Nice hotel. Swimming pool outside didn't have the water slides and the water jets operating. Perhaps out of sezon even though it was at the end of May. The swimming pool inside and the spa were nice.

The balcony has never been cleaned. All the pools are closed (in the middle of May), which I didn’t expect. The SPA is terrible (the sauna is not hot enough, and the water jets in the pools are not strong). The food choice at the restaurant is very limited. Additionally, they took a €100 deposit and never refunded it, and my emails are being ignored, I’ll wait for a bit longer but I’m planning to open charge back case with my bank. I will never come back!

Bel hôtel proposant un spa et plusieurs piscines extérieures. J’avais une chambre avec vue sur la mer, mais vue sur la mer une fois dehors sur la terrasse. Cela dit terrasse très grande avec transat, table d’appoint et étendoir à linge. Chambre spacieuse et climatisée avec frigo et grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Literie confortable. Ménage fait avec soin. Seul bémol, le parking de l’hotel est très restreint et payant. Il y a pleins de places dans la rue de l’hôtel mais également toutes payantes. Ayez de la monnaie pour l’horodateur car il est parfois capricieux avec la CB. Je suis resté 10j et j’ai pris 2 amendes mais heureusement celles ci peuvent être annulées. Autrement j’ai pu tester le petit déjeuner qui est très varié, autant sucré que salé. Il y en a pour tous les gouts. Petit plus pour le gaspaccio detox , super bon ! Pour résumer, c’est un bel hôtel offrant de belles prestations. Je n’ai pas été déçue.

Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

Es un hotel muy completo, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, padel, piscinas, gimnasio. spa, y lo que vno, te lo consiguen. HABRIA QUE RENOVAR SUELO Y ALGUNAS PAREDES DE PISTAS DE PADEL, ESTAN EN BASTANTE MAL ESTADO. ALGUNOS CHORROS DEL SPA ESTABAN ESTROPEADOS.

Bonjour, cet hotel est remarquable par sa situation et son environnement, le personnel est attentionné et trés professionnel. Il serait judicieux d'avoir les informations et services de l'hôtel ainsi que la carte de la brasserie dans un book de la chambre.Le service du restaurant est honéreux en rapport avec les plats proposés.La salle de sport est trés interressante mais les machines sont mal entretenues et mériteraient d'être remplacées.La zone de balnéo est vraiment intérressante c'est vraiment un plus dans cet hotel de qualité.

Dette hotellet hadde det meste av hva man ønsker seg av et hotell. Frokosten og middagen bestod av en nydelig buffet som var akkurat passe hva gjaldt retter og smaker. Hotellet hadde god plass og eget treningsstudio og Spa som var inkludert i prisen. Bassengene var romslige og det var en sone for barnefamilier og en sone som var roligere. Servicen ver meget bra og rommene var meget romslige. Alt i alt meget bra!

Het was prima maar niet een ervaring beleefd om terug te komen. We waren wat vroeger, kamer was niet vrij. Geen probleem maar niet aanbieden om even te bellen als hij wel gereed is. Niet kunnen parkeren, later zou er plek zijn. Later bleek een illusie. Het is zeker geen 5 sterren hotel, te massaal en absoluut geen excellente bediening.

En la habitación el grifo termostático de la ducha estaba roto, en el baño había hormigas, la TV por ser un hotel de 5* era muy pequeña, la cama la pedí una sola grande y me encontré con 2 camas pequeñas individuales.

Hôtel vraiment sympa. Propre et personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Les piscines sont propres et très bien entretenues. L’espace jardin et terrasse est superbe. Seul hic la climatisation dans les chambres qui ne pulse pas beaucoup d’air frais et fais beaucoup de bruit…

Lo que me gustó fue la amplitud de la habitación, un gran baño con bañera y ducha y un balcón amplísimo con sillas, mesa y hasta tumbona. La comida en general también bastante bien. Y una cosa que me gustó también es que puedes acceder al spa cuantas veces quieras. Sí que es cierto que en algunos detalles creo que no lo catalogaría como un 5 estrellas sino como un 4. Por ejemplo, que no haya cava en el desayuno, que hubiera algo más de variedad, que haya más opción de almohadas en la habitación y que la limpieza sea más meticulosa. Pero en general bien.

Séjour en famille Hôtel très propres à l’intérieur et les chambres, l’extérieur laisse un peu à désirer notamment autour de la première piscine Service très bien aussi sauf celui de la réception qui est assez impersonnel et qui fait le strict nécessaire

The customer service level and the cleanness are very poor for this price and for a hotel with 5 stars. The room was dirty, dusty and had a few hair from the previous guests. The elevators didn't work properly, were out of service sometimes. The restaurant ran out of lactose-free milk so I could not drink any coffee. We had to wait 25 minutes for a mineral water at the pool bar. Overall the service and cleanness does not meet the standards of a 5star hotel in my opinion.

We had an amazing large , family sea view room , which was immaculate. So spacious , with everything you would need provided , eg robes , toiletries , fridge , hairdryer, water , kettle etc The pool areas were very quiet , but that was fine & pool too cold for us to use in May . The indoor spa was lovely & well worth a visit . The restaurant serving breakfast & dinner , was also well stocked with a variety of different foods , again staff very helpful, plates cleared quickly & all areas clean . La Pineda has a beautiful beach & the area was pretty low key . There’s a selection of shops , bars , restaurants within easy walking distance Honestly our short break couldn’t have gone better …very grateful for the sunshine! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Bel hôtel proposant un spa et plusieurs piscines extérieures. J’avais une chambre avec vue sur la mer, mais vue sur la mer une fois dehors sur la terrasse. Cela dit terrasse très grande avec transat, table d’appoint et étendoir à linge. Chambre spacieuse et climatisée avec frigo et grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Literie confortable. Ménage fait avec soin. Seul bémol, le parking de l’hotel est très restreint et payant. Il y a pleins de places dans la rue de l’hôtel mais également toutes payantes. Ayez de la monnaie pour l’horodateur car il est parfois capricieux avec la CB. Je suis resté 10j et j’ai pris 2 amendes mais heureusement celles ci peuvent être annulées. Autrement j’ai pu tester le petit déjeuner qui est très varié, autant sucré que salé. Il y en a pour tous les gouts. Petit plus pour le gaspaccio detox , super bon ! Pour résumer, c’est un bel hôtel offrant de belles prestations. Je n’ai pas été déçue.

Dette hotellet hadde det meste av hva man ønsker seg av et hotell. Frokosten og middagen bestod av en nydelig buffet som var akkurat passe hva gjaldt retter og smaker. Hotellet hadde god plass og eget treningsstudio og Spa som var inkludert i prisen. Bassengene var romslige og det var en sone for barnefamilier og en sone som var roligere. Servicen ver meget bra og rommene var meget romslige. Alt i alt meget bra!

Mauvaise organisation à l'arrivée 40 min pour le check in alors que nous n'étions que 2 familles. Chambre un peu vétuste, carrelage et chasse d'eau cassée dans la salle de bain. Rideau déchirés. Sonorisation plus que mauvaise pour le standing. Dîner ( plat chaud), buffet tout etait froid même les plats chaud. Le buffet meritrait d'avoir des etiquettes pour savoir ce que l'on mange. Point positif: personnel agréable.

We stayed here as a family of 4 (kids aged 6 and 8) in late June. Kids loved the pool and were the right age to enjoy the Mini Club activities. Pool area was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and room had good air con. Spa was an added bonus. We were full board and loved the breakfast and dinner. Drinks were priced very reasonably. Gym had everything we needed although it’s looking a little tired. Very close to a fantastic beach and walking distance to the water park. We had a fantastic stay.

Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

It could have been great except for the fact that: most of the facilities where closed, things like trying to find salt or pepper etc at breakfast was a mystery and nobody seemed to know where to look. When they cleaned the room they took the towels and did not replace them or the water and the reception was not very responsive, I think I got service on the 5th try. And just to sum up the general sense of confusion the elevator controls seemed to be from another dimension and totally illogical.

45min d’attente au check in, donc on a loupé le créneau pour la piscine Le lendemain piscine le matin et l’aprem 30 min car les enfants exclu a partir de 18h30 Aucune communication sur cette heure 1ere chambre change car odeur d’égouts et surtout clim qui fesais un bruit infernal Et pour finir j’ai laissé une note avant ma venu avec un message qui n’a jamais eu de réponse, meme en le stipulant a l’accueil pas plus de considération Au final mauvaise expérience alors que y’a 10 ans nous avions eu un meilleur souvenir

Lovely hotel, perfect location, clean, lovely staff especially those in the restaurant and poolside bar. Their service impeccable. Pools are great. Didn’t really see the point of the Spa, maybe it’s a novelty in Europe but really just a couple of jacuzzi’s, indoor pool and sauna. Only used once. Rooms lovely and spacious. Could do with more things to do of an evening is my advice. There is The Lotus Bar but nothing going on really there. In the restaurant the only down side is the griddle where the meat/ fish is cooked. SO slow, always had to que, they should fill the griddle but they don’t they ask each person one at a time what they would like as they get to the front of the que and then cook it, however the food is delicious. Aside from that I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. More a four star, not a five star.

What a frustrating experience for 5* hotel… Room received is not matching the reservation. Instead of family room with 4 single beds we received a standard room with 2 single beds. The worst experience was in the kids club. Our kids were lost. We found them in the street with cars outside of hotel. Horrible experience.

Overall good, clean, nice indoor pool, decent gym, good breakfast, easy access to the beach was handy. I would only say for vegetations, whilst there are some dishes, the staff didn't speak much English so difficult to know what is vegetarian and what isn't, as the food wasn't labelled, and items that ordinarily wouldn't have meat or fish, did. Also, whilst full board doesn't include drinks, they wouldn't even provide tap water.

Il s'agit de notre deuxième séjour au Gran Palas, le personnel est agréable comme toujours par contre les chambres commencent à vieillir. Il faut penser à entretenir l'hôtel pour être à la hauteur des 5 étoiles. Par contre, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la plage directement de l'hôtel parce qu'il y avait des travaux et sur le site hotels.com aucune information à ce sujet. Nous avons été surpris également de voir que club marmara était installé dans l'hôtel ce qui n'était pas le cas l'année dernière. Première déception, les personnes qui ont réservé avec club marmara ont payé bcp moins cher que nous et en plus en all inclusive. Deuxième déception, des fois nous sommes exclus par les animateurs du club marmara, ils privilégient les personnes qui ont réservé avec eux. En plus, nous avons remarqué que les responsables du club marmara se comportaient c'est comme s'ils étaient les propriétaires de l'hôtel !! Un dernier commentaire mais cette fois-ci positif, nous saluons la bonne humeur et la bienveillance de l'animateur Alejandro (pas du club marmara). Il est tellement gentil et sympathique et il se comporte de la même façon avec tout le monde sans exception. Merci Alejandro!! You are the best!

Bonjour, cet hotel est remarquable par sa situation et son environnement, le personnel est attentionné et trés professionnel. Il serait judicieux d'avoir les informations et services de l'hôtel ainsi que la carte de la brasserie dans un book de la chambre.Le service du restaurant est honéreux en rapport avec les plats proposés.La salle de sport est trés interressante mais les machines sont mal entretenues et mériteraient d'être remplacées.La zone de balnéo est vraiment intérressante c'est vraiment un plus dans cet hotel de qualité.

We stayed here as a family of 4 (kids aged 6 and 8) in late June. Kids loved the pool and were the right age to enjoy the Mini Club activities. Pool area was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and room had good air con. Spa was an added bonus. We were full board and loved the breakfast and dinner. Drinks were priced very reasonably. Gym had everything we needed although it’s looking a little tired. Very close to a fantastic beach and walking distance to the water park. We had a fantastic stay.

Overall good, clean, nice indoor pool, decent gym, good breakfast, easy access to the beach was handy. I would only say for vegetations, whilst there are some dishes, the staff didn't speak much English so difficult to know what is vegetarian and what isn't, as the food wasn't labelled, and items that ordinarily wouldn't have meat or fish, did. Also, whilst full board doesn't include drinks, they wouldn't even provide tap water.

Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

Dette hotellet hadde det meste av hva man ønsker seg av et hotell. Frokosten og middagen bestod av en nydelig buffet som var akkurat passe hva gjaldt retter og smaker. Hotellet hadde god plass og eget treningsstudio og Spa som var inkludert i prisen. Bassengene var romslige og det var en sone for barnefamilier og en sone som var roligere. Servicen ver meget bra og rommene var meget romslige. Alt i alt meget bra!

Lovely hotel, perfect location, clean, lovely staff especially those in the restaurant and poolside bar. Their service impeccable. Pools are great. Didn’t really see the point of the Spa, maybe it’s a novelty in Europe but really just a couple of jacuzzi’s, indoor pool and sauna. Only used once. Rooms lovely and spacious. Could do with more things to do of an evening is my advice. There is The Lotus Bar but nothing going on really there. In the restaurant the only down side is the griddle where the meat/ fish is cooked. SO slow, always had to que, they should fill the griddle but they don’t they ask each person one at a time what they would like as they get to the front of the que and then cook it, however the food is delicious. Aside from that I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. More a four star, not a five star.

When you stay at a five star hotel you have certain expectations. For once, I like to have hair conditioner that works and shampoo that is for the hair and not for the body. I still don't know what the products in the shower were, since both bottles looked the same and said the same thing in the outside but they contained different products. The hair was rough and hard to comb after washing it. The pool area was nice and the entertainment staff were fun and kept kids and adults smiling. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were professional and helpful.
