This themed accommodation occupies a former art déco power station: its concrete walls keep the interior cool in summer and give it a unique character. The two-story property includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer. Please note, there is no air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with a hot tub, garden, and open terrace. The property is a 30-minute drive from Oviedo, 35 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes from Cudillero, the coast, and the mountains. It is the only rural tourism accommodation on the Senda del Salmón. Other recommendations: horseback riding by the lakes, canoeing on the river, the Senda del Oso bike path, and numerous hiking trails. A parking space is available on the premises. Families with children are welcome. Firewood is available from autumn to spring for an extra fee. Events and smoking are not permitted inside, but there is an outdoor smoking area. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 22:00 and 10:00. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on site. The hot tub is open from 11:00 to 23:00. The property has a fireplace; only supplied firewood may be used (available for an extra fee). There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles. The property features energy and water-saving measures.
