Nice large room with a nice view. Cleaning is an art in Austria and at the Hochland. Very good food at restaurant and excellent service (breakfast and dinner). Emil who manages the restaurant staff and Stephan at the reception are very friendly and helpful and we thank them for that. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4* review is because the hotel needs an update, sooner rather than later. Also, the smell of cigarette in common areas is overwhelming. The other comment that I would make is that if you like to sleep past 8am, you may get frustrated since the cleaning staff starts making noise at 8am and sometimes before.

Just back after a fabulous week, revisiting old ski haunts in a summer setting. .The staff at Hotel Hochland were very friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable. Food excellent, could not fault a thing.

The hotel was very homely and comfortable. The management and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was superb and the bed the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in (would love to import one). The food was superb with excellent menu choices every evening and a very good wine list. We were a late booking and are delighted to have stayed in what's probably one of the best hotels in Seefeld, if not the best. We'll be back (to quote a famous Austrian actor). All we missed was tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
