Very nice place to stay. A bit expensive but the rates in Madrid are so high that I guess it is in line with other hotels. The evening meal was great and superb value. Wonderful service from the barman there.

Super hôtel, chambre très spacieuse, literie très confortable, grande douche, la réception est ouverte 24h/24 (pratique lorsque l'on arrive à 5h du matin...) Seul petit bémol le parking payant (20 €/jour) pas très pratique (il est nécessaire de systematiquement demander à la réception d'ouvrir la barrière lors des entrées / sorties) et l'hôtel n'est pas très facile à trouver (peut être que ce pourrait être utile d'ajouter de la signalétique lorsque l'on sort de l'autoroute...)

En general la estancia ha sido excelente. El personal muy atento y agradable. Excelente la limpieza. El desayuno bastante bueno, con las opciones justas pero cubriendo todos los gustos. Me cuesta dormir en los hoteles pero, en este caso, la cama me ha parecido super cómoda.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room was not great; the towel rack had broken with one side hanging and the towels had been placed neatly in the bathtub, so it was clear someone had seen it and not done anything. Plus the sliding bathroom door leaves a big gap when closed, so not full privacy. The bed was comfortable though, it’s just lacking in the details.

Very welcoming and good location for the office. However the air conditioning was very noisy and for rooms listed as having soundproofing there was a lot of noise from other rooms. Breakfast had a good selection but regularly ran out of orange juice, last day had no meat on the hot buffet

En principio debia recibor una tarjeta de regalo la cual ellos no ofrecen. A nivel de habitacion bien exepto el aire acondicionado que siempre mantuvo la habitacion sobre los 25 grados y no hibo forma de bajarlo ni hablando con recepcion, los cuales fieron amables pero son politicas del.hotel, las cuales no entiendo.

We had a great run. Breakfast hours were great. The hotel staff was amazing. A whole bus load of people walked in the door right before we did. Apparently it was a group. They had them sorted within minutes and I don’t think we waited to get checked in more than a minute or two. The young lady was very nice and accommodating. Later, I had some business with my lawyer they graciously provided with an email to send the file. They printed it up for me to sign and scanned it for me and sent it back to the lawyer within a matter of minutes. I would add that this is the same young lady that checked us in. She was amazing. She could almost anticipate what you needed and was ready to provide a cheerfully graciously and quickly. She was above and beyond. The best interaction I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many good ones.

El hotel en si esta bien pero habiamos reservado una cuadruple familiar y por un error de la recepción tuvimos que dormir separados con los niños, con el trastorno que ello conlleva, no nos dieron soluciones. Y no nos devolvieron la diferencia de precio entre las habitaciones. El buffet del desayuno y el servicio fue excelente.

Me gustó mucho tienes el bus delante de tu hotel y solo Vas con menos 6 euros a el centro de la ciudad con paciencia y vuelves a tu hotel Seguro y confiable sin gastar mucho suerte me encantó andar y conocer.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Rooms were basic but had what was needed for a weekend city break. The hotel was a way out. Cheaper option of €1.50 per trip was a 45 min bus trip into the city which was picked up right outside the hotel and dropped off round the corner. Uber was only 20 mins if that and was around €14. Quiet area with a few cafes and restaurants dotted around but you did need to go into the city further for more of an atmosphere. Only downfall was there wasn’t any water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Could have also benefited from having the mini bar fridge stocked. Ideal for us as we were first timers to Madrid and was nice to get away from the hustle and the bustle. Great value as well.

Wonderful stay for my family! The staff provided an upgrade to our original room which was very nice. The room itself was very nice, clean and cozy. Also about 10 minutes walk to the Metro so convenient as well. Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zentral Castellana Norte. The spacious clean room was wonderful. The staff we very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had excellent meals and the breakfast buffet was good. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Agradezco la excelente atención recibida a mi llegada por parte del personal del counter de recepción, pudieron darme una habitación más temprano con el pago de media pensión, no tuve q esperar tanto. Podría pedir un poco más de variedad de comida en los desayunos... sólo hay lo básico.

Very nice place to stay. A bit expensive but the rates in Madrid are so high that I guess it is in line with other hotels. The evening meal was great and superb value. Wonderful service from the barman there.

Very welcoming and good location for the office. However the air conditioning was very noisy and for rooms listed as having soundproofing there was a lot of noise from other rooms. Breakfast had a good selection but regularly ran out of orange juice, last day had no meat on the hot buffet

Very decent hotel at a good price. All the amenities you need. The shower is a bit tricky to use but once you know it’s fine. Only drawback is the location is opposite industrial warehouses and at night the bin trucks come and the noise isn’t ideal. But overall it’s fine. Maybe it was that I was very hungry but the breakfast spread is superb. Everything you could want (fruit, yogurt, eggs, meats, breads, cheese, cereal, juices). Really practical hotel at a good price.
