Stayed 4 nights

Overall found this to be overpriced for what it was. Our reservation wasn’t ready, towels were small and scratchy (we kept having to ask for more despite having a reservation for 4). Important things were clean (sheets, bathroom) but dusty lamps, felt like the clean had been rushed. For the cost, I just don’t think this hotel is worth it. Staff are professional and helpful.

Great location albeit with expensive car parking charges across the street. A nice hotel in a historic building. Room size was okay, bathroom and shower nice and clean. Overall a decent stay during our trip to Chicago. A special thank you to Sheema at reception who made a real effort for our 6 year old son.

Enjoyed our short stay. Room was nice. Very roomy and set up for both work and relaxation. Do wish the bed had a couple more pillows but otherwise very happy with our experience.

Showed up to check in and was told by staff that my lake view room wasn’t available got down graded to a room with view of their windows also told me that someone would get a hold of me to reimburse the difference. There was some hair in the bathroom tub and some carpet was missing.
