Wir haben die Zeit als Familie sehr genossen. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Die Küchenausstattung war top - alles da, was man braucht. Haus, Pool und Garten sind sehr gut gepflegt. Ein großartiges Urlaubserlebnis. Die Gastgeber waren bei Fragen immer zuvorkommend, sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ideal für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Die Gemeinden der Umgebung schaffen die idealen Voraussetzungen. Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Zeit!

Wir waren zum Ende der Sommerferien in der Unterkunft von Sylvie und ihrem Mann. Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war sehr sauber, bot ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und einen Hund, die Ausstattung ist excellent, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und angelegt, der Pool ist herrlich, es bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... . Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au calme, dans cette magnifique petite maison rénovée avec soin et décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque et la piscine avec le dégagement sur la vallée est un rêve. Merci de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans ce bel endroit.

Everything you need in an exceptionally beautiful environment where you have tons of possibilities for hiking and other sports. Quiet, heated swimming pool on request, good beds. Do mind that, if you own a bigger dog that likes to escape from time to time, this may not be ideal as the property is not fenced.

Wir durften die ersten beiden Wochen im Juli mit unseren Zwillingen (8 Jahre), meinem Bruder und unserem Hund in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr schön restauriert, es fehlt an nichts und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Von dem sehr schön gestalteten und gepflegten Garten und aus dem Haus kann man tolle Aussichten auf die wirklich einzigartige Landschaft genießen. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir immer wieder neue Wege auf den Hundespaziergängen oder auf Erkundungen mit den Kindern entdeckt. Der Gorges d‘Héric ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und es gibt sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Wir alle, und besonders die Kinder, haben den Pool sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin Sylvie ist sehr aufmerksam, gibt immer wieder Tipps für schöne Unternehmungen und reagiert immer prompt auf Anfragen. Ich habe schon in vielen Regionen Frankreichs Urlaub gemacht, aber diese wunderschöne Gegend kannte ich bisher noch nicht und dieses herrliche Haus eignet sich hervorragend, um dort alles zu erkunden. My spouse and I enjoyed a truly superb week in April at Les Serres du Rousselou. It offered everything it promised from the web site and would have been spacious even if fully occupied. A quiet location with fantastic views across the valley and to the Gorges d'Heric. Beautifully modernised but yet retaining rustic charm, the property met all our expectations. Ornamental and wild flowers around the property provided a tranquil and welcoming setting as well as attraction for pollinators. A relaxing swim in the pool could ease the aches of keen hikers even in cool weather. Our charming and professional host, was discreet yet available if needed for any assistance. A very memorable week.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. 'Les Serres de Roussleou' was perfect for 5 of us. Incredibly well appointed with a wonderful pool and amazing views. Small village with grocery store 5 minutes away and larger supermarkets a further 10 minutes away. So many things to see and do in this beautiful part of France. Historic villages, walks, lakes as well as the Mediterranean within an hour. Sylvie and Laurent were always on hand if needed. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and we would love to return.

If you want some time away from the rat race this beautiful spotless house off the beaten track is right for you. You have everything you need for a restful holiday there are local villages but within 20 mins can be at some beautiful villages with gorgeous restaurants or slightly further to Pezenas for some typical French cafe culture, Narbonne Plage is worth a visit only 1hr 10 away. So you can sit in the grounds of this lovely house and have a peaceful meal or mix it up with a visit to a restaurant or drive over the mountains to the beautiful lakes, the house is gorgeous and the location and setting perfect for whatever you want. Recommend paying extra for the pool to be heated, highly recommend this cottage to anyone

Das Haus ist wunderbar, sehr sauber und so hell und freundlich eingerichtet, das man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Auch am Pool und auf der Terrasse haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön ist, dass man das Auto kaum benötigt, man kann wunderschöne Wanderungen vom Haus auch machen. Wir haben 2 traumhafte Wochen hier verlebt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. La maison était d'une extrême propreté, très bien aménagée et dans un cadre magique. Tout est là pour passer d'agréables vacances, les hôtes ont pensé à tout, y compris les petites choses qu'on peut oublier parfois (petite épicerie, produits d'entretien, livres, jeux enfants...), la déco est soignée, les paysages sublimes. On se baigne en contemplant la montagne, avec le chant des cigales, dans une tranquillité absolue. A proximité immédiate, on fait le pleins d'activités (spéléo, canyoning, via ferrata... avec Giovanni un super guide), les gorges accessibles à pied en partant du village et enfin des villages de charmes avec leurs ruelles et vieilles pierres.Pour résumer, cette location est une pépite avec des propriétaires aux petits soins et sympathiques.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und der Blick traumhaft. Außen wie Innen ist alles stilvoll gestaltet und super gepflegt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen verlebt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The house is in a beautiful part of France and particularly well located on a hill near some incredible hikes. The house itself is really well set out and was perfect for our baby daughter (crawling) and dog. We had an amazing family holiday and Sylvie was always on hand of we needed anything. Thank you.

Wir konnten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem tollen Haus von Sylvie und Laurent verbringen. Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhäuschen verbracht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, man kann zu Fuß sowohl nach Mons als auch zu schönen Wanderungen und Radfahrten direkt vom Haus aus los. Die Einrichtung ist absolut geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden. Sylvie war total nett und hat uns bestens umsorgt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est parfaitement située, on peut aller à Mons á pied ou partir en randonnée à pied ou en vélo de la maison. Le gîte est très bien equippé, il ne manque rien. Sylvie est une hôtesse super sympa et très attentive. Nous aimerions bien revenir. Merci Sylvie et à la prochaine.

The property was just what we wanted and more! The house and garden were perfect, and we couldn’t believe how good the views were. The location was fantastic, as it was quiet and remote but with lots to do nearby. The house looked amazing online but if anything it was even better in reality! Sylvie was an excellent host and we really hope to return as soon as we can. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in the south of France.

Wir waren zum Ende der Sommerferien in der Unterkunft von Sylvie und ihrem Mann. Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war sehr sauber, bot ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und einen Hund, die Ausstattung ist excellent, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und angelegt, der Pool ist herrlich, es bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... . Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir durften die ersten beiden Wochen im Juli mit unseren Zwillingen (8 Jahre), meinem Bruder und unserem Hund in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr schön restauriert, es fehlt an nichts und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Von dem sehr schön gestalteten und gepflegten Garten und aus dem Haus kann man tolle Aussichten auf die wirklich einzigartige Landschaft genießen. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir immer wieder neue Wege auf den Hundespaziergängen oder auf Erkundungen mit den Kindern entdeckt. Der Gorges d‘Héric ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und es gibt sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Wir alle, und besonders die Kinder, haben den Pool sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin Sylvie ist sehr aufmerksam, gibt immer wieder Tipps für schöne Unternehmungen und reagiert immer prompt auf Anfragen. Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. 'Les Serres de Roussleou' was perfect for 5 of us. Incredibly well appointed with a wonderful pool and amazing views. Small village with grocery store 5 minutes away and larger supermarkets a further 10 minutes away. So many things to see and do in this beautiful part of France. Historic villages, walks, lakes as well as the Mediterranean within an hour. Sylvie and Laurent were always on hand if needed. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and we would love to return.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. La maison était d'une extrême propreté, très bien aménagée et dans un cadre magique. Tout est là pour passer d'agréables vacances, les hôtes ont pensé à tout, y compris les petites choses qu'on peut oublier parfois (petite épicerie, produits d'entretien, livres, jeux enfants...), la déco est soignée, les paysages sublimes. On se baigne en contemplant la montagne, avec le chant des cigales, dans une tranquillité absolue. A proximité immédiate, on fait le pleins d'activités (spéléo, canyoning, via ferrata... avec Giovanni un super guide), les gorges accessibles à pied en partant du village et enfin des villages de charmes avec leurs ruelles et vieilles pierres.Pour résumer, cette location est une pépite avec des propriétaires aux petits soins et sympathiques.

Wir haben in den Osterferien 2023 zwei tolle Wochen hier im Objekt verbracht. Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil und bei entgegenkommenden Autos muss man etwas vage mutig sein. Fuß läufig (1,8 km) ist an einer Tankstelle ein Brotdepot verfügbar, so dass man täglich auf frische Baguettes zurückgreifen konnte. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann in der Gegend tolle Ausflüge machen und braucht dafür noch nicht mal unbedingt das Auto. Vom Haus aus starten tolle Wanderungen in unterschiedliche Richtungen. Besonders interessant ist die alte Bahntrasse für Fahrradfahrer. Nach einer Wanderung auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen zu genießen, war ein Highlight. Vielen Dank an Sylvie für die tollen Ausflugstipps . Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The property was just what we wanted and more! The house and garden were perfect, and we couldn’t believe how good the views were. The location was fantastic, as it was quiet and remote but with lots to do nearby. The house looked amazing online but if anything it was even better in reality! Sylvie was an excellent host and we really hope to return as soon as we can. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in the south of France.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. La maison était d'une extrême propreté, très bien aménagée et dans un cadre magique. Tout est là pour passer d'agréables vacances, les hôtes ont pensé à tout, y compris les petites choses qu'on peut oublier parfois (petite épicerie, produits d'entretien, livres, jeux enfants...), la déco est soignée, les paysages sublimes. On se baigne en contemplant la montagne, avec le chant des cigales, dans une tranquillité absolue. A proximité immédiate, on fait le pleins d'activités (spéléo, canyoning, via ferrata... avec Giovanni un super guide), les gorges accessibles à pied en partant du village et enfin des villages de charmes avec leurs ruelles et vieilles pierres.Pour résumer, cette location est une pépite avec des propriétaires aux petits soins et sympathiques.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. 'Les Serres de Roussleou' was perfect for 5 of us. Incredibly well appointed with a wonderful pool and amazing views. Small village with grocery store 5 minutes away and larger supermarkets a further 10 minutes away. So many things to see and do in this beautiful part of France. Historic villages, walks, lakes as well as the Mediterranean within an hour. Sylvie and Laurent were always on hand if needed. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and we would love to return.

Wir haben in den Osterferien 2023 zwei tolle Wochen hier im Objekt verbracht. Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil und bei entgegenkommenden Autos muss man etwas vage mutig sein. Fuß läufig (1,8 km) ist an einer Tankstelle ein Brotdepot verfügbar, so dass man täglich auf frische Baguettes zurückgreifen konnte. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann in der Gegend tolle Ausflüge machen und braucht dafür noch nicht mal unbedingt das Auto. Vom Haus aus starten tolle Wanderungen in unterschiedliche Richtungen. Besonders interessant ist die alte Bahntrasse für Fahrradfahrer. Nach einer Wanderung auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen zu genießen, war ein Highlight. Vielen Dank an Sylvie für die tollen Ausflugstipps . Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything you need in an exceptionally beautiful environment where you have tons of possibilities for hiking and other sports. Quiet, heated swimming pool on request, good beds. Do mind that, if you own a bigger dog that likes to escape from time to time, this may not be ideal as the property is not fenced.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und der Blick traumhaft. Außen wie Innen ist alles stilvoll gestaltet und super gepflegt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen verlebt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir konnten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem tollen Haus von Sylvie und Laurent verbringen.
