Villa Vili, located in Limbuš – Maribor, has 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with a smart LCD TV, 2 bathrooms, one separate toilet, a fenced garden, and a terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and hot tub. The kitchen in Villa Vili is modern and fully equipped. It includes kitchenware and utensils, an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and mixer. The living room has a sofa and a smart LCD TV. There is a double bed in two bedrooms and one single bed in three. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a sink. In one bathroom is also a WC and a hair dryer. In addition, we provide towels and bed linen. In the basement of Villa Vili are a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment (ironing board and iron). The villa has a private garden and a terrace with a hot tub, barbecue and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy your first-morning coffee or bask in the sun. Villa Vili also offers a wonderful view of Maribor and mountain Pohorje. Free high-speed WiFi and 4 parking spaces are provided. Additionally, two parking spaces are covered, and an electric car charging station (22kW) is available. Pets are allowed. Other things to note: - Cleaning done by cleaning service is required every 14 days. Cleaning costs 100€/cleaning. - If you want to use hot tub, usage is paid separately - 80€/week Heating is not included in the monthly rent. All other running costs (electricity, water, internet) are included, subject to normal/reasonable use.
