Hotel Bel Air Trail & Wellness

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Zimmer wie erwartet Tip top. Sauna nicht komplett in Funktion ( duschen gingen bei Sauna nicht und nur eine Sauna war an.) Der Wasserdruck bei den Duschen in den oberen Zimmern war sehr schwach leider Aber zum Wandern optimal. ( Für das was ich suche, top - wer Wellness sucht sollte aber was anderes nehmen)

Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und hat Renovierungsstau. Im Spa-Bereich wurden ganze Bereiche abgesperrt oder umfunktioniert, zB Liegen in einen leeren Pool ohne Wasser gestellt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das nette Personal.

Det märktes att det här hotellet har haft sina glansdagar. Det kändes nedgånget. Vi betalade lite extra för detta hotell då vi ville ha lite mer lyx på vår genomresa genom Europa. Men poolen var avstängd så något spa fanns det inte direkt att njuta av. Maten kändes också 90-tal. Personalen gjorde dock sitt bästa.

Helaas was de massage niet beschikbaar op de data welke wij aanwezig waren. De sportapparatuur is oud en karig. Zwembad was tevens gesloten vanwege onderhoud. De wellness was zeer beperkt open. Al met al een tegenvallende ervaring

Die negativen Punkte: Das Spa war leider nur eine mittelwarme Sauna und ein Pool ohne Wasser. Die Betten waren zu weich und beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider kaum Gemüse Die positiven: unglaublich sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schön in der Natur gelegen

Waren alle sehr nett. Der Parkplatz war für das große Auto auch sehr gut.

Het Hotel is in een verouderde staat. Kamers zijn gehorig, bedden zijn verschrikkelijk hard en niet comfortabel. Ontbijt en ontvangst was fijn. Zwembad was buiten gebruik en ook de sauna en stoombad zag er niet uit om gebruik van te maken. Dit werd wel van te voren gemeld via de mail.

Fitnessbereich ist sehr klein geraten und teilweise veraltet. Schade, dass Schwimmbad und Whirlpool nicht ging, Personal Zimmer und Frühstück waren mega 👍 Personal sehr hilfsbereit und viele Unternehmensmöglichkeiten direkt von dort aus zu starten (Bushaltestelle genau vor der Tür)

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon compagnon. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Chambre dont le style est d’une autre époque, particulier mais bien agencé. Chambre propre, lieu inspirant le calme. Terrasse agréable, un atout pour la chambre. Literie super, confortable. Cependant, nous ne mettrons pas une note plus élevée pour plusieurs raisons: 1) À notre réservation, l’hôtel nous prévient qu’un mariage a lieu au même moment que notre séjour. Ils mentionnent que des mariages ont lieu régulièrement chez eux, que les clients ne se plaignent généralement pas du bruit et qu’ils feront le nécessaire afin que notre chambre soit à l’opposé de la salle de réception. Nous avons donc été assez surpris d’avoir eu une chambre, certes au 4e étage, mais juste au dessus de la salle de réception. Nous avons entendu la musique et les basses toute la nuit (le bruit venait par la cage d’escalier). 2) Nous avons été assez surpris lorsque nous avons découvert le wellness. La piscine a été vidée et convertie en zone de détente avec des chaises longues dans le fond. Et mis à part le sauna, le hammam et les chaises chauffantes, il n’y avait pas grand chose d’autre. Même si certaines installations fonctionnent, nous avons été super déçus par les infrastructures. 3) Le petit déjeuner a emporter à 15€, beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’on reçoit.. En bref, hôtel ok, chambre confortable, mais ne vaut pas vraiment son prix à notre sens

Leuke overnachting gehad. Zeer verzorgde kamers met een lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Voldoende parking

Sehr schönes Hotel aus der alten Zeit. Wir waren nur eine Übernachtung da und würden herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Die Betten sind neu. Gutet Ausgangspunkt, um in die Wolfs Schlucht zu wandern. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Camera pulita e parcheggio comodo. Possibilita' di usufruire della spa interna. Ottima posizione per accedere alle passeggiate nei dintorni

Prima hotel met goed verzorgd ontbijt en vriendelijke medewerkers. Prachtige omgeving.

Prima kamers, pas opgeknapt denk ik. Alles ook heel schoon en lekker ruime badkamer. Helaas weinig gelegenheid om savonds nog even te zitten en iets te drinken, alleen het terras.

The hotel room had a classic aesthetic and was immaculately clean. While there are downsides to classic rooms (few plug sockets, no air conditioning) I appreciated the high ceilings and the space. The sauna in the basement was excellent, and the reduced hours were still generous. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is on a bus stop, so travelling around is easy (and free). I would encourage the hotel to consider a simpler food option for the evenings - perhaps a pizza oven to make use of the lovely terrace.

Leider ist das Hotel nicht annähernd so schön wie die Fotos auf der Booking Homepage, es liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Bundesstraße, die Einrichtung ist Altbackend und hässlich, die kleinen Zimmer total vollgestellt und der Wellness Bereich darf so eigentlich nicht heißen. Statt Wasser befindet sich leer und Liegen im Pool, weil man Energiekosten sparen möchte. Dafür stand die Türe der angeschalteten Sauna weit offen. Um das Hotel rum ist Kilometerweit nichts, man ist daher aufs Auto angewiesen wenn man nicht den Bus nutzen möchte

De hotelkamer was prima, alleen erg warm , geen airconditioning. Het hotel is erg oud en versleten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk

Avoid booking this hotel for a Saturday night. They plan events like weddings. The party will go on until the wee hours in the morning. If you went to this hotel hoping to sleep, then you chose the wrong hotel. If there is such an event they will tell you a few days before your stay, so there is no chance of booking hotel where you can actually sleep. Guest will roam the halls being loud going in and out of their rooms and the DJ will assume only people at the event is at the hotel and crank up the volume. If you complain about this the hotel will shrug and tell you it's not their problem and is out of their control. Any other day of the week I'm sure it's fine. The breakfast was good.

Lovely location, extremely helpful lady on front desk who spoke very good English. Beautiful spacious room with balcony. Just two disappointing issues, when using the shower the water would suddenly got dangerously hot; so much so it left a red scald mark on my chest for an hour, so I would suggest any children have a bath instead as their delicate skin may not recover so easily. The second issue was that the dining room was closing early the evening we stayed giving diners the only option of 6.30 dining which was too early for us so we went into town. I’m sure this must have been an exception to the rule being a Monday in early February. Particularly lovely touches with complimentary toiletries, fresh fruit, water, coffee machine and cereal bars.

Grote kamer met goed bed. Badkamer verouderd maar nog ok. Personeel zeer vriendelijk maar als het hotel/restaurant goed vol zit loopt de bediening toch wat vertraging op. Maar personeel bleef zich zo goed mogelijk inzetten.

A beautiful peaceful countryside stay by the forest, I would love to go again but sadly the receptionist lady's behaviour was strange the way she looked at us, like we're not welcomed I love travelling and I visited over twenty countries but never happened this before. I'm not complaining but this is unusual specially on four star hotels.

De junior suite had totaal geen uitzicht op het park, maar uitzicht op het dak van de ontbijtzaal 1e verdieping We hadden half pension , het eten was zeker 4 sterren waardig , goede keuken! maar de bediening voor het avondeten had totaal geen kennis ervan! Onze mening! Dringend op zoek gaan voor mensen met vakkennis in deze branche! het personeel voor ontbijt,poetsdienst en de receptie krijgen van ons een uitstekende beoordeling! Ida en Georges

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel, zu teuer für das gebotene! Abendessen war gut! Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe! Abgepackte Wurst wie im Krankenhaus, Uralte Kühlbehälter aus den 90zigern, keine Auswahl…! Für die Sterne des Hotels ein no go! Der Service und die Mitarbeiter hingegen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!

Loved the balcony, service was excellent. Very close to great hiking in Berdorf.

Bel Air is a cute little hotel that feels remote, but is only a short bus ride (5 minutes) into Echternach. Additionally, the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. No need to navigate your way in the dark if you are arriving later. Breakfast is a bit pricey for what is offered, but again, it is very easy to get to Echternach for more dining options. Busses are reliable, within 2 or 3 minutes of the schedule. Easy access to the Mullerthal hiking trail.

The staff here were lovely and welcoming, which made all the difference. I enjoyed my stay, and the views into the forest were very calming.

Booked a room with breakfast, but at check-in I had to pay extra for breakfast. Food in the restaurant is prepared in advance and frozen, but not warmed enough when served.
