Plenty of parking and kept well/clean

Ok for a quick stay but the property is a bit tired. Looked like some renos are being done so that bodes well

having 3 floors and NO elevator... we had room on 2nd floor..had to lug everything UP and back DN stairs. No coffee in Am? overall a pleasant stay!

I did not like not having an elevator, even though it is only 2 floors, I couldn’t get a first floor room as they were all taken, and it was hard getting up the stairs with a bad knee and leg and several bags.

We were on the 2nd floor, but there was no elevator. This is a basic hotel at a reasonable price.

This is a privately owned & operated hotel - not a "typical" Super 8. It is an older property, but there are renovations in the works. My bathroom had been updated with pretty marble shower panels and LED lighted mirror. The shower curtain was the whitest white I have ever seen. Plenty of towels. Nice selection of pillows. I used the tub, the microwave, the fridge - everything was clean. The floors are wood laminate, easier to keep clean than carpet. No smell in rooms or hallway. Breakfast is a cold grab & go type, with prepackaged muffins, Raisin Bran, and yogurt. The only thing I didn't like was sort of my own fault. At check-in I was asked if I wanted first or second floor. I said it didn't matter.....actually it did matter. The first floor rooms are basically underground, so that your head is at ground level, facing the parking lot. Definitely needed to keep the drapes closed, so the room was very dark. There are 4 lamps in the room, but it still felt like living in the basement. It was not so uncomfortable that I went back to change. There is adequate parking & easy access from the interstate. The price was considerably less than the other hotels in the area, making it a good value for the cost. The hotel was full both nights I was there, but I didn't hear a sound. I would stay there again.

Outdated building without elevator.

The property was convenient to the highway and several wineries. But it was under construction .

Bed excellent. Like it was dark in room to sleep. Little outdated, construction going on though. Much better bed and lighting than choice hotel in Jamestown ny

The property was just OK. No elevator, old style motel. TV was impossible to use as it was linked to the Spectrum cable interface. I disliked the staff who were disorganized from the start. The low point came when a maintenance worker pounded on my door on the morning of departure and refused to leave. I opened the door to be told that I wasn't who she was looking for and that she'd been sent to the wrong room. Stay away from this place.

It’s was not a great place. It smelled funny. The sheets were stained and had small hairs stuck on them. The room was very dark. There was a dead stink bug under the pilow. Left immediately after inspecting. Wasn’t in the room more than 2 minutes. Asked for a refund. Have yet to get one.

As soon as we got there the police were there and knocking on our door, stating they were looking for a missing person from our room. There were quite a few people hanging out drinking in the parking lot all day and into the evening, sketchy. It appears they may live there at the hotel. There were 6 stink bugs in our room. Bathtub didn't drain. something was wrong with the sound on the tv. And breakfast - can you really call it that. Coffee machine out of order, there were a few slices of bread in a plastic drawer and 3 or 4 toaster waffles. Poured a glass of OJ - it looked awful, dumped it out.. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Would not recommend this hotel

The strong odor of insense in the room. Towels were paper thin and stained, possibly dirty. Bathroom was rusty and showed shoddy workmanship on walls/ceiling. Honestly, I’m shocked I was charged $128 for this dumpy room.

Our bathroom was visibly dirty and shampoo and conditioner bottles replaced on sink counter were half used.

The property smells like cigarettes and various scents used to cover up that smell. Overall, it's not a bad budget option for spending a night.

The tub was clogged and smelled bad. The hallway smelled like weed. The second room I was moved to had a horrible smell in the bathroom and the bed sheets had hair all over. Not a good experience. And the website said , breakfast included and there was no breakfast. I wish I had pictures to show you all.

Reservation for 2 but our room had ONE small towel, ONE washcloth, and a bath mat. At 8:09 a.m. there was no hot water. Someone tried to upgrade hotel with fresh paint, however, it's just old. Beds were clean and comfortable. Floors needed vacuuming.

Someone was slamming doors or kicking doors or something at 2am last night. I found a cockroach in the bathroom crawling on the wall. The room smelled like stale sewage and the smell kept coming back. The whole hallway was a rollercoaster of bad smells everything smelled like stale cigarettes and cigars. Not the experience i was looking for and I will be visiting a different hotel next time because this place blows

Room was as spacious and comfortable as advertised. Breakfast was very ordinary, but we expected that for the price we paid. Friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere.

It was very quiet. The only negative thing was the bed is too hard.

Spent a night, clean room, free breakfast, comfortable bed, great tv, Direct TV, fridge with larger freezer a bonus, microwave, seating area, desk and chair, room paint color was a little dated but clean. Well lit parking lot with many nearby food options.

I ended up paying an additional $36 just to be in a dog friendly room on top of the $30 dog charge. I ended up losing money on this hotel because I used my Expedia credits to get a discount. I would not go back or recommend. The room was dark, gloomy and I couldn’t sleep all night. There was shady people jumping in and out of the windows and the parking lot in the back was completely sketchy.

It was an amazing stay. The rooms was enormous and the price was cheap. They were incredibly clean and everyone was beyond nice and accomidating.

Staff are pleasant and accommodating

Great location off the highway. Very clean, good value as you expect from Super 8. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

There was a pet fee, not disclosed on the website - $30/dog. I had to beg for a couple of extra wash cloths/hand towels. Asked twice for an extra key and never got it - there were 2 of us, we should have been given 2.

We stayed here on a motorcycle trip. After we checked in a person from our group went out for a smoke. The desk agent walked over to talk to him & decided to sit on my motorcycle. He was told he shouldn’t do that as I would not like it but he did not immediately get off. He did not have my permission & I am incredibly upset by this. He had no right to even touch my motorcycle for any reason. This is very serious & needs to be dealt with. In addition, our room was not up to the standards we expect from a Wyndham property. There was a dirty coffee pod in the machine, one of the beds had stained sheets, the bathroom fan was incredibly loud and the hot & cold were reversed in the shower so my hand was hot with hot water instead of tepid water as expected. During the evening there was an altercation out back which involved the police being called. This was outside the motel’s control but definitely should be noted as we did not feel safe. Thru the night we were concerned about our motorcycles since having the staff member feeling he could sit on mine increased concerns that others would do the same. Overall this was a terrible experience

Staff were friendly and efficient. This time we received the room we booked and it was lovely.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful.

The guy behind the counter was terrible and he chewing cheap tobacco with red colored and his teeth were reddish and spitting all over the counter. Has no politeness and very rude. While I was checking he was on the phone all the time speaking a different language. Owner will loose business because of this kind of service. Room. Was not cleaned. Previous tenants underwear was on the floor. Disgusting. Filthy

Good location, close to highway and town. Also next to a supermarket and pharmacy which was very convenient.

It was a good location for us, but no restaurants only fast food. The bet was comfortable and room clean. However our heater quit. We were given a portable heater which use ok. The area seamed safe, but we did see some homeless people. Breakfest was ok, coffee and danish or cereal. Price was good, and you get what you pay for.

The pictures were misleading. The property is in a seedier part of town and next to a highway, so it was hard to sleep at night. The property is old and smelly and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. Free breakfast was terrible. I would never stay there again.

Very convenient to shopping

Totally fine for a quick one-night stopover on long drives. The property is clearly old though the room itself has had some renovations with a clean bathroom that made the stay pleasant enough. Had to use stairs from lobby to get to room which may be a bit inconvenient (especially having to also go through a few doors) for those with more luggage, but otherwise was a good enough spot for a restful stop. Right off highway with some chain fast food and gas stop options nearby.

Perfect place with good pub/restaurant next door! Beds comfortable!

We have stayed at this hotel at July's end for the last 15 years. Three nights 2 rooms. Check in - OK. Next night room OK. Free breakfast: orange juice - empty, prepackaged fritters or rolls - stale. Returned to hotel after being out all day: Beds not made in either room, No clean towels, they were still on the bathroom floor wet from the morning showers. Went to front desk to get issue resolved and got a hard time and told there are no clean towels until 9;00 next day. It is under new management since last year and has gone downhill quickly. We will not stay there again. Recommend you don't.

Room and bath were clean. However, towels were all wet, maybe their dryer now working! Free breakfast has very low quantity of limited available items and all the time you had to request to bring item which is empty.
