I was very impressed with everything, it was perfect for what I wanted and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were great, the room was well fitted and clean. I really liked the gym and breakfast - the oatmeal and supply of apples throughout the day were stand-out features for me.

Was a decently good hotel. A little outdated but definitely not important. Only complaint I have would be I wish we were told that the pool would be unavailable at random times when we arrived. one moment it’s open, then the next it’s closed. With kids on the trip, the pool being closed was unfortunate. Other than that, the breakfast is really good and it’s a good, quiet hotel that’s only minutes away from a lot of restaurants and activities.

Hare Kṛṣṇa! The Hotel itself is maintained and "clean"- couches with white spots need to be cleaned to give an overall feel of sanitary surroundings, stuffy, pee smelling rooms let you know they allowed pets, or need to clean the rugs .. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. Check in was easy and the Continental breakfast appreciated. They will open the pool/hot tub deck upon request during cold weather , which is a nice option.

Very spacious lobby and dining area. Breakfast buffet was very extensive, with pretty much any normal breakfast item you could want. Better than average coffee service/selection available 24hrs. Room was very large but sparsely decorated. Nothing really walkable to nearby.

Horrible hotel. 1/2 of the lights in parking lot where out. Our smoke detector started going off in the room at 3 am and then I called front desk they said maintenance man would be in at 8 am. At 10:00 still no one came to repair it. Left and came back later that afternoon and no beeping seemed to be Fixe then 30 mins I. The room it started again. Called front desk was given a new room but down graded and still have seen any type of compensation for it. This hotel needs repairs. Don’t waste your money.

It was a disaster! The people above us was stomping on the floor and making a lot of noise. I called the front desk twice and then they started playing on the phone. The electricity in the room was messed up causing the lamps not to work. The room was not up to par curtain was fallen, wall sockets was hanging, bathroom was filthy, it was just to much and I will never stay there again!!!!

Cleanliness standards need to be addressed. You could see the dust lines on the fixtures plus the lamp shades had a lot of dust hanging on them. The commode would not flush. The front desk clerk didn’t speak until I spoke to her. She was friendly after that.

The bed skirt had dried pepperoni stick to it, there were dead bugs in the floor, the comforter had yellow stains on it, and the room smelled of mildew. I look at multiple different rooms to change rooms and each had other issues such as mold on the bed skirt and dirty comforters.

This facility is long due for an overhaul. Cracked tile throughout in elevator and room. Cleanliness in room terrible. Bathroom tile hasn’t had a good cleaning in forever. You’re one step above a motel at this location. Not what a Hilton property should be aspiring too. 🤔

The one girl I interacted with was nice and helpful, checked us in fast. Then from midnight to 1:00 am we heard stomping, running, furniture falling so we finally called. She said she would call the room. Maybe she couldn’t leave the desk? Maybe it was only her working? Fine it’s whatever but we barely slept and it didn’t get quiet until after 2 am. So all I got was to shower and got some sausage. But no sleep! I’m tired!

Air conditioner was pretty loud, floor creaked quite a bit, and the tv remote didn’t work. Front desk called for maintenance but maintenance worker wasn’t there so nothing was done to fix the tv problem. Also wasn’t told they couldn’t get in contact with maintenance until we were leaving for the evening an hour after reporting the problem.

We had issues with our tv and romote. Staff was rude after my 3rd time requesting help with the remote for the tv because it wasn't working. Staff finally stopped blaming me and tried it their-self. Didn't work, then they replaced it. They were rude before that and .ade me feel uncomfortable. Never will i stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Upon checking in the lady who checked me in was rude. She was nice to the people in front of me. Don't know if it was because she knew them or because of nationality. There was NO soap in the shower to take a shower. Thank goodness I brought my own. There was hair in the tub and one of the beds was broke. Everytime you moved it would make a creaking noise. Beds were not comfortable to sleep in. Upon checking out the lady was nice. All in all not sure if I would stay there again.

Easy to find the location. Quiet stay and little extras that most hotels do not have such as large bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom if you did not bring your own. .

I thought the hotel and space would be nicer. Instead it was not very clean, the king suite didn't have any paper towels for the kitchenette nor a trash can. The outside was very very noisy - it's too close to the interstate and surrounding area is not very safe. Staff were not very professional or helpful, just really disappointed in our stay there

Myself, my husband and our five children came to Baton Rouge for an end of summer getaway. The Hampton Inn was absolutely wonderful for our overnight stay. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean and breakfast was awesome!!

Our family stayed here while attending a funeral. We did not get to experience any of the amenities except the breakfast which was very good. The room was very large, the beds comfortable and we have no complaints.
