For starters the elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, there was no AC in the stairways or the hallways of the 2nd floor. The room we originally got assigned to smelt terribly of cigarette smell, it was awful and the AC was turned off so the immediate smell was terrible for my asthmatic daughter. The staff on duty did an amazing job at moving us to a different room right away. The room had issues cooling at times, the bathroom seemed to be needing alot of maintenance with plumbing. Overall the hotel was old, needs a lot of maintenance and safety issues!!!!

Everything was ok except the elevator was out of service. Looks like he was out and then was working and than out again. Ice machine on the 4th floor was out of service as well. Walking up and down 4 floor for ice was not a lot of fun.

Wasn’t able to check in till 4 due to system down once we got our room it smelled horrible and the toilet was backed up. The room smelled so bad. That gave us another room was better. Left about our day then came back to find out there was no parking at all for about 20 vehicles that had rooms. Then through out night 6 vehicles were broken into and they were told that the camera system was not working. So over all it was not a great experience

Room was clean but carpet was wet. The closer you would walk to where the air unit was the floor was more wet and felt lumpy. Overall staff was great. Didn’t like that pool closes at 10pm in a weekend. No lighting at the pool site.

Stayed in 119. Room smelled bad… like a nursing home. We sprayed lots of sprays in the room and nothing help. Mold/mildew is present on the curtains. Water damage on the wall next to the ac and the wall is soft. Room felt moist. Tried to use the workout room, but the treadmill was broken. I did use the elliptical, however it’s on the verge of breaking and was grinding when in use. The room gave me bad allergies the first night. We went to six flags and game back to the room around 5pm.. no one serviced the room. I guess they don’t provide new towels or make the bed?? When we came back I tried to nap, but my head started clogging up and I did not want to stay another night. We ended up leaving and staying 1 night instead of 2. Never had a comfort suites so run down. Staff was nice and I didn’t address any of these issues, which I should have.

Friendly staff from front desk to cleaning. We checked in at 4pm, an hour after check in, and the room they put us in was still being cleaned. They then put us in a room 10 rooms down. Thankfully the same floor since we had a baggage cart with two little boys. No shower curtain so a man came and put one in after 9pm that night. Outdoor pool which was nice for the boys. A little run down but super affordable price so not surprised.

It was amazing but the pool needs some mayjor cleaning & the blankets on the bed made me itch like crazy the elevator needs some mayjor work it rattles & shakes i dad like the zero notice about having to move rooms the day before our check out breakfast was ok the eggs weren't the greatest the sausage was both under & over cooked with there was bacon & hash browns

Breakfast was great, hotel was clean. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was concreted in. (They don’t “say” a hot tub as an amenity but it is clearly visible in a picture. Staff was nice. We had several issues with our room keys. We had to go down to the desk 4 or 5 times to get cards reactivated.

BEWARE!!! This place is in terrible condition and It’s very dirty. Our truck got broken into at night and a lot was stolen. The police said they are called to that hotel often for breaking into cars. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Trust me.

Terrible hotel. Room was very disgusting- bedding was dirty and had hair on the pillows and sheets, black mold in the refrigerator that didn’t even work, black mold on the AC vent, carpet was not vacuumed, sticky substance on the night stand and one of the foot stools, hair on the bathroom floor, tub was not clean and was corroding, housekeeping disregarded our Do Not Disturb sign in the morning and tried to get the latch open after unlocking the door and trying to get into our room. I was in the shower at the time and my child saw her trying to get the latch off using a room key card. The hallways are filthy, the tiles broken, and the coffee machine did not work. We changed our own bedding and went to the store for Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. I will never stay here again and do not recommend.

From the lobby all the way to you room, it all seems dirty. The couches have stains on them, the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned and the duvet and shower curtain has stains on it. I know it’s a “cheap” hotel but I expect cleanliness at the very least.

The room was dirty, the lock inside was broken, I asked to repair it, they only said yes, I asked them to clean the room, especially the entire bathroom floor, they didn't do it, they didn't clean the bathroom, they didn't take the garbage, no They made the beds, only one day they changed towels and took out trash and that's because I asked for it, I won't return to any of this chain

The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent, the 4 slice toaster only had one slice section working but other than that it was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were so uncomfortable. Every time you move they were so loud and squeaky, and I woke up both mornings with my back hurting. They just weren't comfortable. Our door lock latch was broken too, but that wasn't that big of a deal since the main lock worked. Other than those two things, it was ok for the inexpensive price.

The price was right! We got the room for less than $100. The building temperature was muggy & upon entering our room a musty & mold like smell hit us. The bathroom had cracks along the floor boards, the curtain to the window was ripped, & the AC didn't seem to do a good job of cooling the room. Yet & still, this is not the worst place I've stayed at. You get what you pay for! I needed to save money on this trip so it was worth it.

The hotel room was clean but old. The bathtub was stained in the feet area and frankly it was not inviting. The bed was lumpy and noisy and the pillows as well. All in all, we will not stay there again.

The bathroom looked like it had been painted. There was paint on the floor and sink that was not cleaned up, the sink area was dirty. The beds were very old when you lay down or got up the bed springs made very loud noises and you could feel the bed springs in your back. If someone moved in bed it would wake you up. The shower had no water pressure at all and there was no hot water.

Property was ok and so was location. However the staff and management were rude and straight up liars. They told me they had a new policy for taking deposits that was hand written on a torn out piece of paper. They I had to pay cash out I couldn’t stay there nor would they refund my stay because o didn’t have cash to pay deposit. Then when I called Expedia they told the rep that I refused to pay deposit even though I gave the lady my id and credit card. They also had a sign stating they ONLY took credit cards for deposits per state law. I will not stay at another Comfort in and suites because of this and I travel a ton.

Overall our experience was awful. When we got to our room, the card reader wasn’t working. Took 2 attempts with the staff to figure out the lock wasn’t working. Inside the bathroom painted was worn & pealing. The ice machines weren’t working except on the 4th floor. At breakfast the coffee machine wasn’t working either. While walking through the lobby I overheard a conversation from a guest who was checking out and he wasn’t pleased. Said it took him 4 rooms before he could get settled in. Issues include no heat/hot water. Housekeeping was not present. The same trash in the hallways & elevator was there the next couple of days. Outside there were bags of personal trash, cans, & beer bottles. If you need a roof overhead this place will work, otherwise I would definitely recommend you keep looking.

Property was pretty clean and breakfast was decent. The staff seemed irritated and the ac didn’t work well at all. One of the cleaning staff kept screaming about vulgar sexual things while she was on speaker phone. It was loud enough for us to tell our teens to ignore it and keep walking.

Upon check in the young man attempted to charge me 2 security deposits. My room was not ready, the room I was given smelled like mildew. The carpet was soaked from the AC unit. We requested attempted to call the front desk only to find out the hotel staff had quit. Lobby full of guest waiting over an hour to check in. Phone was ringing off the hook. We stayed in the room came down to get breakfast the next morning and the bread and pastries were stale. I should had payed the extra 20 and stayed at the Aloft up the street.

Front desk employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. I reserved two rooms for two nights for a quick family trip. I walked in with my service animal. She commented that the hotel was not pet friendly and I had not noted that I was bringing a pet. I answered that a service animal is not a pet. She answered "a dog is a pet but for this time I will make a one time exception and allow you to stay provided that the dog is never left alone in the room." She also stated that there will be a pet fee of $50dlls. Again I replied that it was not a pet and service animals are not charged a fee. She continued to make a notation on the bottom of the pet agreement saying that pet was not disclosed in reservation. I replied that I needed a copy of this because she was in violation to ADA Federal Regulations. A service animal is not a pet they assist people with a disability. She then asked what my disability was. Yet another violation. I asked for her name and she refused, she then answered with I can cancel your reservation and you can go to a pet friendly hotel. At the end, she waived the fee and charged a pet deposit instead. I guess she felt like she was doing me a favor. Very rude and sad to think she is chosen to train new employees, she needs to either stop her career in customer service or she needs additional training in ADA regulations. This upsets me because there are people who depend on their service animals for life threatening conditions just to come across this.

My room was a king bed with a small couch with a pull out bed. First thing walking into the room, the room had a slight smell to it. Bed was ok, not really comfy. The restroom had paint chipping off around the tub area. The breakfast was decent. Nice hotel staff, very professional. Location of the hotel was the best part. You are minutes away from different restaurants and six flags. Was easy to go and come back from different places. It was great not having to drive the expressway all the time when things were so close. The hotel itself is in a good part of the city, not alot of noise.

Staff were great and kind. We were checked in a bit early since we were just sitting outside waiting. Elevator wasnt working so they gave us a first floor room which was great cause husband smokes. Room had stains on the floors but was overall ok. Shower water pressure sucked but was hot. Bed was super comfy i slept great. Tv was going out had a blue hue to it that we couldnt get rid of, as long as we didnt watch black and white its ok. Ice machines were broken other the the one on the 4th floor (elevator broken). Breakfast was horrible but we didnt book for that. For the price my husband and I still loved our stay we saved money with the price and could splurge elsewhere. It was quiet, close to eveything we were going to do, and bed was comfy.

The check-in and room were good. The water was warm and the shower nozzle had good pressure. The breakfast wasn't so much good. As it didn't have bacon or sausage, when we came down to eat. The eggs seemed watery. So we ended up going out to eat breakfast.

When I just stay a short time, all I'm looking for is a clean room in good working order, and a good breakfast. I was disappointed with both. The keys kept losing their room access, in fact, almost every time we left, so we kept having to recharge the keys. It was very common for the staff, and people would be lined up. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were so bad, I just tossed them after a couple of bites; I've never done that at a hotel before, and there were few options. The downstairs ice machine constantly leaked and wettened the nearby floors. Not sure I would stay there again.

Well the TV was stuck with the narrator on amd the front desk could not do anything to fix it, the coffee was cold in the morning amd the sausages were cold. They also kept running out of milk during breakfast
