Restaurant was fully booked on arrival, so we were told by the front desk they could book a taxi to take us to the marina which was 15 minutes away which has plenty of restaurants failed to mentioned the taxi would be €180 return, so be careful. The Sauna is a 2 person affair with a queue to use it. Room was average, shower screen leaking which formed a big pool on the floor, shower head partially blocked squirting water in all directions and the makeup/shaving mirror flopped around always facing the floor, so you had to hold with one hand. Arriving after 9.00am for breakfast meant missing out on some of the offerings as some were not replenished and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were out of order, not so good when 30 people are wanting coffee at the same time.

Chambre spacieuse et décoration très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé avec une belle vue sur l'océan. La piscine extérieure est vraiment petite (4 à 5 m de large au maximum). Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix (27EUR par personne). Nous avons essayé le restaurant et la qualité était au rendez vous. Pour les services il est vraiment dommage de facturer la location de vélos à des tarifs 50% supérieur (19EUR pour un vélo simple par journée) au tarifs des vendeurs du village situé à 500m. L'impression générale est donc la suivante: Très bel hôtel mais malheureusement l'impression de passer pour des pigeons. Ce qui ne fera pas de nous des clients fidèles à cet établissement.

This is a beautiful, very quiet spot. Pricey on the food etc but you never have to leave if you don’t want to. Book your massage ahead of time-they are full. But great pool/sauna etc. you can watch the tide come in and out and the staff are very helpful, friendly and happy to help with my lousy French.

Family holiday and enjoyed location with good cycle routes. Room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool ok size but can see why some reviews say not big enough and can be difficult to get a seat if arriving later in day. Staff super friendly and breakfast great choice. Only real negative is we hired out bikes 4-5 times and every time there was an issue - locks not working, child seat missing, chain had come off and would recommend they are checked more regularly.

Le lieu est magnifique mais les prestations ne sont pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. L'espace Thalasso est petit, insuffisamment equipé, très fréquenté et peu reposant. Le rapport qualité prix est insatisfaisant.

Bel hôtel. Belle chambre.Beau restaurant Endroit reposant.Un manque peut être de chaises longues avec parasols alors que le très grand jardin le permet . Dommage également que le rooftop amenagé ferme a 19h alors que c est un joli espace avec une superbe vue. On a pas compris.

The whole place was very tired and scruffy, the communal areas smelt of body odour especially the corridors. Their was no usable beach as it’s all rocks and the pool area was too small for the number of guests, we couldn’t get a lounger. We stayed in the suite and it was tatty, stains on the furniture and walls. It was a lot of money but really wasn’t worth it.

Juste un petit bémol, nous étions au rdc et les gens du dessus piétiner le soir et le matin,comme d'habitude manque de respect, bien sûr l'établissement n'y est pour rien, la prochaine fois on demandera à l'étage, sinon parfait

Hotel très bien situé en bords de plage. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Staff très aimable. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant lui-même, mais la restauration au bar est très pratique et parfaite pour un diner "snacking". En revanche, déception pour le rapport qualité-prix du petit-déjeuner qui ne vaut pas 26€ à mon avis. La piscine de la thalasso est correcte mais un peu petite pour un WE d'affluence (et de pluie!). Un très bon hotel quand même pour profiter de l'Ile de Ré.

Séjour en amoureux sans nos enfants. Accueil parfait Magnifique vue depuis notre chambre Les employés sont aux petits soins pour les clients Astucieux passage pour aller au centre de thalasso. Et le restaurant est très bon. Si seulement en plus ils pouvaient maitriser la météo :D

Rapport qualité prix, excellent personnel, très sympathique. Dommage qu’il y ait autant d’enfants dans une thalasso. Ça ressent plus à une piscine de camping l’été qu’un endroit de repos.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, tout le personnel est agréable et souriant. La chambre et le lieu sont superbe. Tout comme le restaurant qui est excellent ! Un moment parfait du début à la fin nous repartons pleins de bons souvenirs et avec l’envie de revenir ! Merci

Surprise pour le brunch ou nois avons ete considéré comme des patients d'un hopital car nous avions osé ne pas réservé, merci a la dame qui nous a si bien reçu, car nous avons pu decouvrir un établissement beaucoup plus accueillant et sympathique pour déjeuner, une formatipn accueil et comportement lui serait peut etre utile, domage pour un établissement de ce standing qui laisse une expérience negative alors que l'établissement est bien, domage....

Every member staff were super welcoming and helpful, especially Bastian who happily sorted our transfers for us. The facilities were excellent and the general environment displayed at the hotel was incredibly relaxing, exactly what my wife and I were after. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and stay again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, tout le personnel est agréable et souriant. La chambre, le lieu était superbe. Tout comme le restaurant qui est excellent ! Un moment parfait du début à la fin nous repartons pleins de bons souvenirs et avec l’envie de revenir ! Merci

Tres bon accueil mais service tres tres lent! On demande de reserver le restaurant et ils mettent 1h a servir le plat principal et apres annonce que cest trop tard pour avoir des dessert . Scandaleux. Seche cheveu en panne et ils ont mis 1h pour en emmener un autre.... ne va pas avec le standing de l'hôtel

Chambre spacieuse et décoration très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé avec une belle vue sur l'océan. La piscine extérieure est vraiment petite (4 à 5 m de large au maximum). Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix (27EUR par personne). Nous avons essayé le restaurant et la qualité était au rendez vous. Pour les services il est vraiment dommage de facturer la location de vélos à des tarifs 50% supérieur (19EUR pour un vélo simple par journée) au tarifs des vendeurs du village situé à 500m. L'impression générale est donc la suivante: Très bel hôtel mais malheureusement l'impression de passer pour des pigeons. Ce qui ne fera pas de nous des clients fidèles à cet établissement.

This is a beautiful, very quiet spot. Pricey on the food etc but you never have to leave if you don’t want to. Book your massage ahead of time-they are full. But great pool/sauna etc. you can watch the tide come in and out and the staff are very helpful, friendly and happy to help with my lousy French.

Family holiday and enjoyed location with good cycle routes. Room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool ok size but can see why some reviews say not big enough and can be difficult to get a seat if arriving later in day. Staff super friendly and breakfast great choice. Only real negative is we hired out bikes 4-5 times and every time there was an issue - locks not working, child seat missing, chain had come off and would recommend they are checked more regularly.

Restaurant was fully booked on arrival, so we were told by the front desk they could book a taxi to take us to the marina which was 15 minutes away which has plenty of restaurants failed to mentioned the taxi would be €180 return, so be careful. The Sauna is a 2 person affair with a queue to use it. Room was average, shower screen leaking which formed a big pool on the floor, shower head partially blocked squirting water in all directions and the makeup/shaving mirror flopped around always facing the floor, so you had to hold with one hand. Arriving after 9.00am for breakfast meant missing out on some of the offerings as some were not replenished and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were out of order, not so good when 30 people are wanting coffee at the same time.

Le site est très agréable, mais nous avons trouvé que les installation de la thalasso n'était pas au niveau du site, et également du tarif. L’hôtel semble trop s'appuyer sur le site extérieur magnifique, et délaisse un peu trop les services proposés. Ainsi, le petit déjeuner n'est également pas au niveau du tarif de 26 euros.....

Séjour en amoureux sans nos enfants. Accueil parfait Magnifique vue depuis notre chambre Les employés sont aux petits soins pour les clients Astucieux passage pour aller au centre de thalasso. Et le restaurant est très bon. Si seulement en plus ils pouvaient maitriser la météo :D

Location is excellent with a great view of the sea but no beach on that part of the coast. Nice walking distance to the village where there are a few shops and restaurant and a small market. The village itself is very picturesque with lots of narrow streets and flowers everywhere. Otherwise the hotel restaurant is nice, limited choice but nicely executed. Breakfast was disappointing given the cost but ok. Room was nice but bed too hard for my taste. Spa facilities looked nice but I didn't try anything. Good point was electric cars charging points which were free.

Nice hotel, breakfast was really good. No actual beach and very remote. Pool was quite crowded especially as no beach. Late check in was annoying and the dogs and children were hot sat around waiting when it was 37 degrees outside. Staff were okay but not as helpful as you’d expect for the price.
