El hotel está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son grandes y no se oye ruido en las habitaciones. Es verdad que necesitan algo de reforma pero quién conoce el Puerto de la Cruz, sabe que todos los hoteles son "ochenteros". Un punto negativo e importante, el parking. Siempre está ocupado aunque es pequeño. En la zona es muy difícil aparcar y deberían plantearse un acuerdo con el parking del centro comercial que tienen enfrente.
