El Hotel e muy grande, tiene pocas hamacas en la piscina unas 300 para 2000 huéspedes por lo que resulta misión imposible reservar una,Mucha gente para el comedor y aunque hay 3 turnos y varios resaturantes falta personal en cocina y camareros para tanta gente,Aunque la comida está buena la hora de las comidas son caóticas los camareros tienen mucho trabajo y tardan un poco en tomar nota de la bebida, las bandejas del buffet se terminan muy rápido y en cocina no dan abasto- Instalaciones muy bien conservadas, alejado del centro de Peñíscola y el SPa muy bueno.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación apenas enfriaba (y hacía un calor infernal), el buffet es terrible tanto desayuno como cena, y en la media pensión no se puede elegir entre comida y cena, es siempre cena. La piscina está colapsada y las tumbonas se quedan ocupadas desde que abren, por gente que deja la toalla para reservarlas.

Hotel ideal ya que cuenta con todo lo que se puede desear desde un fin de semana hasta unas buenas vacaciones. Al lado de la playa, con parking en el sótano del hotel. Personal encantador.

en general todo bastante bien con dos cosas muy mal los accensores muy deficientes internet i coberturas fatal no creo que con las instalaciones que tienen podamos estar incomunicados habiendo soluciones en la tecnologia para solucionarlo

Habitación grande, buenas instalaciones, dentro de la MP podéis elegir entre 3 restaurantes temáticos con previa reserva en recepción o bien elegir bufete libre. Tiene piscinas grandes i varios bares.

Es un hotel familiar completamente Bufett y restaurantes temáticos. Equipo de animación ,hotel muy grande y habitaciones perfectas..quizás reformar WC x olores y zona columpios huele mal ..nosotros queriendo volver..mi hija hizo un montón de amigas..se come bien y los animadores Rosa y Diego y el chico de Abba..los demás no tienen tanta experiencia ..parking enfrente caro pero seguro..bus enfrente..lo q todos buscamos pasarlo bien!

The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well.

The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations.

La habitación grande y espaciosa.las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. La cantidad de restaurantes que tiene el hotel hace que no se formen grandes grupos de gente a la mismas horas. Y poder cambiar con otro tipo de comida en los distintos restaures temáticos me pareció un acierto. La piscina esta muy bien. Grande y limpia. En general muy contentos.

Stayed 2 nights and my experience was wonderful. The property is kept in a great condition, the view from a balcony to the sea and the surrondings was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. So i am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me ha encantado el trato excelente por mí repetiría espaciosa con terraza espaciosa también la limpieza correcta las camas muy cómodas y mucha variedad de restaurante aparte de la piscina que eso ni contarlo :)

When trying to park someone had used our assigned space. The under ground garage was very difficultand hard to maneuver in. The r[m was nice, except our reservation said it was two king beds but was actually two US doubles (apparently standards there). We had a nice balcony over the grounds but the noise fromthe kids area below was loud until about 10pm. The hallways were wide but also very loud. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable. The buffet breakfast was poor and the eggs were cold. The address is confusing as it lists the back of the hotel which you can not enter from, we thought we were lost until we asked a local.

Hôtel magnifique, grand confort, très belle chambre, 2 lits king size confortables, salle de bain de luxe avec douche, baignoire, balcon, clim, très bien isolée. En revanche petit déjeuner buffet avec horaire imposé 8h à 9h! Un monde fou, très bruyant, ambiance non en adaquation avec la qualité de l'hôtel. Accueil de qualité, enregistrement en français.

El alojamiento muy bien las habitaciones muy amplias son dos camas de matrimonio , el hotel tiene muchos restaurantes y te dejan elegir en comer en el que más te guste , tiene juegos para niños y para mayores la piscina muy bien con hidromasaje, tienen muchas actividades para niños y mayores, la comida muy bien lo malo que si te toca en el segundo turno tienes media hora para comer y a las 22:15 van retirando la comida y no comes agusto , algunos camareros son un poco bordes pero la mayoría son muy majos , en general está todo muy bien según sales del hotel está la playa y no está mal pero hay mejor playa cerca del castillo y más ambiente, si vas en coche no hay sitio donde aparcar o coges el parking del hotel por 15 euros el día o el otro parking está a 500 metros a 12 euros el día la bebida no está incluida en pensión completa.

Hall sontuosa , state grandi, specie le suite; buffet ampi (che privilegiano la quantità piuttosto che la qualità ); ma il rapporto qualità´prezzo c´é tutto. 95 euro per una suite prenotata all'ultimo momento, incluse cena e colazione per due. personale cordiale: unico neo, 20 minuti per la pratica di check in sono veramente troppi (coda non inclusa)

We stayed at this hotel and we didn’t like it at all. The staff at the reception and other areas like cleaning crew and servers/ waitresses are nasty and rude. They treat you like you don’t belong there; very unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the greatest. Avoid this place and look for another hotel where you feel welcome. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Stayed 2 nights and my experience was wonderful. The property is kept in a great condition, the view from a balcony to the sea and the surrondings was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. So i am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Repetía hotel, pero esta vez me encontré con que el personal era súper serio y poco sociable. El único q se implicó con la gente fue un hombre llamado Sergio en el buffet de peñiscola con traje negro como de seguridad,un 10 para él. Se lo dije en persona. Vinimos porque mi hermana había vuelto a coger en este hotel y como solo veníamos cuatro noches no pudimos poner el todo incluido. Tan solo una vez pidieron un batido a mi hija y nos vinieron a llamar la atención, que pagamos al final después de que la estancia con pensión completa de cuatro días en las q tres de las cuatro personas que éramos nosotros eran niños y no comen tanto, fue de 1600 euros,vamos q no vuelvo ni loca ya. El alojamiento muy bien las habitaciones muy amplias son dos camas de matrimonio , el hotel tiene muchos restaurantes y te dejan elegir en comer en el que más te guste , tiene juegos para niños y para mayores la piscina muy bien con hidromasaje, tienen muchas actividades para niños y mayores, la comida muy bien lo malo que si te toca en el segundo turno tienes media hora para comer y a las 22:15 van retirando la comida y no comes agusto , algunos camareros son un poco bordes pero la mayoría son muy majos , en general está todo muy bien según sales del hotel está la playa y no está mal pero hay mejor playa cerca del castillo y más ambiente, si vas en coche no hay sitio donde aparcar o coges el parking del hotel por 15 euros el día o el otro parking está a 500 metros a 12 euros el día la bebida no está incluida en pensión completa.

The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well.

When trying to park someone had used our assigned space. The under ground garage was very difficultand hard to maneuver in. The r[m was nice, except our reservation said it was two king beds but was actually two US doubles (apparently standards there). We had a nice balcony over the grounds but the noise fromthe kids area below was loud until about 10pm. The hallways were wide but also very loud. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable. The buffet breakfast was poor and the eggs were cold. The address is confusing as it lists the back of the hotel which you can not enter from, we thought we were lost until we asked a local.

El hotel esta ok en comodidad y espacio El Servicio pesimo y el desayuno grave la comida fria y no habia ni huevo o revoltillo Esta en un lugar oscuro y hasta da miedo llegar !! Decidimos no salir a comer y fuimos al buffet lo encontre super caro $ 60.00 y los refrescos aparte por 6.00 más o menos por dos adultos la comida demasiado decepcionante, nada de frutas y de postre calabaza asada!! La verdad no es Recomendado excepto para personas mayor de 80 Años ya que tienen bingo en la recepcion !!

My stay at ZT Peñiscola was just ok. The grounds were very nice but that’s all i can say. The staff has an attitude. The buffet is by assigned times. I was given a specific buffet with a very specific time, with about 200 other guests. We all had to lined up in order to get in for dinner. Of all the resorts i have ever been to, i was never given an assigned time slot. Usually buffets are open 2-3 hours per meal and you go as you wish. The food selection was minimal and average at best. Most of the time it was lukewarm. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated, so that was also a downside. To be honest, not sure i would return to this resort.
