Wij waren zeer tevreden over dit hotel. *De kamers geven wij een 9 deze werden elke dag schoongemaakt en we hadden een mooi uitzicht over zee. *bediening een 9, zeer vriendelijk en spraken verstaanbaar Engels. *het zwembad geven wij een 7 deze was ok maar hier hebben wij maar 1 of 2 x gebruik van gemaakt. *de spa zag er mooi uit,hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus geen cijfer van ons uit. *het eten is goed, gevarieerd en voor elk wat wils deze geven wij een 7,5 Al met al een fijn en goed hotel waar we zeker weer eens terug ,willen komen. O, en de coctails op het dak waren de beste die wij gedronken hebben op heel tenerife, complimenten een 9 Echt een aanrader👌

Nice hotel. Excellent pool and rooftop bar. Big bed and comfortable room. Service very good when shower was faulty (fixed in 10 minutes). Parking in front of hotel is limited. Had some problems with lifts not working. Hotel is being run at very high occupancy and sometimes had to que at breakfast for a few minutes. Overall we were happy with the facilities and quality/price. This is a good quality hotel but with a few minor niggles.

What an amazing week we’ve just had at this amazing hotel. We’ve just come back from a weeks stay at the Atlantic Mirage hotel, we booked it back in July 2024 and we were so looking forward to our stay, I then started to read some of the reviews and got a little worried, I looked at cancelling the week before our stay but would’ve lost 50% of the cost, However, I’m so glad we didn’t cancel, because this hotel is amazing, every member of staff was so polite and couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were amazing, the gym area was a really good size, the roof top area was amazing and offered drinks and food, the pool on the ground floor was a really good size, again this area offered food & drink. The breakfast had everything, even sparkling wine & Caviar……….. The only issue we had was, the water in the shower doesn’t drain off as quick as it’s coming out the shower head, so it can start to flood the bathroom, just don’t have it on full blast and you will be ok. We loved this hotel and what it offered us so much, we booked to go back in April, we can’t wait.

Muy agradable, está en un sitio estupendo con vistas al mar, limpio moderno, con buen desayuno incluso con terraza para desayunar, todo muy bien. El único problema es que tiene muy poco aparcamiento y no hay alternativas cercanas. Recomendable.

Ein sehr niveauvolles und sauberes Hotel. Wir haben uns diese1 Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ein Traum, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und höflich. Vom Spa über das Fitnessstudio bis hin zur Rooftopbar war alles Oberklasse. Und obwohl wir Kinder mögen, war die Wahl "adults only" die richtige Entscheidung.

Unique hotel set into side of a cliff. All rooms are ocean view with nothing but sea stretching out in front of your balcony. Room was better than expected with a huge King size comfortable bed. Fell asleep each night to the constant crescendo of crashing waves. Just awesome You check in on the 7th floor (ground level of parking lot and pool area). Roof top seating area and hot tub on the 10th floor. Pool and roof top areas are mostly breeze less which means that even a sunny day of 18C or 65F is more than enough heat to need cooling off. Pool is not heated. The walk down to the very nice waterfront of restaurants and shops is 20 minutes. The walk up is good exercise and you might even need to take a rest halfway up. Very safe and family friendly town. One of the few places we wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside was the parking which you will see in other reviews. Arrive around 2pm for best chance of parking at the hotel otherwise be prepared for a 10 minute walk

Sehr gutes, sauberes Adults-only Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse und mit reichlicher Auswahl an wohlschmeckenden Speisen und Getränken. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Gastrobereich. Einziger kleiner Makel ist der Aufzug, auf den man wirklich lange warten muss.

We arrived quite late and when checking into the room, there was an issue with the toilet. It kept making a hissing soudn every few minutes which could be heard from the room and made it difficult to sleep. We raised this with the night reception staff who were unable to help - either by having someone look / move our room. This is perhaps unavoidable but there was no apology ot offer of any compensation. The toilet issue was resolved the next morning. Our arrival also coincided with the Tenerife hotel employee strikes so likely had an impact. The stand-out pro of the hotel for us was the roof terrace with hot tubs and sun loungers with fantastic sea or mountain views. The cocktails were good and there was a low-key DJ in the evening too. A great spot. The staff there as well as in the restaurant for breakfast were also lovely. I had a fantastic massage in the Spacio Spa too with Candy. The sea view from the room was also lovely. I'd say the downsides were the arrival as well as the room perhaps not being as "premium" as it appeared from the photos - you also had to pay additional for the robes and leave a deposit for the hotel towels which had to be rented from reception to use the sunbeds. The spa access was also at a cost. It is about a 30 min walk from Puerto de la Cruz centre and involves a pretty steep hill so be careful if you have any concerns over that. Overall, we had a great stay but perhaps not as "lux" as expected and the start let it down.

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet location. Super clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional and the roof top "Vertigo" Lounge Club is a hidden gem. Shopping is close by, but if you are looking for copies, then you are in the wrong place. It's either souvenir shops with I love Tenerife tops and towels or proper designer wear, nothing in between. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to chill out and relax fully.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, saubere renovierte Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schönes Bad. Leider Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig, daher zu warm. Sehr laut und hellhörig, extrem dünne Wände. Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes. Etwas wenig Auswahl. Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten mit Milchpulver, dafür frisches Obst und Eispeisen. Tische etwas zu dicht gedrängt, etwas ungemütlich. Schöner Pool und tolle Bar auf dem Dach.

This hotel was the final stop of our Tenerife holiday, and we stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we had a planned route and were out during the day, but starting each morning with a wonderful open-buffet breakfast included in our reservation made our days even better. The friendly, helpful and kind staff truly enhanced our experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was beautifully designed with a modern, stylish interior and a stunning ocean view. At the end of the day, relaxing in the rooftop hot tub while enjoying delicious cocktails and that incredible view was the perfect way to unwind. The overall guest atmosphere was calm and refined, which made our stay feel even more special. In the evenings, we enjoyed the Mediterranean vibe and Latin music at local pubs within walking distance. One evening, we also had dinner at the hotel and were very pleased with the wide variety and high quality of the menu. We are truly happy that we chose this hotel to spend the final days of our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for being part of our beautiful memories.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage an der Steilküste von Puerto. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist sehr schön. An sich macht das Hotel auch einen guten Eindruck. Recht neu und modern. Allerdings sind einige Details nicht so schön: der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war undicht, es roch manchmal unangenehm im Zimmer und es gab ein paar leichte Schäden. Nichts desto trotz war das Frühstück sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Dachpool mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Atlantik Mirage sehr angenehm und erholsam. Essen und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind leider nur bedingt vorhanden. Geschirr war teils nicht ganz sauber.

Fijn hotel en schone kamer. Staf is over het algemeen vriendelijk. Afhankelijk van de persoon die schoonmaakt wisselend van perfect tot minder goed schoon. Lekker balkon met uitzicht over de Atlantische oceaan.

Amazing view, can see the ocean in front of you from the balcony. Facilities were good - pool, spa, gym. Food was decent and varied, but not amazing. Room was large, modern with some nice touches. However, for the price it lacked the quality that I expected from a 4* hotel. Our drain smelled a little when showering and the shower flooded when on full power. On our last night the whole dining room smelled like sewage for some reason (staff gave no explanation). At times the staff were quite rude and unhelpful, especially when taking drinks orders in the restaurant.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage an der Steilküste von Puerto. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist sehr schön. An sich macht das Hotel auch einen guten Eindruck. Recht neu und modern. Allerdings sind einige Details nicht so schön: der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war undicht, es roch manchmal unangenehm im Zimmer und es gab ein paar leichte Schäden. Nichts desto trotz war das Frühstück sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Dachpool mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein schönes Erwachsenen-Hotel, leicht am Rande von Puerto de la Cruz gelegen. Die Altstadt ist aber innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen; jedoch über etliche Stufen (runter zu = ok, hoch zu = puh 😅, wenn man nicht so fit ist). In der näheren Umgebung (5 Min.) sind aber ein paar Shops/Cafes und auch eine Bushaltestelle erreichbar. Das Hotel selber hat eine super Dachterrasse mit toller Bar (probiert den Sangria 👍); schöne Aussicht mit Whirlpools für die Hotelgäste. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich zu mir! Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich (ich hatte Halbpension); aber man konnte gegen 20€ Aufpreis ein super leckeres 4-Gänge-Menü im Cliff Restaurant (auch im Hotel) genießen!! Die Zimmer haben alle eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer (welches wirklich laut ist 😆, trotz geschlossener Fenster). Beim duschen sollte man etwas vorsichtig sein - das Bad überschwemmt sonst schnell. Die zusätzlichen Preise vor Ort (u.a. für den Safe, das SPA, die Poolhandtücher) sind aber mein einzig kleiner Kritikpunkt. Aber da ich davon schon vorher wusste, hab ich’s mit eingeplant. ✌️ Ach ja die Entfernung vom Flughafen sind ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto (Taxi Transfer ist echt teuer >120€; öffentlicher Bus dauert recht lang, 2h; Mietwagen ist hier wohl ratsam - jedoch sind die Parkplätze vor Ort recht mau)

Unique hotel set into side of a cliff. All rooms are ocean view with nothing but sea stretching out in front of your balcony. Room was better than expected with a huge King size comfortable bed. Fell asleep each night to the constant crescendo of crashing waves. Just awesome You check in on the 7th floor (ground level of parking lot and pool area). Roof top seating area and hot tub on the 10th floor. Pool and roof top areas are mostly breeze less which means that even a sunny day of 18C or 65F is more than enough heat to need cooling off. Pool is not heated. The walk down to the very nice waterfront of restaurants and shops is 20 minutes. The walk up is good exercise and you might even need to take a rest halfway up. Very safe and family friendly town. One of the few places we wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside was the parking which you will see in other reviews. Arrive around 2pm for best chance of parking at the hotel otherwise be prepared for a 10 minute walk

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Die Zimmer im 9.Stock liegen direkt unter der Bar (täglich bis 24 Uhr geöffnet), da es sehr hellhörig ist, teilweise sehr laut.

I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The only downside (not the hotels fault) were the rooms were all north facing. This meant no sunshine all day and the rooms felt a bit cold because of this. Overall though the hotel was marvellous.

It was an ok stay. There were things that we expected that we didn’t get. Felt nickel and dimed. You had to pay for the safe in your room. Deposit for pool towel and they charged to get a fresh one each day. One large bottle of water for the entire week would have expected one each day. Wifi was terrible. They allow smoking on balconies in a resort with no central air. We couldn’t have our patio door open due to your neighbour smoking

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, saubere renovierte Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schönes Bad. Leider Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig, daher zu warm. Sehr laut und hellhörig, extrem dünne Wände. Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes. Etwas wenig Auswahl. Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten mit Milchpulver, dafür frisches Obst und Eispeisen. Tische etwas zu dicht gedrängt, etwas ungemütlich. Schöner Pool und tolle Bar auf dem Dach.

This hotel was the final stop of our Tenerife holiday, and we stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we had a planned route and were out during the day, but starting each morning with a wonderful open-buffet breakfast included in our reservation made our days even better. The friendly, helpful and kind staff truly enhanced our experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was beautifully designed with a modern, stylish interior and a stunning ocean view. At the end of the day, relaxing in the rooftop hot tub while enjoying delicious cocktails and that incredible view was the perfect way to unwind. The overall guest atmosphere was calm and refined, which made our stay feel even more special. In the evenings, we enjoyed the Mediterranean vibe and Latin music at local pubs within walking distance. One evening, we also had dinner at the hotel and were very pleased with the wide variety and high quality of the menu. We are truly happy that we chose this hotel to spend the final days of our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for being part of our beautiful memories.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and the view amazing. We loved the rooftop. There was not enough space on the car park. We also made a remark to the reception about the lack of staff at lunch time: 2 staff for up to 35/40 clients on the rooftop. The staff was still lovely and doing their best but had to run from table to table. We felt sorry for them. In the evening, however, there was too many for very few customers. We saw the following day that the hotel listened to our feedback as there was more staff for lunch.

Amazing view, can see the ocean in front of you from the balcony. Facilities were good - pool, spa, gym. Food was decent and varied, but not amazing. Room was large, modern with some nice touches. However, for the price it lacked the quality that I expected from a 4* hotel. Our drain smelled a little when showering and the shower flooded when on full power. On our last night the whole dining room smelled like sewage for some reason (staff gave no explanation). At times the staff were quite rude and unhelpful, especially when taking drinks orders in the restaurant.

Hallo, wir hatten einen Schönen Urlaub in Teneriffa. Hotel im großen und ganzen TOP, nur das Abendessen würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Positiv Sehr Freundliches Personal TOP Gepflegtes Hotel Sehr Gutes Frühstück mit Lachs & Co. Lage - Sehr Ruhig & auch grundsätzlich genügend Parkplätze in nächster Umgebung Negativ Abendessen - Qualität Gut nur die zubereitung ist etwas fragwürdig ( Kalt, Kein Geschmack, Fleischgerichte werden „tot“ gebraten usw ) Die Kommunikation beim Empfang hätte besser sein können da wir im Restaurant/Bar nur vor ort Zahlen Konten obwohl gesagt wurde das wir aufs Zimmer schreiben können ( am abreise tag wurde uns dann gesagt wir hätten eine extra Kaution hinterlegen müssen zusätzlich zu den Kreditkarten Daten )

Una pena que un gran hotel tenga un servicio de recepción tan “justo”, basicamente no realices check-in ni check-out de noche porque no tienen el mismo servicio que de día. Según la propia descripción del hotel tienen recepción 24h, sin embargo al llegar a las 3 am te cobran pero no te hacen el registro, eso sí, a las 9am te dejan una nota indicando que lo hagas. La justificación es que el personal era nuevo, lo cual es maravilloso, el problema en cualquier caso será de la gerencia que no forma al personal para realizar las labores básicas de su puesto de trabajo y lo deja solo. Lo mismo en caso de que hagas el check out a las 4 de la mañana, el servicio deja mucho que desear: teniendo el desayuno incluido y preguntándolo en reiteradas ocasiones si podríamos acceder a un café, han preferido no dar ese servicio. No alcanzo a entender cómo la gerencia de un hotel se queda tan tranquila sabiendo que tienen unos clientes insatisfechos, sin dar alternativas de algún tipo a un servicio que sí han cobrado y únicamente nos repiten que “ya se nos ha dicho que no”. Una pena ya que por lo demás el hotel funciona muy bien: instalaciones maravillosas, muy silencioso, con buen desayuno buffet y personal de limpieza y restauración muy amable (no así el de recepción). Son esos detalles los que hacen cómoda por completo una estancia y los que hacen que un hotel con muchas posibilidades no alcance mejor puntuación (ahora lo entiendo).

Fantastic stay, obviously the views are breath taking (Teide covered in snow on one side, the ocean on the other side!) but the hotel itself is also run to a high standard, with every single member of staff we interacted with being incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind.

Great hotel! Loved leaving the deck doors wide open to get a nice cool nights sleep. Views were amaxing. The cocktail bar on rooftop had lots of fun drink options. Views from room were incredible! Took the bus from TFN to La Paz-easy walk to hotel. Also took it to TFS when i left. Hotel is convenient to many great restaurants without heading to old town but would highly recommend going down there as there are many street cafes and fun watching the surfers too!

Muy agradable, está en un sitio estupendo con vistas al mar, limpio moderno, con buen desayuno incluso con terraza para desayunar, todo muy bien. El único problema es que tiene muy poco aparcamiento y no hay alternativas cercanas. Recomendable.

Unique hotel set into side of a cliff. All rooms are ocean view with nothing but sea stretching out in front of your balcony. Room was better than expected with a huge King size comfortable bed. Fell asleep each night to the constant crescendo of crashing waves. Just awesome You check in on the 7th floor (ground level of parking lot and pool area). Roof top seating area and hot tub on the 10th floor. Pool and roof top areas are mostly breeze less which means that even a sunny day of 18C or 65F is more than enough heat to need cooling off. Pool is not heated. The walk down to the very nice waterfront of restaurants and shops is 20 minutes. The walk up is good exercise and you might even need to take a rest halfway up. Very safe and family friendly town. One of the few places we wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside was the parking which you will see in other reviews. Arrive around 2pm for best chance of parking at the hotel otherwise be prepared for a 10 minute walk

I’m very disappointed that the hotel was not a beach hotel as advertised! This was a big reason I booked the hotel. The beautiful roof terrace made up for the disappointment in some respects.

Hôtel très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Les chambres sont confortables et bien insonorisées. Seul inconvénient il faut marcher un peu pour accéder au centre ville, mais en contrepartie le quartier est très calme.

The food was exceptional and the roof top "Vertigo" Lounge Club is a hidden gem. Shopping is close by, but if you are looking for copies, then you are in the wrong place. It's either souvenir shops with I love Tenerife tops and towels or proper designer wear, nothing in between. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to chill out and relax fully.

Great hotel! Loved leaving the deck doors wide open to get a nice cool nights sleep. Views were amaxing. The cocktail bar on rooftop had lots of fun drink options. Views from room were incredible! Took the bus from TFN to La Paz-easy walk to hotel. Also took it to TFS when i left. Hotel is convenient to many great restaurants without heading to old town but would highly recommend going down there as there are many street cafes and fun watching the surfers too!

Wij waren zeer tevreden over dit hotel. *De kamers geven wij een 9 deze werden elke dag schoongemaakt en we hadden een mooi uitzicht over zee. *bediening een 9, zeer vriendelijk en spraken verstaanbaar Engels. *het zwembad geven wij een 7 deze was ok maar hier hebben wij maar 1 of 2 x gebruik van gemaakt. *de spa zag er mooi uit,hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus geen cijfer van ons uit. *het eten is goed, gevarieerd en voor elk wat wils deze geven wij een 7,5 Al met al een fijn en goed hotel waar we zeker weer eens terug ,willen komen. O, en de coctails op het dak waren de beste die wij gedronken hebben op heel tenerife, complimenten een 9 Echt een aanrader👌

La habitación en el 6to piso con vista al mar tenía una vista increíble El gimnasio también era muy bueno y tenía vista sobre el mar, aunque está un poco húmedo está bien equipado. Además, lo que más nos gustó fue el servicio del restaurante. El bufet es increíble y encima tienen un personal increíblemente amable (Teresa, Gustavo, Facundo). 10/10!!!

Ein sehr niveauvolles und sauberes Hotel. Wir haben uns diese1 Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ein Traum, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und höflich. Vom Spa über das Fitnessstudio bis hin zur Rooftopbar war alles Oberklasse. Und obwohl wir Kinder mögen, war die Wahl "adults only" die richtige Entscheidung.

Hallo, wir hatten einen Schönen Urlaub in Teneriffa. Hotel im großen und ganzen TOP, nur das Abendessen würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Positiv Sehr Freundliches Personal TOP Gepflegtes Hotel Sehr Gutes Frühstück mit Lachs & Co. Lage - Sehr Ruhig & auch grundsätzlich genügend Parkplätze in nächster Umgebung Negativ Abendessen - Qualität Gut nur die zubereitung ist etwas fragwürdig ( Kalt, Kein Geschmack, Fleischgerichte werden „tot“ gebraten usw ) Die Kommunikation beim Empfang hätte besser sein können da wir im Restaurant/Bar nur vor ort Zahlen Konten obwohl gesagt wurde das wir aufs Zimmer schreiben können ( am abreise tag wurde uns dann gesagt wir hätten eine extra Kaution hinterlegen müssen zusätzlich zu den Kreditkarten Daten )

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Beautiful views from rooms, dining areas and lobby. If you don’t mind walking to town, you can’t go wrong. Food at the buffet was adequate but I think that was more to match the clientele who wanted to simply chow down. Have a cerveza or sangria on the rooftop terrace and admire the views and take in the tranquility. We sure did.

Everything about the hotel speaks class and luxury, the view is breathtaking, the staff were helpful, we were given a glass of juice as we checked in. The breakfast is far better than anywhere I’ve stayed, the room was well maintained and I’d definitely be staying at Atlantis mirage next time I visit Tenerife. If you have a lot of activities planned within Tenerife I’d advise you to leave a day out to enjoy the amenities of the hotel.
