Brand New 3bd & 2ba Home Perfect for Access to Central Boston and Cambridge

Exactly as advertised

Location was fine. Neighbors were great. But not clean at all. All towels were damp and musty. Dirty pans in the oven. Trash still under the sink! We had to dust and wash bed sheets before using. No handtowels or wash clothes! We made do because we had to, but the walls were dirty even. Location was great- but cost too much for all the untidiness !! It was a special trip with 2 moms and daughters- this part was a bummer for sure!!!

This was the perfect apartment for us! It’s walking distance to so many restaurants, easy trip to the grocery store as well. It was also super easy to get into the city and surrounding areas to explore each day knowing there was a comfortable place to come back to for the evenings. We all would come back again.

I will say location was amazing, so close to Boston without the traffic and headache of parking. Also great to have washer/dryer in home. HOWEVER, it was so dirty. There was black hair in the sink and shower. Bath mat was filthy. The toilet takes multiple times to flush even if just #1. Mouse droppings on the top of the hood of the stove. And moths EVERYWHERE. The beds were so noisy every time we rolled over it would wake the baby even with a white noise maker. I even reached out to the owner to let him know how filthy the place was and all he wrote back was “sorry to hear your complaint. The sink was cleaned” Honestly spend your money elsewhere.
