"Resort" needs major cleaning & upgrades. Dirty, not great customer service. Horrible cheap pillows and sheets. I cannot believe this property is part of vail resorts - definitely not up to the expected Vail quality or service. Would not book here again unless there was nothing else available. Also, what resort doesn't have ice available? super weird.

Great location and especially wonderful with young kids bc of the kids club on property, ski school and lifts right out the door, cafe and restaurant onsite as well as walkable location to other restaurants and shops.

Room and location were spot on! Only thing was the surprise "resort fees" which essentially was 200 per day....and I was not expecting that....I'd stay here again.
