Good solid 3* budget hotel in a good location I was B&B so breakfast was busy but good with plenty of choice Bar prices very reasonable Nice pool and pool area facing the sun but plenty of shaded areas. Loungers are the cheap plastic type so very uncomfortable The all Inclusive option attracts all day boozing around the pool so I spent most days next door

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix, piscine super, propreté R.A.S., jacuzzis sur rooftop GÉNIAUX, buffet petit-dèj top. Petits bémols: plusieurs personnes du personnel désagréables + l'éloignement par rapport au centre de Salou.... Pour résumer, des prestations efficaces à des prix très raisonnables, mais hôtel très excentré (vélo obligatoire, mais location disponible à l'hôtel, ou voiture ou transports). Il faut privilégier la nature et les criques sauvages autour + le calme des environs immédiats.

Wouldn't go back there very basic, not enough staff in the restaurant waiting for tables to be cleaned up and the food was very poor and cold, worst we ever had. Also the pool side needs to be refurbished, tiles are all un even. Room was spacious and clean thou.

The hotel does not have fridges in the rooms does not have ice machines for the guests, we had tp pay for parking, when it was advertised as free. Three single spring bed cots together does not equal as a king bed.

Our vacation was cut short due to a problem at home. The management and staff were brilliant. We only had the breakfast option which wasn't exactly a "full English" but you wouldn't starve. The down side, wiff of drains from bathroom no extractor fan. The walls are extremely thin and the Spanish are know to be loud so you keep here every cough and fart all night. The hotel was over run by students who went through the place like ants.(school trip possibly).If you were near the doors leading out to the Jacuzzis it was like the M1 with them running in and out and they didnt appear to be supervised,quite surprised really as there were a lot of elderly Spanish there at the time suffering this! Finally the entertainment was very loud and very Spanish they did not really cater for other nationalities. Would I return ,No, we have mobility issues the hotel is located on a hill and not near to any facilities.We were lucky to be able to park our car on the road at night,if you park on the hotel car park it was 15 euros a day !!

Il s’agit d’un ancien complexe touristique qui est resté dans son jus. Il participe au tourisme social en Espagne, donc beaucoup d’arrivage de cars de Papy et mamy. On se croirait dans une maison de retraite. Les deux piscine extérieur sont sales et pas nettoyer tes dessous de verre et beaucoup de feuilles mortes dans la piscine. Pas grand-chose autour, si juste une petite crique et un Carrefour City à 200 m. Hôtel OK juste pour un arrêt mais avec un enfant c’est très très compliqué Le seul point qui semble être positif, et l’espace jacuzzi, mais nous n’y avons pas droit car interdit au moins de 18 ans donc avec un enfant c’est interdit. Le petit-déj’, et le dîner sont à proscrire. Je ne pensais pas que ça aurait existé encore. Quand on voit la moyenne générale de ce complexe, soit il y a beaucoup de faux avis, soit beaucoup d’entre vous sont indulgent. Très bruyant et personnel pas accueillant.

Nous avons heureusement passes une seule nuit arrivee a 20h acceuillit par deux personnes à l acceuil desagreables et qui se foutais clairement de nous car nous ne parlions pas espagnolune a même soufflé plusieurs fois.....pas d explication on nous a donne la clef et c est tout arrive dans la chambre 3 lits simples cote a cote pas de separation baignoire avec des cheveux matelas qui s enfoncent chambre vieillotte.snack ferme a 18h ...dejeuner du matin bon mais attention aux tasses que vous prenez mal nettoyée personnel desagreable pas un bonjour rien...le seul truc bien jaccuzzi sur le toit attention les transats datent nombreux sont cassés piscine assez spacieuse Sur le descriptif il est ecrit vue mer ou montagne oui si vous regardez sur les côtés du balcon car en face on a vue direct chez les personnes de la residence en face.bref j ai fait beaucoup d hotel dans le coin celui ci c est sure je ne le recommanderai pas et je n y reviendrai pas

El servicio es bueno y el personal del hotel amable. La pensión completa no incluye ninguna bebida más que agua del grifo y si no te alojas más de tres noches y si la compras es muy cara, no puedes contratar el "todo incluido" que tampoco lo incluye todo porque hay otro más caro que si lo incluye. La comida está buena y es variada. Las habitaciones sencillas, no tienen nevera por si quieres consumir algo. Las instalaciones están bien, es un edificio que tiene ya bastante tiempo y fallan los ascensores, el wifi y otras cosas. Las actividades están muy bien, hacen actuaciones en directo y ponen música todo el día. La zona es tranquila, rodeada de chalets y árboles, aunque está un poco lejos de todo con lo que hace falta el coche. No tiene aparcamiento gratuito, es de pago aunque hay sitio para aparcar. La piscina es sencilla y tiene socorrista.

Me gustó la Calidad-precio, pagas lo que hay ni más ni menos. Limpieza un 10, desayuno muy bien. Al hotel le hace falta una reforma o cambio de mobiliario, es muy viejo aunque está bien conservado y limpio. La comida es muy básica. Para pasar un par de niches bien. No volveré.

This is a holiday hotel so if you're looking for evening entertainment and a busy bustling environment then this is for you, if you want a more relaxed chilled stay then don't come here, whilst trying to go to bed with my young children we had people knocking on our room door throughout the night, the entertainment had different timings throughout the night and as it got later and things ended you would get waves of other guests returning really loudly to their rooms. The hotel itself is starting to look old and tired, the beds were uncomfortable and whilst there was a team of cleaners the floors still felt dirty. Having said that, there is a pool there and your can walk to a lovely beach 5 minutes from the hotel so it really depends on what kind of stay you are looking for.

Le sol sale, poil de pubis et des fesses dans la baignoire, il faudrais investir dans le double vitrage on entend tous comme si on etait dehors, les murs c'est du carton pour entendre le voisin comme si on etait dans la meme chambre, on entend le couloir comme si la porte etait ouverte, les draps j'ai jamais vue ca, le lit c'est simple, on dirait qu'on dort sur des ressort, dur comme du beton. Je me suis crue dans les années 80. J'AI PAS DORMIS DE LA NUIT. On est en 2025 comment un hotel avec plus ou moins 500 chambres peut être autant en mauvais état. Il serait grand temps d'investir et de faire de la rénovation... Pas de parking n'ayez pas peur de marcher

Honnêtement on avait un peu peur vis à vis des avis négatifs mais on a quand même tenté et on ne regrette absolument pas ! L’hôtel fait moderne et les chambres sont propres, avec une vue incroyable au 5ème étage. Les lits étaient un peu dur mais pas inconfortables non plus. Le petit déjeuner propose un grand choix, c’était top. Quant au bruit, à partir de 23h silence radio de notre côté. On a trouvé des places de parking gratuites à 5 minutes à pieds. L’ambiance est bonne, je recommande, niveau qualité prix ça vaut le coup !

Hotel très bruyant et tres rustiques pour un 3 étoile la propreté de la chambre laisse a désiré on a retrouvé une araignée écrasé dans les drap. Au niveaux de la nourriture buffets et choix limitée contrairement à d'autres hôtels déjà pratiquer a salou le pire cest quon nous fait payer une carafe d'eau 2euro 50. Et dernière info dans cette hôtels il y a beaucoup de colonie de vacances donc pour se qui recherche un minimum de calme je le deconseil Voilà très déçu .

Nos gustó la tranquilidad y la amplitud de las habitaciones pero el acceso a la cala es cuesta bajo así que luego hay que subir la cuesta, no hay duchas en la cala, personal del restaurante muy amable, también necesita un cambio de colchones se clavan los muelles.

Nous n’avons passer qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel, il est un peu vieillot, mais le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, par contre il est très mal isolé et les chambres aussiet les gens ne sont pas respectueux des autres et il a été très difficile de dormir.

We only stopped one night here due to a flight change so just room only & breakfast for a cheap price so can’t complain too much. The room was basic but clean, the shower was pretty good and the bed not too uncomfortable. All in all we were happy except- the noise! This is out of the hotel’s control but the walls are paper thin, we could hear every conversation and door slam as if people were in the room next to us from both sides! I would be very wary of booking a week here if you don’t like noise! Breakfast was ok, nothing special and I imagine like cattle in and out in peak periods as you are given a set time to arrive and leave. It’s also on a hill and hilly surrounding so not for the immobile at all and not a lot going on, we were glad to check out and move on to our pre booked hotel for the week in Salou centre… Would we book again- never….

Honnêtement on avait un peu peur vis à vis des avis négatifs mais on a quand même tenté et on ne regrette absolument pas ! L’hôtel fait moderne et les chambres sont propres, avec une vue incroyable au 5ème étage. Les lits étaient un peu dur mais pas inconfortables non plus. Le petit déjeuner propose un grand choix, c’était top. Quant au bruit, à partir de 23h silence radio de notre côté. On a trouvé des places de parking gratuites à 5 minutes à pieds. L’ambiance est bonne, je recommande, niveau qualité prix ça vaut le coup !

On devait rester jusqu'au 13 juillet inclus mais on est partis le 12 juillet au matin car les ressorts du lit nous rentrés dans le dos et c'était horrible. J'ai passé deux nuits blanches tellement que la literie est catastrophique. Pour un hotel 3 étoiles c'est inadmissible. J'ai dû quitter l'hotel avant la fin du séjour et j'ai donc perdu 2 jours au parc caraibes et port aventura car j'avais pris des billets pour 3 jours.

Después de esperar casi una hora para hacer el check in, llegamos a la habitación, que debería ser para 3 PAX y sólo hay 2 camas, nos quejamos y nos sacan un plegatin de debajo de una de las camas y la preparan. El parking es una plaza en la calle con un cepo, 15€ el día. La comida justa, de batalla para grupos y escolares. No hay comida caliente, hay que hacer colas eternas en la plancha para que te cocinen sólo un tipo de carne o pescado, no hay opción a elegir, o eso o pasta cocida, o ensaladas, sin más, de supervivencia. Organización pésima, colas de 15m para entrar al comedor, para coger las bebidas, para la plancha, para todo, en los 3 servicios. Estubimos genial. Mención especial al servicio del comedor, con un hijo celíaco e intolerante a la lactosa, se portaron de lujo con él, preparando comidas especiales. Muchisimas gracias a Ivan y al resto del equipo de cocina y comedor (lo siento, no recuerdo más nombres 😅) por hacernoslo miy fácil.

Nous avons passés plus d'une semaine dans cet hôtel. Faciliter de stationnement gratuitement tous les jours c'est un luxe. Proximité d'une plage qui ressemble à une calanque de Marseille. HÔTEL où le personnel est souriant de bon humeurs tout le temps c'est très agréable. Ils sont au petit soin avec leurs clients et nous les remerciant. Je leur délivre 4 étoiles et toutes mes félicitations pour leur dévouement. Gratias

Nous avons heureusement passes une seule nuit arrivee a 20h acceuillit par deux personnes à l acceuil desagreables et qui se foutais clairement de nous car nous ne parlions pas espagnolune a même soufflé plusieurs fois.....pas d explication on nous a donne la clef et c est tout arrive dans la chambre 3 lits simples cote a cote pas de separation baignoire avec des cheveux matelas qui s enfoncent chambre vieillotte.snack ferme a 18h ...dejeuner du matin bon mais attention aux tasses que vous prenez mal nettoyée personnel desagreable pas un bonjour rien...le seul truc bien jaccuzzi sur le toit attention les transats datent nombreux sont cassés piscine assez spacieuse Sur le descriptif il est ecrit vue mer ou montagne oui si vous regardez sur les côtés du balcon car en face on a vue direct chez les personnes de la residence en face.bref j ai fait beaucoup d hotel dans le coin celui ci c est sure je ne le recommanderai pas et je n y reviendrai pas

Arrivé à 23h passées le réceptionniste nous informe ne pas avoir de chambre à notre nom après insistance et preuve de réservation il nous donne enfin une chambre. Mais mauvaise surprise, la chambre est de qualité inférieur à celle que nous avions réservé. Il nous dit qu’il ne peut rien faire et nous demande de voir ça avec expédia, ce n’est pas son problème. De plus l’hôtel est dans une petite rue où il est quasiment impossible de se garer et pour finir les chambres sont très mal insonorisé les gens court dans les couloirs jusqu’à 2h du matin. Et personne ne dit rien vraiment je vous Déconseille l’hôtel

Good solid 3* budget hotel in a good location I was B&B so breakfast was busy but good with plenty of choice Bar prices very reasonable Nice pool and pool area facing the sun but plenty of shaded areas. Loungers are the cheap plastic type so very uncomfortable The all Inclusive option attracts all day boozing around the pool so I spent most days next door

Bon rapport qualité/prix, hôtel a quelques années et n’est pas forcément au goût du jour. Néanmoins cela reste convenable pour un séjour en famille. A noter que la mer n’est pas loin mais l’hôtel est sur les hauteurs du coup il faut penser au retour avec une côte à remonter. Sur les repas il ne faut pas d’attendre à de la grande cuisine et de la variété mais cela reste convenable

Our vacation was cut short due to a problem at home. The management and staff were brilliant. We only had the breakfast option which wasn't exactly a "full English" but you wouldn't starve. The down side, wiff of drains from bathroom no extractor fan. The walls are extremely thin and the Spanish are know to be loud so you keep here every cough and fart all night. The hotel was over run by students who went through the place like ants.(school trip possibly).If you were near the doors leading out to the Jacuzzis it was like the M1 with them running in and out and they didnt appear to be supervised,quite surprised really as there were a lot of elderly Spanish there at the time suffering this! Finally the entertainment was very loud and very Spanish they did not really cater for other nationalities. Would I return ,No, we have mobility issues the hotel is located on a hill and not near to any facilities.We were lucky to be able to park our car on the road at night,if you park on the hotel car park it was 15 euros a day !!

Lovely place with good food and drink options. Stayed for 1 night at the end of our holiday in Salou, completely different vibe, more chilled less going on more restaurants and calmer place. Very hilly and uneven ground. Would struggle with mobility issues. Buffet breakfast was many options.nice staff and helpful. Un hotel de tres estrellas bastante acorde a esas estrellas. Los colchones bastante incómodos... Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y eso se agradece. En cuanto al personal, algunos eran algo "secos" en cuanto al trato, y otros muy amables. La limpieza en las habitaciones bastante bien. La comida, bastante variedad pero siempre la misma. Un poco rollo los horarios de turnos, nos tocó el último horario y normalmente teníamos que esperar bastante cola. Pero bueno, como dije al principio, un hotel de tres estrellas que hace honor a sus estrellas.

Después de esperar casi una hora para hacer el check in, llegamos a la habitación, que debería ser para 3 PAX y sólo hay 2 camas, nos quejamos y nos sacan un plegatin de debajo de una de las camas y la preparan. El parking es una plaza en la calle con un cepo, 15€ el día. La comida justa, de batalla para grupos y escolares. No hay comida caliente, hay que hacer colas eternas en la plancha para que te cocinen sólo un tipo de carne o pescado, no hay opción a elegir, o eso o pasta cocida, o ensaladas, sin más, de supervivencia. Organización pésima, colas de 15m para entrar al comedor, para coger las bebidas, para la plancha, para todo, en los 3 servicios. De los peores hoteles donde hemos estado, incluso "perdimos" la última comida por irnos antes, ya no queríamos quedarnos más tiempo

La habitación del hotel aceptable, sin más. Cogimos pensión completa y cuando fuimos a la primera cena nos enteramos que no entraba la bebida, mire en la reserva y no ponía absolutamente nada de eso, tras decirlo en recepción nos dijeron que efectivamente no teníamos contratada la bebida y que como solo habíamos cogido dos noches no nos daban opción, cosa que en la página oficial no pone nada de eso. Organización del buffet fatal, una espera interminable para todo. No reponen comida y te pasan por turnos, como seas el último (como nos pasó a nosotros) no hay casi nada, y lo que hay no merece la pena.

Good solid 3* budget hotel in a good location I was B&B so breakfast was busy but good with plenty of choice Bar prices very reasonable Nice pool and pool area facing the sun but plenty of shaded areas. Loungers are the cheap plastic type so very uncomfortable The all Inclusive option attracts all day boozing around the pool so I spent most days next door

Lovely place with good food and drink options. Stayed for 1 night at the end of our holiday in Salou, completely different vibe, more chilled less going on more restaurants and calmer place. Very hilly and uneven ground. Would struggle with mobility issues. Buffet breakfast was many options.nice staff and helpful. Room basic but bargain for the price.no deposit required overall good place would stay again

Honnêtement on avait un peu peur vis à vis des avis négatifs mais on a quand même tenté et on ne regrette absolument pas ! L’hôtel fait moderne et les chambres sont propres, avec une vue incroyable au 5ème étage. Les lits étaient un peu dur mais pas inconfortables non plus. Le petit déjeuner propose un grand choix, c’était top. Quant au bruit, à partir de 23h silence radio de notre côté. On a trouvé des places de parking gratuites à 5 minutes à pieds. L’ambiance est bonne, je recommande, niveau qualité prix ça vaut le coup !
