It was very clean and like new, and the room service was great. But there was a refrigerator in the room that was not working purposely, as they said it could only be used for a cooler. There was no ice, and you can’t drink the tap water, they wanted you to buy your drinking water! Insane! Also, there was no parking, and we had to park 2 miles away from the hotel to find street parking. The beach is very nice, and more quiet then the southern part, the water is prettier also. I wouldn’t stay again, Too much of a hassle with kids.

Lots of amenities! Right across the beach, you can hear the waves from your room. There’s a spa, there’s umbrella/chairs on the beach that you can pay for, a pool (indoor and out), food within hotel and a few independent restaurants near. staff is great, food for lunch/dinner is OK in my opinion but breakfast is pretty good. Regardless, their buffet options are pretty large and can accommodate any diet (vegetarian, gluten free….)

Well organised crew, from the folks at the parking gate to the receptionists they were efficient and clear about everything. Rooms were clean and bright. Perhaps ever so slightly dated, but it's OK for a beach hotel. Very convenient bus service to the city center running throughout the day for a modest price.

Ha sido la tercera vez que nos alojábamos aquí y no será la última. A destacar la cantidad de actividades de ocio que proponen (especialmente, para lxs peques) y el trato perfecto que tuvieron con una intolerancia alimentaria. ¡Gracias! Por poner un pero, quizás podrían pensar en invertir en renovar el gimnasio, pero aún así es un lujo contar con él y el horario de acceso al mismo es muy amplio.

Tanto el hotel como sus servicios en general bien. Pero el precio el parking es abusivo, poca variedad de comida en el buffet y dentro de las comidas las carnes no estaban muy bien cocinadas (duras). El resto bien.... Limpieza, estado de las habitaciones, instalaciones, el personal muy amables y educados, etc...

Punti positivi: posizione, ampio parcheggio (a pagamento), balcone con stendino, buona pressione dell'acqua, specchio ingrandente in bagno, camera ampia e ristrutturata. Punti negativi: check in lento con tanto personale ma poco efficiente, camere non insonorizzate, tende non completamente oscuranti, materassi a molle piuttosto duri, cuscino unico, coperta di lana (avrei certamente preferito un piumino con copripiumino lavabile, colazione molto abbondante e varia ma prodotti di pessima qualità (un esempi su tutti: le uova in polvere). In conclusione: per un breve soggiorno se trovate un'offerta conveniente può andare ma non aspettatevi la qualità di un vero 4 stelle.

Det var otroligt lyhört, vi trodde nästan vi hade dörren öppen ut till korridoren och sängarna var hårda. Annars var det ett ok hotell för en natts övernattning men inte 4-stjärnigt i mina ögon.

Property is dated but clean. Very sparse in decor, no pictures on the wall. The location is good and convenient to the beach. We purchased the Full Board option but the food was pretty gross and the fact you have assigned times to eat felt very limiting. It wasn't ideal to plan our day around when we could eat. We ended up not eating there but there is an excellent restaurant just steps away. Overall, I'd give the property a 3.5 out of 5. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. I don't think we'd return b/c it is was very loud with music going well into the night.

The Hotel weak WiFi and phone line coverage meant my wife and I had to cut short our stay as we couldn’t not work from the hotel, which is the reason why we chose it, as it was part of our work holiday. The rest of the hotel was fine but as we were not able to enjoy our stay, this left us a bitter experience.

Punti positivi: posizione, ampio parcheggio (a pagamento), balcone con stendino, buona pressione dell'acqua, specchio ingrandente in bagno, camera ampia e ristrutturata. Punti negativi: check in lento con tanto personale ma poco efficiente, camere non insonorizzate, tende non completamente oscuranti, materassi a molle piuttosto duri, cuscino unico, coperta di lana (avrei certamente preferito un piumino con copripiumino lavabile, colazione molto abbondante e varia ma prodotti di pessima qualità (un esempi su tutti: le uova in polvere). Decepcionado porque no han tenido la mínima consideración. Debido a la Dana y el corte de la autopista, llamé para decir que no podría usar mi reserva pero no me lo cogieron. A la mañana siguiente me devuelven la llamada y me dicen que contacte con ellos por e-mail para que me devuelvan el coste de la reserva. Así hago y me dicen que lo sienten, pero que ni siquiera les llamé para decir que no iría y que como la reserva era no reembolsable no me devolverían el dinero. Contacto con hoteles.com (a través de la app que hice la reserva) y lo me contestan que la reserva se hizo directamente con el hotel, que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Vamos, que me han llamado mentiroso y me han robado.

Das Essen war eher mittelmässig . Das Hotel wird sehr stark von Familien mit Kindern besucht. In der Hochsaison ist das Hotel sehr voll und die Preise sind angesichts der gebotenen Leistung sehr hoch um nicht zu sagen. Nicht angemessen. Dies betrifft mittlerweile aber ganz Spanien als Urlaubsland . Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder besuchen und würden es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Lots of amenities! Right across the beach, you can hear the waves from your room. There’s a spa, there’s umbrella/chairs on the beach that you can pay for, a pool (indoor and out), food within hotel and a few independent restaurants near. staff is great, food for lunch/dinner is OK in my opinion but breakfast is pretty good. Regardless, their buffet options are pretty large and can accommodate any diet (vegetarian, gluten free….)

Well organised crew, from the folks at the parking gate to the receptionists they were efficient and clear about everything. Rooms were clean and bright. Perhaps ever so slightly dated, but it's OK for a beach hotel. Very convenient bus service to the city center running throughout the day for a modest price.

Property is dated but clean. Very sparse in decor, no pictures on the wall. The location is good and convenient to the beach. We purchased the Full Board option but the food was pretty gross and the fact you have assigned times to eat felt very limiting. It wasn't ideal to plan our day around when we could eat. We ended up not eating there but there is an excellent restaurant just steps away. Overall, I'd give the property a 3.5 out of 5. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. I don't think we'd return b/c it is was very loud with music going well into the night.
