Los Olivos Beach Resort

We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. Close to everything. Very short walk to the boardwalk with lots of shopping options, restaurants, beaches. The food was great, we did the half board and we were able to switch our dinner to lunch. The pool was great, lots of chairs, but you need to get there early to put your towel down and reserve a spot. The rooftop bar was so, so lovely. Beautiful views, good drinks, and a few appetizer options. The sunset was gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the AC worked great. The sofa bed could be replaced. We did not use it but it didn't look great. We had a pool view and the patio was big. Great for the value

The room was nice but the all inclusive was only available from the hotel next door. We also paid for a gold package but apparently all that means is your room has air conditioning. Very poor value all inclusive, we only really used it for breakfast.

Los Olivios is a potentially beautiful destination. It is looking very tired and in need of work to bring it back up to the standard you would expect. Paint was dripped on the tiles in the bathroom, the door was in disrepair, needing paint and the lock tightened. Pool has lots of black mould and huge numbers of missing tiles. The Expedia description said upper floor with AC. When we arrived we spent first night on lower floor with no AC - it was an oven! It took 4 visits to reception and several conversations to resolve the issue - the manager was good about this and was aware of the issue. Parking - after one extremely rude gentleman receptionist - glasses, stubbly beard, we parked on the upper road for free, you can park on yellow lines outside hotel 3pm - 8am for free too. - half the distance to their parking lot priced at €10 per day but you have to go between 10am and 6pm to get this otherwise you pay the €22 normal day rate (about a 7-8 minute walk) Breakfast was fantastic, polite staff and very clean / tidy and well organised.

Vielleicht fange ich mit den wichtigsten Informationen direkt an: -das Hotel hat KEINE eigenen Parkplätze, obwohl überall beworben und im hoteleigenen Infoblatt noch steht! -das Hotel hat auch keinen deutschen Empfang! Die Kellner sprechen ein bißchen deutsch -es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur Deckenventilatoren -die Schiebetür zur Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ließ sich nicht verschließen -insgesammt wirkte das Zimmer recht heruntergekommen, dreckig und verbraucht -da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, wollten wir auch nicht nochmal umziehen -die Poolbar war für AI-Gäste ein Witz, zB. Kaffee gab es in nur in kleinen Probierbechern.... -dann lieber über einen sehr steilen, nur bedingt mit Treppen versehenen Abstieg zum Nachbarhotel, wo es die Speisen gab und dort die Getränke in normalen Größen gibt -gut ist, dass die Pools überwacht sind, schlecht, dass die Lounges bezahlt werden mussten -die Liegen waren aber kostenlos -die Lage ist aber sehr gut, die Rezeption war allerdings nicht leicht zu finden -keine Animation keine Flyer, aber Livegesang zum Abendessen Cocktails alles aus dem Automaten und sehr süß -ich würde auch Fotos hochladen, aber die App lässt mich nicht und über die Webseite ist das Bewertungssystem nicht erreichbar

Brilliant really friendly staff roof top bar food was beautiful the view was just as good all round nice place would deffo visit again!

Lite oppmerksomme folk ved ankomst. Ingen apparater på treningsrommet funket bra. Manglende håndduker og toalettpapair, og tett sluk i dursjen, og ingenting ble fulgt opp ved varsling. Flekkete sengetøy, og grå håndduker. Luktet dårlig på badet. Ingen sol og kun små plasttoler på terrassen, som lå like ved vei og hotellets varemottak. God størrelse og romløsning på leilighet, og gode senger. Tilfredsstillende vasking, ok solsenger og god frokost. Vi har vært på uttallige hoteller rundt om i verden, men dette var det dårligste vi har opplevd, spesielt når det gjaldt service/oppfølging av feil og mangler! Vi hadde en junior suite, prisnivå 2 av 4.

Nice 3 star hotel, exceeded our expectations considering we didn't expect the best conditions after reading the reviews. Yes, it is a lot of stairs and hills but we didn't mind it, it was good exercise. We had an amazing breakfast every morning at the sister hotel, which is connected to Los Olivos, so it could be the same hotel. Fresh omelet cooked on order, pancakes, breads, meats, English breakfast, plentiful for everyone. Dinner menu not amazing, but plenty of choice, we tried it a couple of nights, and it was tasty. We even had entertainment one evening, good fun. The gym was all right, if you want to exercise. Very impressed with the swimming pool, warm every evening when we used it, generally staff was very friendly and trying to help. Our apartment was great, AC, kitchen with everything you need, we cooked a few times and it was perfect. The sofa is slightly dirty and old but my daughter was happy sleeping on the pull out bed. Two terraces, one as balcony, the other one on the roof. Beach 5 min walk, supermarket 2min, we really enjoyed our stay.

Los Olivos was a nice hotel, we had a few problems at check in with the room. And although tough to sort out with the night desk we got moved eventually. After that everything was great. Food was good and constantly refreshed with new food which meant we knew when we eat the food hadn’t sat there for hours. The sky bar was great and nice to have one free drink up there to enjoy it. Hotel is right next to the beach and options for trips out were great.

We have just completed our 1 week holiday at the Los Olivos Beach Resort in Adeje. The Los Olivos Beach Resort is not on the beach, but it just next to it. Access to the beach was a very short 1 minute walk to the promenade. This was our first time at the hotel but I got the impression that many hotel guests were regular visitors. The hotel was very clean and our ground floor apartment was good if a little sparce in terms of decoration. The pool area was a little small but was divided into two pools, the lower dedicated to families with small children. The upper pool had a nice pool bar with friendly staff, good music and very good food. Even the margarita pizza and chips was very tasty. There were plenty of sunbeds however the hotel was nowhere near full occupancy and I can imagine that things could get a little crowded if more people had booked the hotel at the same time. Bed and breakfast seemed a good choice as the dinner options seemed more limited. Travellers with mobility issues might struggle at times to easily acccess the restaurant, pool area and reception etc. There are access ramps that help with this but even so it's not the easiest property to get around. So in summary, good food, very clean, friendly staff and very good location close to the beach. Negatives slightly small pool areas and hilly terrain. We would stay again!

Good quality rooms and balcony. The kitchen area is also helpful with a kettle, iron and toaster. The Skybar is really nice and the infinity pool on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.

Albtraum! Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Direkt nach der Ankunft Kakerlaken im Zimmern entdeckt - im Bett!!! Rezeption reagierte und teilte uns neue Zimmern zu - Umzug erfolgte gegen 01:00 Uhr nachts. Am nächsten Morgen hat Mann uns gesagt, dass wir die Zimmer sofort verlassen müssen, da sie höhere Kategorie haben. Und wurde wieder dreckige Zimmer mit Kakerlaken zugeteilt. Das haben wir kategorisch abgelehnt. Aussage Rezeption: wenn wir die Zimmer nicht sofort verlassen, rufen sie die Polizei. Gleichzeitig wurde uns das Frühstück verweigert, (war im Preis). Wir kontaktierten Expedia und uns wurde geholfen. Das Hotel wollte uns wohl schnell loswerden, da das Geld für die restlichen Übernachtungen erstattet wurde. Leider wurde die erste Horror Nacht nicht erstattet. Ebenso nicht das verweigerte Frühstück. Wir haben das Hotel verlassen und uns eine andere Unterkunft gemietet. Nie wieder!!! Horror!!!

Enjoyed stay at Los Olivos, staff were very nice, food was good,room was clean. Only let down was room not cleaned. Was told every four days. Had to tell them it had not been cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned the previous day. Would not put me off staying there again. Had a relaxing 5 nights.

Le logement est en mauvais état (fissure, robinets mal fixés, peintures écaillées,…) le ménage est très aléatoire, les draps ne sont pas changés, les serviettes de toilettes non plus. Les poubelles ont été sorties suite à notre demande car elles étaient pleines. Les lit balinais de la piscine sont facturés ce qui semble incompréhensible au vu du prix du séjour. La nourriture de la demi pension est décevante, peu variée et pas du tout fraîche il ne s’agit que de nourriture sous vide non préparée sur place. Nous ne reviendrons pas

The receptionist was pleasant but buzzed around a million miles a minute, seemed like customers were taking him away from more pressing matters on his computer. At one point we were waiting to get refunded for towels and there was a 30 min wait in a lobby full of people at 9pm. I would suggest 2 reception staff at peak hours as people were visibly upset. We weren't given proper directions to our room or told that there was a more convenient entrance that would have avoided us having to lug bags around the property in sweltering heat. Wifi barely worked, when we mentioned it we were always told someone was working on it - had to turn on my roaming and use my phone data to check-in for our flights home. Our room was a good size for us and 1 child, the beds were comfortable however we had little bugs all over the counters from the day we arrived until we left and no AC. In 9 nights on day 4 we asked for maid service to get new towels and she just rehung our dirty ones from the floor and never gave us more TP. We had half of a roll left, asked reception for more and they only gave us 1 so we had to go ask for more before we left. The breakfast was decent (great fresh croissants) but dinners were poor quality, cold food and poor options so we went out most nights. If you are half board they essentially ignore you and even water isn't included with dinner. We asked about parking said we'd pay but kept being told to try free parking in the area (which is blocks away uphill).

Struttura complessivamente bella e comoda ma le stanze erano sporche e mal curate. Pulizia carente. Cibo buono, colazione ottima. Peccato

We were in R1032 which was ground floor which meant that we had a cockroach infestation which we discovered on our second day. (We arrived in late). Complained about the issue and were told that we could swap to another ground floor toon which would have had the same cockroach issue. They sprayed once but it did not solve the problem. During our 6 night stay I killed ten cockroaches. The attitude of staff in the main was indifference except for night reception Bradley who did try to move us to a first floor room which was blocked by his manager.. all told a nice holiday ruined …

Like the area of hotel close to everything Didn’t like the state of the room (a lot of damage and dirt) Didn’t like how everything all inclusive was in the sister hotel next door

The hotel staff were really friendly. Pool area clean, restaurant had a good selection. I would have given more stars if our room had been cleaned at least once during our stay. No clean towels and no bin change, even after requesting it, this really let them down and the reason for my rating

The hotel was 3 minutes from the beach which was a big plus. The hotel was good but the sofa bed was not very comfortable, it needs a new mattress. The food was amazing, and we were on a full board—an extremely wide choice of salads, meats, fish, and great. A very big remark on the service at the reception and housekeeping, in seven days they never came to clean the room, and change the towels and bed sheets. I had to go to the reception every two days to ask get clean towels, not acceptable

The rooms were big, we had a sea view and a roof terrace. Maintenance was being done and the property is well presented. We got an upgrade from a single room studio with three beds, to a three bed apartment for no particular reason, which was fabulous!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Los Olivos. Air conditioning would have been nice in the room, but the heat was tolerable with the fan on, and the windows and balcony door open. The location was perfect. I would come back again.

Avarage hotel, this is long away from resort. Apartment size was ok and hotel placement was excellent, beds was excellent. Breakfest was ok. However wifi has not been working or partly worked with pure internet signal with constant disconnections.Apartment was mature for renovation. Randomly clean-up and missing toalet papers. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Only 20 mins from the airport. Great location, right on the prom. Lots of dining and supermarket options nearby. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, majority were ok but some a bit abrupt. Breakfast options were great, had all the various options anyone could really need. Staff there were efficient. Room was clean, only downside was we were given a room with balcony in the ground floor right next to the car park shutters so a bit noise from them and no balcony view although didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time with friends. Overall a positive experience.

And watching 3 Spanish families being checked in, during the 50 minutes. Which we thought was obviously racist against English customers. Which we told the receptionist. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel. Pas de musique forte autour de la piscine. Bradley et Gorge à la réception sont très sympathiques et serviables.

Pedimos un bajo porque íbamos con un bebé y nos alojaron en un segundo. No podíamos subir el carro y las maletas y no nos ayudó nadie. Además no nos cambiaron la habitación ni nos pusieron cuna. No volveremos jamás

Poor check-in, cleaners cupboard outside room so all cleaners coming and going for 2 hours in the morning 0600-0800 & 2 hours in the afternoon1500-1700. Sky bar is a great location but they insist on paying your bill after 1 round of drinks even if you’re staying for more. Breakfast is poor with the coffee machines barely able to cope and churning out hot milk half the time.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful. We went with the all inclusive option which was great for the breakfast/lunch and snack options. We had dinner at the resort about twice more as a way of exploring the local area and sampling the cuisine at other establishments. Breakfast and dinner at the resort is buffet style. The room we had the kitchen was well equiped should we wanted to cook ourselves. One other good point is the resort is right next to one of the better beaches..

We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex villa with private plunge pool/jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and overall was clean, decor a pit grubby and could do with a frehenup..we stayed for 7 nights. Bedding changed twice and towels changed ever other day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed all-inclusive, food was good but bit repeatative. Woukd we stay again, yes we would.

Yes, it is a lot of stairs and hills but we didn't mind it, it was good exercise. We had an amazing breakfast every morning at the sister hotel, which is connected to Los Olivos, so it could be the same hotel. Fresh omelet cooked on order, pancakes, breads, meats, English breakfast, plentiful for everyone. Dinner menu not amazing, but plenty of choice, we tried it a couple of nights, and it was tasty. We even had entertainment one evening, good fun. The gym was all right, if you want to exercise. Very impressed with the swimming pool, warm every evening when we used it, generally staff was very friendly and trying to help. Our apartment was great, AC, kitchen with everything you need, we cooked a few times and it was perfect. The sofa is slightly dirty and old but my daughter was happy sleeping on the pull out bed. Two terraces, one as balcony, the other one on the roof. Beach 5 min walk, supermarket 2min, we really enjoyed our stay.

Like the area of hotel close to everything Didn’t like the state of the room (a lot of damage and dirt) Didn’t like how everything all inclusive was in the sister hotel next door

Los Olivos was a nice hotel, we had a few problems at check in with the room. And although tough to sort out with the night desk we got moved eventually. After that everything was great. Food was good and constantly refreshed with new food which meant we knew when we eat the food hadn’t sat there for hours. The sky bar was great and nice to have one free drink up there to enjoy it. Hotel is right next to the beach and options for trips out were great.

Poor check-in, cleaners cupboard outside room so all cleaners coming and going for 2 hours in the morning 0600-0800 & 2 hours in the afternoon1500-1700. Sky bar is a great location but they insist on paying your bill after 1 round of drinks even if you’re staying for more. Breakfast is poor with the coffee machines barely able to cope and churning out hot milk half the time.
