Hotel is in a central location walkable to attractions, night market, shopping and restaurants. The top floor of the hotel has an amazing view of the city, especially at nighttime. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of several tourist spots as well as five minutes to the metro. The room was a great size. I particularly liked the size of the bathroom and its layout. The staff were helpful and used translation on their phones to answer questions. The skylounge was nice for the view while having a cocktail or afternoon tea set. There is a luckin coffee attached to the property. I used the pool a few times. The only negative was the mattress was too firm.

Excellent location, minutes walk to Linjiangmen station. walking distance to Hongyadon, Kuixing Bldg, Jiefanbei and other local street restaurants. the Executive rooms come with free afternoon tea & lounge drinks. 第一次来住Glenview酒店，印象非常不错。酒店的前台工作人员热情周到，直接为我升级了商务套房。大厅大气整洁，设施齐全且一流。主要是酒店位置非常不错，闹中取静，离解放碑走路10分钟左右的距离，不至于太吵闹也不至于太疏远。我和妈妈吃了晚饭后，散个步就到了。解放碑就位于最红火的商业街内，因此购物也十分方便！最令我印象深刻的是，在酒店内看重庆夜景十分美丽！酒店的超大落地窗让我甚至有些恐高了！哈哈～我下次来重庆还会选择Glenview酒店，并且会非常推荐给身边的朋友们来光顾～

Staying at Glenview was a pleasure. I appreciated the attentive care that the front desk provided when checking in and out. They also answered all my questions I had and communication and care were out standing especially Grace. She provided me fantastic hospitality. The bellmen provided an excellent service when it came to delivering luggage and getting taxis. Thank you and you’re welcome were said every time I spoke to an employee. Very respectful and kind. The housekeepers provided excellent care of our room and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. As well as the cleaning they did which was fantastic. They also left us a note with kind words, which was a very nice touch to make us feel welcome.

The staff is amazing! 1000% amazing. It’s just they for a grand hotel like this one the smell is off putting… like the smoking destroys the ventilation system because I’m sure it’s all interconnected some how. The room smells better when you open up the windows but cmon who wants to do that?… please just clean the vents or don’t allow smoking… or allow smoking in a designated room where it’s away from all the other people.

The room was clean. The staff were polite, always holding elevator doors & always available. The snacks downstairs were awesome. The hotel was immaculately placed as it was in the middle of everything. The water pressure, oh man the water pressure was so amazing. Happy to see a hotel with very clean rugs. For the simple room thay I had, my room was on the 30th floor & provided me with an amazing view.

Stayed for a week for a very reasonable price under $100/day including tax and fees We loved the size of the room on executive floor, Humongous two room suite with a big and deep separate bath tub outside the shower room but still inside the huge full bath in addition a guest half bath in the entry hall way.

Friendly staffs provide great help and services. 16th floor cleaning team did fantastic work leading by Ms. Apple Zhang 張苹。礼宾部小冰also helped us to bring and load several luggage. Only issue is the noise in the hotel. It needs updating noises insulation.

Best location, steps away from subway, walkable to many attractions. Breakfast was just average . Staff very helpful and polite, housekeeping crew were very hospitable too! Spacious room, good price for location and friendly housekeeper. The only downside were you cant control the aircond temperature. They told us there is no way we can have a cooler temperature in the room so they they offered a fan. Also we paid for the breakfast on the last day and the menu was so so. Not as great as what we have expected from the review.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Anna attended to us. She was all smiles, friendly and very welcoming! This was so nice especially when we just got off a flight and was exhausted. We also had a free upgrade of rooms which were a pleasant surprise and the rooms did not disappoint. It was nice, big and very clean. Made resting so much better when it was a good environment. Rooms were cleaned everyday and amenities replenished daily. Staff was friendly and helpful! Hotel was also in a super convenient place and we could walk to most places. The subway was also a short walk away! Overall was a super good stay and will return to stay here for subsequent Chongqing trips!

Check in receptionist and room cleaning lady was friendly and professional on their duties. Quick and allow early check in. Location is central to most tourist places and shopping. Near train station and easy to get taxi. Lots of delicious and local food nearby.

Very good staff, except for the desk clerks, who turned off my room key and insisted I was at the end of my 4 day stay, though it was day 3. They later realized they mixed my reservation with another room. The manager apologized and gave me free breakfast. Concierge supervisor Bert was wonderful, as were Johnny and Clare. Upgraded room was huge.

Best location with good price. Staff service is excellent. Front office staff Miki is very kind, helpful and nice. My room was upgraded to a suite. Housekeeping staff is also very polite and passionate. Having noticed our need, she took initiative to put more bottles of water daily for consumption. I will definitely book this hotel again for next visit to Chongqing.

The customer service in rgmmthis hotel is perfect. I found everyone working in this hotel genuinely helpful and friendly. Starting from checking in, karida was extremely helpful and she allowed us to check in early. Kari, faye, coco, bert zhu and everyone in guest services is extremely friendly, and professional. I enjoy talking with them. They helped me so much with my inline orders with wonderful support. The hotel is at a perfect location and very convenient to all sightseeing places. Breakfast serving time is very convenient. It is from 6:30 to 1：30. I strongly recommend this hotel

A wonderful hotel, with big spacious rooms, and if you are high enough, great views. I loved its central location, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. As with many Chinese hotels, there is the smell of cigarette smoke in some areas. The breakfast was expansive and impressive. Excellent value for money all round. I enjoyed my stay.
