français (contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur expedia) et fait peu d’efforts en anglais. concernant la piscine, elle correspond aux photos, pas de transat pour la partie appartements nous étions en demi-pension, buffet basique mais pas très fourni ni divers pour le nettoyage, la première fois la femme de ménage a changer que les draps mais n’a rien nettoyé ni vidé les poubelles et la deuxième fois elle a allumé la clim et ouvert les fenêtres (quelle utilité ?) de plus une fois la carte de l’appartement rendu (donc à 10h) impossible de rester dans les parties communes (piscine) et de déposer sa valise dans le local prévu pour, en attendant le vol. seul avantage, les arrêts de bus pas loin je ne conseille pas du tout car en cas de problème le personnel ne prête pas particulièrement attention à vos demandes

Estancia satisfactoria para una sola noche. Dormir en el sofá cama es un infierno, sales con dolores múltiples de espalda. Al apartamento le falta un mantenimiento y reparación del mobiliario. Hay que tener en consideración qué está a las afueras de Sevilla, enfrente del Ikea. Quizás en el algún momento de alta ocupación se escuchen muchos ruidos a lo largo de la noche.
Estancia satisfactoria para una sola noche. Dormir en el sofá cama es un infierno, sales con dolores múltiples de espalda. Al apartamento le falta un mantenimiento y reparación del mobiliario. Hay que tener en consideración qué está a las afueras de Sevilla, enfrente del Ikea. Quizás en el algún momento de alta ocupación se escuchen muchos ruidos a lo largo de la noche.

Nous étions dans la partie appartement, la clim n’a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours (sur les 6 jours où nous étions présentes) au bout du 3e jour ils viennent la réparer, le 4e jour nous demandons un geste commercial (indemnités) et on nous propose de changer de chambre (aucune logique vu que la clim fonctionnait et que l’on demandait un dédommagement concernant les 3 jours sans clim), le personnel ne parle pas français (contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur expedia) et fait peu d’efforts en anglais. concernant la piscine, elle correspond aux photos, pas de transat pour la partie appartements nous étions en demi-pension, buffet basique mais pas très fourni ni divers pour le nettoyage, la première fois la femme de ménage a changer que les draps mais n’a rien nettoyé ni vidé les poubelles et la deuxième fois elle a allumé la clim et ouvert les fenêtres (quelle utilité ?) de plus une fois la carte de l’appartement rendu (donc à 10h) impossible de rester dans les parties communes (piscine) et de déposer sa valise dans le local prévu pour, en attendant le vol. seul avantage, les arrêts de bus pas loin je ne conseille pas du tout car en cas de problème le personnel ne prête pas particulièrement attention à vos demandes

The photos have nothing to do with real, the building is old, and needs a lot of repairs. The fixtures in room are also broken and needs replacement. Tennis court are present but rusted and need cleaning and pain. The swimming pool is also difficult to access and the water smells. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. They tried best to make check-in and out easy.

No es la primera vez que me quedo aquí. Casi cada año elijo el mismo apartamento porque está muy bien equipado y en una buen zona. Normalmente todo siempre está muy bien, aunque esta vez la habitación olía un poco a tabaco, el stor estaba roto y olvidaron arreglarlo a pesar de que lo pedí. Puede que tuviera mala suerte con la habitación en esta ocasión. Sé que el servicio siempre es el mejor y por lo general son bastante atentos.

Estancia satisfactoria para una sola noche. Dormir en el sofá cama es un infierno, sales con dolores múltiples de espalda. Al apartamento le falta un mantenimiento y reparación del mobiliario. Hay que tener en consideración qué está a las afueras de Sevilla, enfrente del Ikea. Quizás en el algún momento de alta ocupación se escuchen muchos ruidos a lo largo de la noche.

I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel and room. I was initially concerned because it was pretty far away from the downtown Seville area but the price was much less than the hotels downtown and the public transportation system works well so it only takes about 20 minutes to get there.

It is a bit far from the city centre of Seville but a good space in a safe area. A 15 walk to bus. Luckily Seville is very walkable so we only had to take the one bus. Took about 15 min in bus. Best to get Andalusia bus card if you don't have a car. Cuts bus cost in half! A good way to save $ and have a good space.
