Pool out if service. Ice machine in our floor out of service. Dryer out of service. 3rd floor smells like mold. 3 days no lean towels or trash pick up after we asked several times. Were told they only service room once you leave.

Pool out of service. Dead tree across sidewalk. Horrible smell in the room. Husband says smells like wet dog. Smells like carpet has been wet and possible mold beneath carpet. Carpet was dry while here. Flowerbeds were very overgrown. On the plus side,…. Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. I was really disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for the weekend. A lot of families truly enjoy that particular amenity and since it wasn’t available I was very disappointed.

The Hampton hotel is in a convenient location, the breakfast area is pleasant and the food was good. The air conditioner was cold, and the shower water was hot. The only disappointment was the swimming pool was closed.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Room was very clean, comfy bed and perfect location. Loved being close to the marina, we were visiting my brother who lives on his boat. Dog friendly but $75 nonrefundable fee. (A little steep) next time we will leave the doggie at home.

There are no dressers or drawers of any kind. Tv didnt work amd ac didnt bllow cold. No mictowave. Bed was comfotable. Breakfast terrible. Staff nice but wont e returning .

Good condition of the room. Bathroom sliding door is little complicated and shower is very poor. Enough towels, high quality bed liners and very good breakfast. Pool was under construction.

This is a great hotel. Overall a great stay so I don't want my next comments to deter anyone, but the walls and floors are thin, so very noisy. TV did not work, but the management was very accommodating. They offered us to change rooms but it was 10:30 at night so we just watched TV on our phones. Even with a couple of hiccups, I is recommended.

Rooms are great, incredibly spacious and clean, check in is fabulous and easy. Love the ability to just use bluetooth for the key. Water pressure sucks though and being shorter, trying to adjust the shower head was incredibly difficult for me, and didnt help the water pressure issue. Other than that, great place!!

We booked our rooms on hotels.com months in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk charged us again for the rooms. We tried to explain that we had already paid and showed them the receipt he said he would credit my card but did not!! We also asked for late check out on both rooms. The girl at the desk said she would take care of it. The next Moring, we received a phone call telling us to get out and that they had no record of the request. We have stayed at this hotel many times, but I am not sure we will stay again. We come down and serve at a mission every year we thought we would stay an extra night and relax but that did not happen...

Check in was difficult. As a Hilton Honors member, I had already checked in via the app and should have only had to show my ID to the front desk to activate my keyless entry. However, the guy at the desk would not check me in because he was helping another customer (who was on her cell phone talking to someone so he wasn't actually doing anything) for 15 minutes or so. That kind of defeats the purpose of pre-check in and keyless entry if you can't get your keys because the desk won't help 2 people at one time. He told me I could have a seat and wait while he stood there doing nothing. All he had to do was look at my drivers license and I could've been on my way to my room.

Very nice hotel but Aida was not a very nice person to be at front desk! Her attitude needs so much work and showing guest the proper care! First impression is EVERYTHING & she definitely did not pass that part.

The property was clean and good location. Our room had a horrible view, we arrived around ,4pm. I went to the front desk and asked if qe could move, was told they we fullly booked. I know all the people had not arrived, you wiukd think she could have changed the room. I don't think she cared to help me I was very disappointed

I had booked a King Room and even received a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they did not have any more rooms available and I had to find another hotel to stay at. We always stay at a Hamton Inn when there is one in the area where I will be staying. Very disappointed.

The property is well maintained and very clean. I was checked into a room which I used just before I had to go out with my family. When I got back tired and in need of a shower, my key card didn't work and someone else was in my room. I had to go to service desk and complain only to find out I was checked into the wrong room. I thank God I did not leave any of my personal items in there before I left. This is the worst service I have ever gotten.

Terrible experience. I booked and paid for Double Queen Room on June 22nd. Checking in July 20, 2023 and checking out July 22, 2023. We had a late check in, but the phone systems are not set up to ring to the front desk. Upon arrival, our paid room had been sold to another guest. Amin and Paisley were working the front desk. Amin called the hotel owner Alishan Premani, who laughed at us and said "theres nothing he can do except give us 2 King Rooms free of charge." That did not work for me, as I am a family of 4 with small twins. They refused to give me a refund and only gave a print out stating I wouldn't be charged further. So i had to dispute the charge with my bank. We ended up having to drive 25 minutes away at 1:00 AM to get another hotel room, in which we had to pay an additional $400. Amin and Paisley were also giving out other guest information to a drunk man who called and was asking about a woman staying there. Major safety violation. Worst check in experience ever. Do not recommend at all. You are also not safe staying here.

My husband and I came to Kemah,TX to celebrate our 14 year wedding anniversary. Hampton Inn Houston Nasa-Johnson Space Center had the most warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very beautiful and clean. The location of this hotel allows easy access to the Interstate and many different restaurants and stores.
