Stayed 2 nights

The property is dated and the rooms were very humid and there was a smell of mold in the rooms. Outdoor pool is located about 5 minutes away- the team members there were ok, but I did encounter one that was pretty unhelpful and somewhat rude.

Stayed 3 nights

Front desk staff told us our room didn't exist and tried to offer us a severe downgrade. We asked for a manager and were told there is none. I asked can you call the manager? The front desk agent scribbled 9 on a map and threw it at us. I wish I was making this up. We drive to another building and are in the parking lot. We get a call from a manager. She apologizes profusely and puts us in the exact room we booked? It took us 1.5 hours from check in to get into our room. Everyone there has mainly came because they bought a time share. Pool is based on reservation only with a 10 person maximum during the day until 6pm. You have to wait in line at front desk to get a new pool card each day. Everyday one elevator was not in service. Front desk staff are beyond unprofessional and laughed at us as we had to drive to another building to rectify our issue. We talked to many other guest who had wished they never bought the timeshare. Only some rooms are renovated. If you book hotels.com or 3rd party they treat you like peasants because you don't have a "membership". They had a live band one night at the restaurant and we tried to go in. The person at the entrance very strictly said members only.
