Bom Hotel, bem localizado, quarto pequeno, café da manhã simples mas saboroso, banheiro bom. O ponto negativo é a garagem do Hotel. Extremamente apertada, com acesso por elevador, acabei arranhando ligeiramente o carro pois a área de manobra era muito ruim e escura. Os atendentes deviam avisar com antecedência.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Leider war der Parkplatz eine Tiefgarage, wohin man mit einerm Lastenaufzug hätte runterfahren sollen. Es war sehr schwierig da reinzukommen, weil der Eingang zum Ausflug sehr eng und verwinkelt war. Man konnte mit einem kleinen Auto sicher reinfahren, aber ich habe es mit meinem Citroën nicht geschafft. Es hat im Zimmer noch eine kleine Garderobe gefehlt, aber sonst war es sehr großzügig vom Platz her. Schönes großes Bad mit Badewanne, Bidet... Das Frühstück wunderbar, die Auswahl sehr groß, es gab sogar Soja- und laktosefreie Milch

Hotel was clean and good quality. Breakfast was fine, but no restaurant. It was about a 15 min walk into the old town, so a fairly good situation, and a short walk to train and bus stations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Short walk to historical center and waterfront. Nice rooms, well maintained, friendly staff. Metro stop across close by. If driving, easy to locate, front area drop off, parking very close by with discount from the hotel.

Would be better if there was an indoor restaurant for lunch and dinner. Also, a Bar Facility. Hotel needs to be clearly sign posted as name is not easily visible from the pavement or road.

We had a warm welcome and the hotel were able to organise parking nearby at a discounted rate. Lovely room (albeit given a twin room rather than a double) with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Views to the front overlooking the river. We had the buffet breakfast in the morning which was extensive cooked and continental style, although some of the foods were a little disappointing. All in all a perfect stay very close to the old town of Malaga and easy walking distance to most local attractions and museums.

Can't fault the property. Room allocated was exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. Rooms serviced daily without issue. I don't think the hotel was ever full during my stay, but certainly no issues with hot water, it was always plentiful and immediately available when running the taps. All staff were friendly and helpful if required. Breakfast offering the same every day but that is typical of most hotels now, offering a consistent offering convenient for returning, usually business guests. Plenty of variety and quality good without being spectacular. Hotel is located right next to a train station making it easy to get to/from the airport. The same train also takes you to the resorts down the coast. Fares are very reasonable. Trains operate every 20 minutes. Easy walk to the old town or down to the main station where the open top bus can be picked up. Heard very little internal noise. Only real external noise were the bin men coming during the night, which is common in Spain and can't be helped. Windows did offer good sound proofing from general traffic and street noise. I also liked that the windows opened to let fresh air in. So many hotels now have sealed windows. I would definitely return to this hotel if going back to Malaga assuming the price was similar.

From booking, check in and departure everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and hotel spotlessly clean. We had breakfast and the selection suited us well. There was fruit, yogurt and cereals and plenty of hot food. My only complaint is that , in a country with loads of oranges, why did we have a poor quality orange drink! The hotel is right next to Malaga Centro station and we arrived there by train from Benalmadena (approx 3€ each). The journey took about 30 mins. We used this train station a few days later to travel to Malaga airport.. 10 mins. The location was quiet but only took 10 mins to walk to the main areas in Malaga.

We really love the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to everything. We took the train in and took the bus out and we were able to walk to both with our suitcases. The staff were nice and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Malaga!!!

Hotel in a good location, staff friendly and cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Our room felt dark, and underwhelming. The shower temperature was unsafe, it went from normal to red hot in a moment. Very unsafe for elderly and children.

Good hotel close to everything. Very walkable. Good public transport close. Rooms are spacious comfortable and well equipped with hairdryer kettle and tea/coffee, fridge and soap dispenser for sink and shower plus various usual bits in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Luggage storage. Did not try breakfast but would recommend the hotel.

Good location right by central train station. Quiet. Rooms comfortable with good bathroom. We did not get a city view room as booked but one overlooking back courtyard with frosted glass. WiFi not up to watching TV on laptop. Room TV did not have channels advertised.

The breakfast was pretty poor, the juices were terrible and the pastries were soggy. The hotel was clean and nice, the room was big enough. While taking a shower the water would come scalding hot for a couple of seconds and then return to normal.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but noisy. I was not the only guest who asked to change rooms while I was there. The road noise in room 301 made it very difficult to sleep. I was moved to a much quieter room on the fifth floor which did not overlook the road but the air-conditioner in that room was so loud I had to use earplugs to sleep. The hotel is very close to the direct train to the airport which was great and a nice flat walk to the marina and city centre. The breakfast was okay but room temperature yoghurt and overly sweet fruit drink instead of real fruit juice were disappointing.

The staff at Guadalmedina were courteous and helpful, speaking good English when explaining about car parking. The hotel's location is good and the recommendation of the restaurant Tasca Laska only two minutes away was perfect for our late arrival.

We were initially disappointed that we had to use a public car park instead of the hotel one (17 euros). Also, our room wasn’t ready. However within 20 minutes we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful; really spacious and the bathroom had both a bath and separate walk-in shower. The staff on reception were excellent and gave us really good restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a really good range of food, something for everyone and a plate of gluten free items was produced for my coeliac husband. The area is very safe and walking distance to everywhere in Malaga centre. Highly recommended.

Läget är kanon, tåget från flygplatsen stannar utanför. Nära till flera shoppingcentrum o citykärnan inom 10 min. Stort bra hotellrum, väldigt rent. Mycket bra sängar. Stort badrum. Frukosten är väldigt bra. Personalen mycket trevlig o h hjälpsam.

Staff were lovely and always helpful. The night desk staff even produced ice when I had fallen and hit my cheek. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Air con was a bit noisy but I got used to it. Great location for train and metro. Only 10 minute walk to the old city.

Hotel Guadalmedina was a great base for our brief 2 day stop in Málaga — the location couldn’t have been much better, just a short stroll from both the beautiful old town and the marina. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. While the hotel itself feels a bit dated in style, it was spotlessly clean, and the comfort level / location made up for the aesthetics. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, and the staff were friendly and most helpful, especially in booking a taxi for us to the airport on departure (thank you). All in all, a good stay and in a prime location.

Hotel Guadalmedina is ideally located around the corner from the Centro train station so an easy 4 stops from the airport for only a few euros. It is located close to the old town of Malaga, an easy 10-15 min stroll to the marina and lots of fantastic restaurants and shops. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the rooms are modern and have everything you need. All the staff are very warm, friendly and happy to help and give directions. The breakfast selection is excellent and the waitress is so friendly and welcoming each morning. Lovely hotel and really will go back again. This is our second visit and it was just as good as the first visit.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. The breakfast is fantastic with a great selection of food items including freshly cooked items. Location is excellent with the Centro station just around the corner making the journey from the airport so simple. The old town of Malaga is an easy 5-10 minute stroll and the beautiful harbour is only slightly further. Love staying here and can’t wait to return.

For a short stay in Malaga this hotel is perfect, located right by the railway station that trains arrive and depart from the airport. Large room with very comfy bed and pillows. Good variety at breakfast only niggle was that the hot selection was not hot and the plates to put the hot food on were freezing cold.

This is truly a wonderful place to stay for all the conveniences. it’s close to every touristic places in Malaga and the train and bus stations are within close walking distance. The staff is amazingly helpful and the buffet breakfast has a variety of options for all dietary needs. You will truly appreciate staying at this hotel.
