First off this hotel is not in Park City, it is in the Canyons which is really far away. There is nothing to do here but ski. It normally would be okay if they had a reliable shuttle but they don’t. It is a small car which you need to make reservations, but can’t do until two hours out. And the staff never answer the phone so you often can never use it. I took my five year old to park city on the shuttle for ski school and they told me to call and in thirty minutes they would pick me up. And the end of the day my iPhone was dying (apple has awful batteries) and the hotel staff would not pick up so I left messages. Me and my five year old wait in the cold for 1.5 hours and after many promises form the front desk (shuttle people never answered the phone) the shuttle. My phone died so I could not use Uber, and I end up hitchhiking (again with a five year old) to get back to this awful hotel. And the staff had the nerve to blame me and would do absolutely nothing to fix their mistake. They said it was Saturday and a lot of people are checking in, so don’t expect customer service on Saturday I guess. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that has an ounce of customer service. Also the Wi-Fi is hot garbage, almost unusable.

Terrible. Parking garage closed. Forced valet service. Front entrance jammed with cars. Understaffed valet service. Dragged my luggage through dirt and rocks to get to check in. Then the manager had the nerve to ask $25 for parking, when there was none. Manager offered nothing but excuses. Note to manager: UNDERSTAFFING IS YOUR FAULT!!! No access to my car the entire stay, unless I waited for the understaffed valet service. Never again!!!

For the money this is a good deal. We requested a one-bedroom with kitchen which was fine altho the furnishings were very tired and there was no balcony. But the construction outside our room went on ALL DAY! Be careful when booking to ask for a room away from any construction! There is no restaurant and nothing close by for breakfast and VERY few places open this time of year for lunch or dinner. So plan accordingly by bringing your own. There are 2 grills on property. Kitchen nicely appointed and there is coffee in your room. The one-bedroom (which is located upstairs) was comfortable and only bathroom is located up adjacent to bedroom. Outdoor pool is OK altho hot tub was inoperable during our stay. Workout room is small but adequate with free bottled water. Indifferent front desk staff at check-out.

We stayed here last year. In one year this location is falling apart! It has parts of the roof peeling off and falling on the sides of the building. Stayed two nights but before checking in was told that I needed to check out and then check back in for my second day. How am l going to do that with my kids, family, and all the cooking and kitchen supplies I needed. They told me they couldn’t accommodate me and then an hour later after leaving…they called me back to come back and told me they had a room. I was so grateful. Until I got to the room. Leaky bathroom sink, tub not cleaned, no hot water in the kitchen or sinks (only partial in the shower), and not to mention the death trap out the balcony where kids can climb on the roof! As in…they could access the entire property roof from this room. Very scary. It’s sad that I felt grateful for a dilapidated room and overwhelmed with upset for how this weekend went.

Customer service from the front desk was condescending and unhelpful. Our room had no A/C on a 85 F day. We reserved a room with a king bed but we got a queen. When we asked about accommodations that had what we reserved 2 weeks in advanced, we were told they had nothing available. Room cleanliness was unsatisfactory. We found trash and food debris from previous occupants. The valet and shuttle drivers were awesome! Very helpful in getting around and giving us tips.

It was okay. There was a lot that was broken or damaged. The fridge shelf was broke, there was a screw that was protruding when I tried to lock the bathroom door, they put us in a room with a handicap shower so it was difficult to bathe, the TV remote would not work and then the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night which woke us up. Not bad but not good. The bed was comfy though, nice and firm.

Check in is normally at 4 pm. I arrived a bit early around 12:45 pm, because I wasn't feeling so good. I was hoping to get into a room. I was told that they put on a priority checkin and would let me know when my room was made available. Finally at 2:45 pm my room was available. I got into my room and there was a loud vibrating sound, in which I thought was the air conditioning (A/C) so, I immediately turned off the A/C and the noise seemed to subside. Shoet before going to bed I hear the A/C being turned back on again, but this time it wasn't coming from my room. The room started to vibrate under my feet and it was a constant buzzing, like a fridge running all night long. I got into bed however, couldn't sleep because of this noise. Finally, it stopped around 12:15 am. I fell asleep and was woken up at 2:30 am and needless to say I was awake the rest of the night. The following noght, I came to my room at a little after 9 pm. I immediately remembered the sounds when I opened up my door, because upon opening my door i could feel the floor vibrating under my feet. So, I wondered why aren't the others bothered by noise. So i put ny ears against the walls in the hallway and only my room had all of the activities. So I called downstairs and she sent a gentleman up to take a look. I explained to him what I was hearing. He explained to me yeah, unfortunately when they biult these rooms this room ( which was my room) had all the A/C ducting converging.

Front guy was uninformed, not courteous, nor helpful. How about the valet who smacked into me with a luggage cart. Didn’t say sorry. Was rude. I won’t be back. Great property, immediately adjacent to the main village st the canyons base of park city resort. Summer stay, excellent hiking and bike riding at the resort which is less than a 5 minute walk. Most of the village is shut down during the summer but the restaurants that were open were all excellent. No restaurants on property but within 1-3 minute walk. The Hilton Grand vacation club canyons is a little dated but in excellent condition. Parking garage does not quite have enough spots when the hotel is near capacity as they appear to be utilizing 8-15 spots as mini warehouses or repair facilities which really only impacted us once when we are dinner too late in the evening and got back to a valet only situation. The concierge was excellent and super friendly. The cleaning staff was beyond excellent evening performing a daily touch up clean replacing towels and keeping the bathrooms and kitchen tip top which is rare during a multi day stay. Only real complaint, albeit minor, was the young man at the front desk that forgot to at least pretend to be excited upon our arrival and to wish us a great stay and then the same person checked us out and forgot to thank us for our stay and hope we return. Other than that I would say for the value, we booked through Orbitz, it was incredible.

Overall disorganization. i paid for a room and didn’t receive it. they have me a new room but the doors didn’t lock - the fridge kept beeping, and housekeeping continued to try to come in at 8AM even when the door was bolted and the DND sign was up. not even an hour later after we had gotten ice and forgotten to rebolt, a different housekeeper CAME INSIDE, the DND sign was STILL UP. checkout wasn’t until 10am.

I got a room facing the open side of the property. It was quiet and peaceful. I can see a bit of noise with the rooms facing the pool. Parking was underground. It was a bit confusing.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this awesome property. We were charged 25.00 nightly for parking which should be shown in Hotels information. A small surprise but the stay was fantastic and will return. Highly suggest Fletchers to dine on Main Street Park City. :-)

Minuses: Early morning construction noise (as stated on website to be fair). Bit noisy from rooms upstairs. No restaurant or bar facilities on site so we needed to walk around a fair bit to find something open. This is in the ski resort area, so few places open in the summer. Pluses: Friendly staff, reliable shuttle service to Main Street, which has lots of great places to eat. River Horse is wonderful btw. Beautiful views of the mountains from room of the area.
