The only complaint I have is the hotel seemed close to completely booked up and 2 of the 3 elevators were down making it very long waits to get up and down. When we checked in 2 we're working but the next morning only one was. All the other things the hotel had to offer were amazing, we got drinks at the bar, swam and ate breakfast. Will probably book there again

$16.47 is what you pay for parking one night. Was not mentioned when booking on this site. Which is ridiculous to pay for a total of 13 hours. Overall the hotel was not bad. The only thing in the room was after taking a shower and stepping on carpet barefoot it felt nasty. We didn't stay long to eat breakfast.

Purchasing through hotels. They gave a total including fees and taxes price. But they charge $14/day for parking in their own property. Both embassy suites and hotels.com were unwilling to rectify this issue as it wasn’t made readily apparent that this fee existed. They hid it within a group of other fees that you had to read the policy to get. I feel this is shady practices as 1) it stated taxes and fees were including in the price, 2) paying for parking is not common at most hotels, 3) it was parking on their own lot, and 4) parking is something most would need and should therefore be told about clearly with the quoted price. I would not have gotten a room at this place had I known this in advance. I will not be staying there in the future and I’m still on the fence whether I will use hotels.com in the future

Had to wait 20 minutes for a luggage cart. Pool was not open, had to walk a ways to adjacent hotel. Breakfast was cold. Extremely long wait for eggs, omelette and bacon. Not a good experience at all. And toilet overflowed.

The property is nice but certainly not what it used to be. AC had a hard time keeping up, especially in the lobby. The breakfast options are nice and the pool was enjoyable but both could use some refreshing. The staff were very nice and professional. Paying for parking is hard to justify since you get nothing for the money(not gated, no security, etc). We might be back but will be more tempted to try somewhere else next time.

The room was okay, good side- needed modernisation however. Room service was bad, there was a half eaten do none behind the bedroom door that sat there for the duration of the stay, coffee was never topped up after the first use. Breakfast was the worst I have had in a hotel, and I’m 45 years of age, the lack of variety and fresh food was disappointing, as was the low grade omelette bar. The whole thing needs a refurb, the decor has been left in the 90s, the grade of food needs bringing out of the 80’s to cater for healthier people with more variety. We spend £800 for 1 room for 3 nights and we would not stay there again.

The hotel is outdated; just walking into the lobby area when we arrived around midnight, exhausted and ready to sleep in a clean hotel room. The room was even worse than the musty lobby, it had dust on surfaces that was half an inch thick, the room smelled like a boys locker room after a very long hot day after they took their shoes off. The maintenance guy came in and sprayed the room ( he was very nice), but afterward, the room smelled like a hot shoe with a hint of cucumber. We decided after inspecting the rest of the room with questionable stains in random spots all over the bedroom, more stains on the "living room" area furniture, there were still crumbs on one of the tables from the previous guests which very much confirmed this room was far from being cleaned properly after the last guests so we asked to cancel our stay after luckily finding availability at Tru by Hilton and left around 1:15 am to now haul our stuff to a different hotel. After a 7-hour drive and only being in town for a 2-day stay for a graduation, it was the last thing anyone would want or have any energy left to do at 1 in the morning being completely exhausted, but this was necessary as there was no way we were laying on those beds or using that bathroom. This hotel needs major, major updates. The tule curtains, the musty carpets, the artwork from 1982, and the wall and furniture colors would be enough to make you run. Add the dirty shoe smell and crumbs and dirt from previous guests. We were OUT.

The hotel itself seemed dated. The carpets needed vacuumed in the hallway as there were bits of trash scattered and crumbs from something smashed. The living room’s carpet was sticky and had a medium sticky spot in front of the couch that cleaned up with baby wipes. The floor of the bathroom was also sticky and had not been cleaned as there was hair still around the perimeter. I find that gross and not clean.

I was not pleased with the condition of the hotel and my stay. The hotel did not feel or look clean. The hotel is seriously outdated and dingy. There is no way that my room should have cost more than $200/night. If Hilton is going to slap its name on hotels, those hotels should live up to the Hilton brand. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and all in all we enjoyed our stay. The shower was terrible..it was dark and the shower head was way too high and no way to change the water. Overall the colors and decor seemed outdated and aged.

Last minute booking, check-in lady was super sweet and understanding. Whole property was clean and smelt clean. Suite was spacious and clean. A little outdated but you can’t beat the price. Breakfast was great, the lady making the omelettes was a rockstar! Overall very happy with our stay.

Room furniture need to be replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced immediately.. no excuse for that old dirty, torn,and stained filled carpet in the room. Also I reserved a king suite and when I arrived was given a queen. Not happy about that.

Easy check-in and easy parking. The breakfast made-to-order omelet station was fantastic and a real benefit as an included amenity. The pool is great for kids (which we traveled with) it only goes to 5 feet. The rooms need some updates in general, they're a bit outdated and showing wear and tear. The beds are not comfy which was a huge let down after along day out.

The customer service was excellent. The heating unit in our room was not working. The engineer was dispatched immediately. When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent.

The staff here was amazing! They continually check I. To make sure your stay is going well! The bed wasn’t that great and there was spilled stuff on the sidewalks that was gross and we kept having to walk around it. However, with so many people there, these types of things happen.

I booked for 6 people, so clearly I would be using the pull out couch. Was the bedding for that in the room anywhere, no, not at all. So we use the phone to call down to ask for it along with some extra pillows... what greets us? An automated system that takes forever to get to a person... nearly an hour later, the bedding shows up and the housekeeper shoves in our hands that, and 3 damp pillows. I hurried up to call her back, tell her these pillows are wet and ask for dry ones. She never returns. So I go downstairs to ask for pillows and am finally given some. Go up, take care of that, lay down in the actual bed, and it is the most uncomfortable bed I have maybe ever slept in..in a hotel, if not ever, than at least the past 10-years for sure. The bed is hard, clearly just springs, no pillow top, and the whole thing bobbles around anytime anyone moves in the bed. I work up several times throughout the night uncomfortable and with my back hurting. I finally gave up sleeping after 6 hours. Got up, went down to ask for a few more towels since there was only 3 in the room for the 6 people I have. I went down to ask for them so I didn't have to use the automated system, and because the system says for faster service go to the front desk. So I make my way down there only to be told that they will be brought to me. I have now been waiting over 20-minutes for towels and they are still not here! So all in all, this has been a terrible stay.

The hotel looked nice, clean restaurant area and rooms. My first impression and interaction left much to be desired! I found the front desk to be extremely rude and dismissive to all the guests. I have a hard time forgetting that treatment, and will not be returning.

Registration was a fail. Both women were rude and unprofessional. Then kids were left to run all over the hotel. We couldn’t sit at the bar to enjoy a drink after a long drive. Kids had taken bar stools to add to their tables. It was after 12:30 am that we didn’t hear them all running around. I can see Embassy Suites is not what it used to be even at $350. A night.

When I attempted to check in initially, the clerk told me that he could not accept my bank card because it didn't have my name on it. My bank account had recently been hacked and a temporary card issue to me. He would not allow me to use the temporary card and he told me to have a seat and call my bank. I had already paid for the room with the same card . My son-in-law went back with me to try to figure it out and a different registration staff was able to make it go through just fine. The initial experience was frustrating but the next person was able to take care of everything and made our say much more pleasant

This hotel was a great place to stop while passing through Nashville. The hotel atrium is huge, as well as the room sizes. The lot seemed very secure and appeared to have cameras everywhere. Plenty of food options right next door surrounding the outdoor mall. Breakfast buffet was good. Even had made to order omelets. All in all, I would easily stay here again.

Attended a conference. Hotel facilities were very good. Staff did an incredible job of serving lunch to hundreds of people in a very timely manner, and food was very good! Definitely can recommend as a conference site. Adequate room without overhearing lecture in next room. Hotesl rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Food was good. All staff members were polite and professional. Hotel has excellent breakfast. Room service food was very good and reasonably priced especially for hotel restaurant. Also offers evening beverages and snacks as courtesy. Looking forward to staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Decent hotel, a bit outdated but nice for a family stay. We stayed 3 days for a graduation in town. Pros: Comfy beds, we enjoyed the daily manager's happy hour and the breakfast was really good. Staff was also friendly and came quickly for housekeeping items. Cons: No vent in the bathroom so we extra stuffy and shower sprayed all over with some discoloration on ceiling. Also the pool was closed two full days so kids didn't get to swim which was disappointing but out their control for cleaning. We booked this hotel since it had an indoor pool so the kids could enjoy but it didnt happen. We understand that can happen but still disappointing. Overall good hotel and would stay again.

The room was amazing. It was very spacious. There was a sitting area that was useful for late night tv watching. There was a $10 parking fee that we did not expect. Also, no early check-in unless you are a Hilton Honor member. Even if you were, early check-in still might not be an option. The breakfast buffet was great- one of the best that we had ever experienced.

Hotel was very clean and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a full breakfast buffet in the mornings, and a happy hour in the evenings with complimentary drinks and snacks. The room next to us had music playing very loudly late at night, but the hotel staff took care of it immediately. We would definitely go back.
