Lyn was lovely at check in and very accommodating. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Loved the size of the fridge (not a little bar fridge), comfy big bed, beautiful outdoor area with bbq. Already planning our next trip!

We had just 2 nights in this lovely studio property. It was nicely furnished with a lovely comfy king bed. The owner Lyn welcomed us and was very helpful. A bonus was the group of roos that came through the grounds morning and night.

The property oozes charm and romance for the perfect couple retreat to the Hunter Valley. The property is private, well appointed and has a great alfresco area to enjoy meals and a glass of wine. The styling is scandi and fresh and we thought the king bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this place to any couple looking to access the beauty of the Hunter Valley. 5 stars.

This is a lovely cottage like property which feels peaceful and secluded in a country setting. Yet the facilities of North Rothbury and Huntlee (good pub, Coles, Cafe, chemist, etc) are a mere 4 kms down the road. And the full range of wineries, eateries and all the Hunter has to entice the visitor are within easy reach. To describe the cottage as a studio cannot convey how spacious and well equipped it is. It has air con as well as a ceiling fan, decent internet and phone connections, a full kitchen a terrific private patio and BBQ, and an excellent king bed and lovely bathroom with good shower. Absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful, peaceful little hideaway! Everything about this wonderful little place tucked away in the Hunter Valley was so calming & inviting! We didnt want to leave! Would definitely stay here again! A few nights felt like a whole weeks holiday! It was wonderful! We especially loved all the surrounding sounds of birds & nature nearby. So peaceful! An absolutely stunning property!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. I can assure you that the cottage is clean and dust free as my 14 mos old is very allergic to dust but there were no signs of allergies with him the whole stay. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Lyn and her husband were very accomodating and welcoming. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in hunter valley.

Lovely, modern cabin that kept us very warm on cold winter nights. It's close to the owner's house (maybe 10m), but it still felt private and they were lovely during our brief interactions. TV had most apps on it. It's a very bright room in the mornings, so an eye mask is handy if you want to sleep in. Happy to recommend.

This is a perfect studio when in the Hunter for a concert. The bus picks up from the end of their street. A short drive to anywhere in the Hunter and conveniently close to wineries and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

This is a lovely cottage like property which feels peaceful and secluded in a country setting. Yet the facilities of North Rothbury and Huntlee (good pub, Coles, Cafe, chemist, etc) are a mere 4 kms down the road. And the full range of wineries, eateries and all the Hunter has to entice the visitor are within easy reach. To describe the cottage as a studio cannot convey how spacious and well equipped it is. Situated on the granny flat of a large family home. Great location for the Hunter Valley. About 15 minute drive from most cellar doors. Owner is very generous and offers insights to his farm if asked.

The cottage is in a beautiful location not too far from wineries. Wake up to kangaroos outside the door! Cottage has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Host very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. I can assure you that the cottage is clean and dust free as my 14 mos old is very allergic to dust but there were no signs of allergies with him the whole stay. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Lyn and her husband were very accomodating and welcoming. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in hunter valley.
